It has been a longgg time. Sorry about that!
Anyways, I hope you enjoy this chapter, sorry that last one was so short.

It took a few minutes for the shock to wear off, but eventually the Avengers spoke. First was Steve commenting on how she seemed like a nice person. Then, it was Natasha scolding me on how I should have told them about bringing a TEENAGER into the tower.
I just rolled my eyes and nodded, pretending to listen to their excessive rambling.
Finally, they seemed to be done, and I had the opportunity to speak. "So, you like her?"
"Yeah, she seems really smart. Like, almost smarter than you: smart. But also- never-mind." Natasha spoke
"But what?"
"Did you see her eyes? They looked almost... broken."
"I didn't notice. Though, I suppose I wasn't paying attention"
Natasha rolled her eyes, "Well anyways, I'm going to go to the training room, anybody want to come?"
We all nodded, and followed Nat out of the room.
Annabeth P.O.V.
I stepped outside the tower, gathered my bearings, and headed towards the Queensboro bridge, as Percy lived very close by. When I finally arrived to his apartment, I was immediately let in by teary eyed Sally.
I hugged her tightly, and felt like I never wanted to let go. I had tears in my eyes, and I could tell she did as well, but I didn't care.
Finally, Percy came into the room. "Annabeth!" He cried, "I didn't know you were coming!" Sally let go of me, and I ran at pPercy, desperate to feel his embrace again.
"I missed you." I whispered in his ear
"I missed you more." I laughed a little, and leaned away a little so I could kiss him.
"Where's Estelle?" I asked
"Taking a nap. Finally." Sally sighed
"I could babysit her sometimes. Now that I live in New York again."
"Sweetie, that would be amazing." Sally smiled, "Here, I made cookies!"
"Ooh! Thank you! I haven't had cookies in so long."
I sat down on the couch with Percy, and leaned into him as Sally brought out the cookies.
"Thank you for letting me come over. I couldn't stand being there. Do you know, my uncle doesn't have ANY food in the house. Thats how often he eats out!"
"Shh. Forget about it. Let's talk about something else. What school are you going to? Maybe you can come to Goode with me!"
"That would be fantastic. I'll ask when I get back."
"Why don't we come over some time to meet your new guardians some time this week?" Sally said
"That would be astounding!"
"Great!"
We continued talking until about 9:30, when I remembered curfew and the groceries.
I gasped, "I'm sorry! I totally lost track of time. I have to go now!"
I slowly extracted myself from Percy's arms, hugged Sally, and kissed Percy one more time.
"Wait, sweetie, do you need a ride?" Sally asked, kindly.
"Actually, that would be great, if you don't mind."
"Of course, not!" Percy said
"But, I also have to go grocery shopping, and I don't want-"
"Nonsense. I'll go with you, and mom can stay here. There, now nobody is going out of their way." I smiled, and nodded.
So, Percy, and I piled into Paul's old Prius, and drive off.

When Annabeth finally came back, it was about 10:45 pm. Although I didn't want to admit it, I was a little worried. Especially because she said she could be back no later than 10:30.
"What were you doing out so late?!"
"I went grocery shopping?" She said while holding up several bags of groceries.
"How did you get back here? You didn't walk, right?"
"I got a ride." I was a little suspicious by her vague answer, but nodded nonetheless, "And, I hope you don't mind, but I told my friend that it was ok if her and her family could come over later this week. For dinner. And, don't worry, I will cook and everything."
"Uh, sure. Whatever."
"I gave her your phone number."
"Kid, we have got to get you a phone."
"I don't need one."
'Yeah, yeah. I'm a billionaire, remember? I buy lots of stuff I don't need. You are getting a phone."
She sighed, and I could tell she didn't appreciate my answer. I didn't care.
"I'm going to bed, now. Good night." She spoke
"Night"
It was only about 30 minutes later, that I heard screaming coming from her room.
