Zoom Zoom Iyaan! They heard a chant coming from Children. Issei and crew were in the underworld, in the middle of Lucifaad the old capital city of the underworld. They however were on stage performing a rare live performance for the children. Turns out Sirzechs asked a bunch of kids if they wanted to see a live-action show.
"Dragon Kick!" Issei shouted as he slowly flew across a large stage. Pyrotechnics went off in the background as he 'fought'
Clapping and cheering could be heard from the crowd as the show was going on. It turns out the Live action shows were a copy of tokusatsu shows. Onstage they could see, Yumi dressed in black and purple thin armor with horns coming out of her head the Darkness Knight Fang. She was the apparent leader of the evil Harem army and Issei's Rival. Rias however was hanging in the air tied up in a large puffy pink and white dress, the standard damsel in distress trope. They cheered as the two of them fought for the sake of the Switch princess.
After the stage show was over Koneko appeared dressed in her little black leather outfit and mask that didnt hide her face but made dark outlines around her eyes. She was the mascot of the show Hellcat and mainly served as a mouthpiece to the kids as to how the show and reality worked for them. And of course, her degenerate followers followed here to see her. The sad part was that wasn't even the weirdest thing considering how popular the show was in the underworld. Who knows if they lacked this kind of content and since it was a new thing it picked up or what.
Video of their battle with Loki had been broadcast across the underworld showing off their feats. Koneko talked them through what happened and things that followed leaving out big portions of information that anybody outside of the circle didn't need to know.
In the large dressing room, they were all in Irina was getting undressed as she was the stage announcer for the show she had on a jumpsuit that was a little bit too small for her. She struggled with getting it off. "Hold on," Issei said seeing her struggle with it.

Issei reached behind her and pulled the zipper down as the suit opened up and the zipper fell revealing the goods. He saw that she didnt have a bra on and her face was red. "What?" He asked her "It's not like we haven't seen it before. I get to look at them every day. Oh, I could have shrunk them for you for the event."
"Issei" Rias said to him getting his attention.
"What? I have to find that line and how far I can push it around. Otherwise, we will never get anywhere." He looked down seeing her panties "She even took a peg out of Xenovia's book today with the boy shorts. "

"I see, so it's over already" Another woman said as Issei peaked around the corner as he saw a staff member, a mother, and her child. The Childing was throwing a fit stomping his feet and crying as he had a toy of the Oppai Dragon.
Issei activated his armor as he walked around the corner to the two of them. "So what's going on?" He asked walking up to them lacking a helmet.
"Oppai Dragon!" The child happened.
"Hyoudou…" The staff member looked at him "This mother and child came here and missed out on the day's events."
"I see." He said as she looked at the kid. "Do you have a pen?" The staff member looked at him as she handed it to him. Issei kneeled looking at the child "So, what's your name?" He asked.
"Lirenkus."
"Lirenkus… Interesting name, I'm always surprised hearing the names in the underworld. So different and interesting compared to the human realm. Like mine, for instance, Girls also have the same first name in my home country." He pulled the cap off the pin seeing that it was a felt one. "Say that hat." Issei pointed at it "The Oppai Dragon line, can I sign that?" He nodded as Issei took it off his head. Issei took the brim and started to sign it in Devil script. "Oh man, my Japanese isn't that bad."
"You should probably practice devil script more sir. "
"Oh, it's fine." Issei said as he handed the hat back to Lirenkus. "It's character."
"Thank you for all of this." His mother said to Issei.
"Lirenkus there's no need to cry. You just need to become strong and protect the girl.' Issei smiled "It's what I do every week, Dragon Knight Fang wants to take her away every week. But you have to get back up when you fall and continue. Unfortunately, you weren't able to see the whole event today. But I hope you come out next time we put one of these on.
He stood up and handed the staff member her pen back. The two of them walked back into the depths of the area they were in. "Please don't do that again. Exceptions cause problems."
"I'm not the one who let somebody this far into the restricted area. I know it sucks but it's easier to just give the kid an autograph and end the problem here and now and not have a bitter fan. This show was made to inspire children, not drive them away."
"As expected of you Issei." They heard Rias as they saw she was back in her regular clothes already and out of her dress. "You did a good job.'
"Oh my look at you two having a moment" It was a familiar voice as the two of them turned around and saw Rias' doppelganger of a mother.
"Mother? Millicas? The two of you came here?"Rias was surprised to see the two of them.
"Rias, Ise I enjoyed the show." Millicas said with a big smile.
The staff member bowed her head and Venelana nodded as they left leaving the four of them there. "This is an event run by the Gremory group. So I figured I would come and see it and Millicas wanted to see the show so it solved two things at the same time. I enjoyed it, it was flashy but overall a good show."
"Those shows are like that. Before the age of computer graphics, it was low-tech solutions for movies and TV shows."
Venelana smiled at that "Yes this line has become quite important to the finances of the Gremory family let alone the children of the underworld. Your hard work is quite appreciated."
"It's good clean fun, unlike my other job." Issei raised an eyebrow at that. "I am still surprised that you watched the show. Him I understand but you?"
"You can give me that show as well?" Venelana said with a smile.
"Oh well, Akeno got everything together so maybe?"
"Sounds like a fun show." Venelana said as Rias shook her head.
Millicas looked up at Issei "Ise why do some many girls follow you around?"

"Yes" Venelana reached over and flicked her finger hitting Issei in the forehead.
"I know you can uncorrupt one…"
"And how is that going?" Millicas asked not sure who Issei was referring to.
Issei thought about Katerea. "Alright, you might see her one day. She's kinda grouchy." Venelana looked at Rias as she agreed with his statement. He crouched to millicas' eye level. "Some people can only love one woman, others one man, some can love multiple, and that is me. I have that urge to make a bunch of girls happy. So they tend to gather around."
Rias held her hand out "Come on Millicas." She said as he took her hand and they walked away "We can go see them others."
Venelana put her back to a wall as she looked around. "I heard about your request… among other thing." There was nobody around as she looked around outside of Millicas and Rias.

The following day at school, Issei was with Rias as they were looking through a cracked door into one of the first-year classrooms. Today was the day that the Princess of the Phoenix, Ravel transferred to the school and she was conveniently in the same class as Koneko and Gasper.
"It's the beast from the second year." They heard one of the girls talking

Issei looked at RIas hearing that one. "Was it that easy?"

They looked in the room and saw Ravel sitting at her desk with her two giant hair curls surrounded by other girls. "Phoenix is such a rare name." "Do you have your textbooks?" "Another foreign student so soon after Gasper, and to our class of all things."

"You called" Koneko said as the two of them looked at her.

"Ravel needs a wingman." He looked at Koneko and before she could say anything "Yes put intended, she's honestly alone in this world right now. And could use something normal to get her started."
Koneko thought about it "If you say so then I don't mind." Koneko was one of the girls who was admired by the school let alone her grade.

Ravel was quick to help her. "Are you okay?" She asked seeing the girl. "I believe we are in the same class no? Ravel asked her as she started to pick up the papers.
"You recognize me, Phoenix, I'm Murota." She said as she got back up and started picking up the papers with Ravel.
"Ravel is fine." And there it was the nice girl that Issei saw in Ravel, not the high and mighty attitude. It was an interesting start for Ravel's new school life.
Later in the day, they were in the club room. "Everyone" Rias called out to them as they were sitting around. "It's time we begin preparations." They were all happy to hear that but what it was going to be had yet to be decided. "This year's theme is going to be an Occult Mansion."
"An occult mansion?" Issei thought about it.
"There's plenty of unused rooms around here that we can use. We will get to work on stuff for the event. Issei, the outside of the building needs freshening up, Yumi could you assist him so he doesn't hurt himself?" The two of them nodded at that.
It didnt take them long as Issei was sitting on top of a ladder hammering nails into new boards as Yumi was doing the cutting. "Say do you know Diehauser Belial?" Yumi asked as she was cutting more boards for him.
"Uhhhh," Issei thought about it "Sounds familiar, I think Rias brought it up once. He's the Rating game champion right?"
Yumi nodded at that "Yes, he's the number one in the Rating games, Champion Diehauser Belial. He's been at the top for a long time and they call him the Emperor. Rank Twenty and below are said to be mortals compared to the top ten. The Top Ten are unmoveable and there's been no changes in a long time. Bedeze Abaddon, Roygun Belphegor and Diehauser Belial. All Ultimate class devils are said to have power that rivals the current Maou. They all say that their power comes from the result of many matches.'
Issei replaced some boards as she was speaking "I've seen Abaddon and Belphegor before. Roygun Belphegor has light pink hair and horns. Honestly kinda cute." He said as he climbed off the ladder.
"They're all extra demons. Households that aren't of the 72 pillars and do not want to get involved with the current government outside of a few people. Most of them cut ties with their houses to participate in the games."
Issei set his hammer and nails that he had down and moved over to Yumi. "Enough about these old devils. I'm only interested in the one in front of me right now." He pushed her up to the wall there was a bit of a blush on her face. Following up his left hand went to her breast as his knee went between her legs."

"This is the Sitri Territory, their territory is rich in Natural resources. One of the larger resources of all the clans. They are also one of the few major players in the medical field due to their resources. But today we're going to one of the advanced medical facilities they operate."
"Medical?" Issei looked at Rias hearing that "Can't say I was expecting that."
"We are heading to one of the most famous hospitals in the area"

They got in and headed into an elevator as they took a ride up "As I was saying earlier, while my mother was of the Bael house, Sairaorg's mother was of House Vapula. A clan that governs over lions."
"Lions you say…" The elevator dinged as the doors opened and they walked down the halls.
They reached a door near the end "This is the room, Lady Rias." He said as he opened the door for them.
Once they walked in they saw a woman sleeping in a bed as Rias set the vase down on the table."Hello Aunt…."
The butler looked at Issei "This is Misla Bael, she is Sairaorg's mother. And she is the reason why I called the two of you here today. Lady Rias, Red Dragon Emperor… could you please awaken Lady Misla from her sleep?"
Issei looked around confused at what just transpired. "We're not doctors?"
Rias held her hand up "In the eyes of Lord Bael, Sairaorg is seen as a failure as he didn't inherit the power of destruction. And then Misla came down with the sleeping disease and it's all gone downhill from there."
"It's horrible, Except for me and the Vapula clan there is nothing but discrimination towards him." He started to cry thinking about it.
Rias was however holding it back. "The Gremory house back then heard about all of this and wanted to take the two of them into Gremory Territory, but the Bael house wasn't going to let that happen. The current head got mad at the mother and insulted her for interfering with the main branch family's issues. And that leads us here, I heard that mother contacted Serena Sitri and she took the reigns. They argued that she needed medical attention when she fell into the Sleeping sickness. It was quite easy for them to walk in and take her, but Sairaorg had to stay with the Bael. Otherwise, it would be a shame to them."
"Before she contracted the sickness, she lived with Sairaorg in the countryside in a remote area of the Bael house. It was that or leave Sairaorg to be imprisoned in the castle to live a life alone."
Issei looked at the buttler after the two of them spilled the story"Okay so interclan politics can be messed up. Sairaorg didnt have a great childhood because of it. But that leaves me wondering what are we doing here."
"The sleeping disease that devils can get is a low chance of getting it. If you do you fall into a deep sleep and won't be able to wake up. The body starts to become weak till they die, that's why the Sitri family has been researching it and runs hospitals like this."
"I heard you have the power to talk to a woman's heart. Something different than the Devil's powers that can bring about a miracle. Please try it on her and wake her from her slumber. I already confirmed it with a doctor and he said it would be fine if you tried it out."
Issei scratched the back of his head upon hearing that. Rias looked at him as if she was embarrassed at that. "We have permission so please use it on her Ise."
He flexed his left hand as the Boosted Gear appeared. [BOOST!] His power ramped up as he held he held his hand out. "Bilingual" Around him a void appeared he reached over and poked Misla in the face. "So, you don't know me. But can you hear me?" There was nothing but silence "Nothing? That's a first" He looked at Rias 'I'm proud of him but this is so embarrassing.' "Right so it works, I just need more power then." His armor appeared as he started generating more power via Boost. "Hello, is anybody home? Issei heard a new voice "Oh perfect, I'm calling to inform you that your car war…" He looked over as Rias was already looking at a man with short black hair and a body of muscle. "Well, that's not the intended result."
There was some embarrassment as Issei powered down and they moved outside. Rias explained what happened to him clearing everything up. "I see, I'm sorry for questioning you then." Sairaorg was quick to apologize to them.
"I told Ise your story. I guess I'm the one who should be sorry as this was right before the game of all things. And that his power had no effect."
Sairaorg shook his head upon hearing that. "No it's fine, it's nice that the two of you came here. Mother would be happy as well. After all, something like this isn't all too uncommon, the House of the Great King isn't all too unwilling to let something go let alone an heir." He smiled at that "The Gremory and Sitri houses have been quite kind to me. I can't express express my gratitude enough for that."
"It's the least we can do."
Sairaorg looked at Issei "Speeking of the Sitri clan."
Issei smacked his head hearing that. "Not now, I have enough to deal with Serafall because of that."
He laughed at that as he crumpled his fist. "My body is my own. I didn't inherit the power of destruction from our clan. But I have my form of destruction. I don't plan on holding back in our match. I will fight you with my full power and show off my power." He was determined to put it all on the line. I can see that you gained something with your time in Kyoto." Alarm bells were ringing in Issei's head as his little maneuver was atleast known. "I can see that strength and confidence in your eyes that was missing before. Rias, Issei I don't plan on losing. I will fight in the games for my dreams."
"We don't plan on losing as well," Rias said answering his call ready for a battle that the people would enjoy.
Later in the day, they had finished training as they were sitting down in the training. Issei had his shirt off as it was covered in sweat, and Yumi's uniform was tattered as parts of her underwear were visible but it was him so she didnt care. Rossweisse and Xenovia were doing their training as Koneko and Gasper were helping them out while Rias and Akeno were assisting. Asia and Irina were working together on matters of Holy so it was best they were a bit away from everyone else.
"It's as I feared. Bishop is the biggest issue." Issei looked at Yumi as she nodded.
"Yep, your charge time is long but it delivers a large amount of energy. You can do plenty of damage through the knight and rook pieces. But you can make it so your opponent somehow lets theirs down so you can use the bishop power." Yumi said and in front of her was a basket with some food. She pulled out a rice ball and snacked on it as they spoke. Between Working on the festival, Devil jobs, and Training they needed as much energy as possible.
"In a team battle, the charge-up time might not be an issue."
She looked at him. "How's the stamina consumption?"
He pointed at himself without a shirt. "Far too high that and my poor shirt. Each activation it gets better, it's nowhere near as bad as Kyoto."
Yumi thought about it. "So you would have to fall back while Xenovia and I take the lead in a match. I doubt many people in the Bael group could even take a blast of that magnitude."
"Excuse me" Ravel said to the two of them "I had an idea." She wasn't next to them but listening in taking notes on how everything worked. "You can transfer power from one person to another. Why not use your cannons to pass power energy?"
Issei and Yumi looked at each other. "That's a great idea…" Yumi said to Ravel hearing that "...But it has a downside. Show her"
The Boosted gear appeared on his hand as a boost went off and he held out his hands. "Grab on." He said when she took his hand. "Here it comes." [Transfer]
