Fanfiction Light Novel/Web Novel Chapter One Summary: Anonymous person wanted me to create oneshot stories of the light novel "To Deprive a Deprived Person." When the unknown person readied TL notes. It said and I quote.
("TL notes: it seemed he could be controlled by his grandma lol.. And I'm curious how could he learned about 'fear' from her lol..Is grandma Stella a witch? Hahaha")
Which made the unknown individual wonder about the possible scary punishment Sato Yu was inflicted by his adopted grandmother Stella. The Anonymous person thought of the perfect and funniest one.

Chapter 1: Sato Yu Punishment
"Ugh! Ugh!"
Under the blue sky, a dull thud sound and a groan could be heard.
"My name is Nina Levers. I'm a thief from the Vivid village. I noticed a boy living near Resser village a month ago."
"He was being treated badly by the villagers. The villagers were throwing rocks at him, trying to kick him out. However, at that point his eyes were directed towards me. Because of my [Awareness] I found out his name, Sato Yu. But, it has nothing to do with me."
"Ugh! Ugh!" (TL Notes: apparently our MC is still being thrown rocks.)
"I came to this village after I had to run away from the Vivid village. The party that I teamed up with was trying to 'attack' me in a dungeon. I think they had planned it from the beginning, judging by their lustful eyes."
"Being an adventurer forces me to be involved with parties, but a woman adventurer is rare, so I would always end up with some men. That day, after I barely escaped, they accused me and kicked me out of the village. I think I had the same eyes as that boy back then."
"Ugh.. Aaaw!"
"I know how painful it is to be treated so badly."
Today, they met again on the small road.
"Are you seeing grandma Stella?"
"What? You have a problem?"
Yu remembered that the people in the Guild were saying something about Stella. Did they force her to work? Was that the reason she seemed to have overworked herself? Or did she hurt her?
"You! What have you done to grandma? Apologize right now!"
"What? I don't know what you are talking about?"
The only things that could make Yu furious were those involving Stella. He loves her like his own grandmother.
Yu didn't care about their strength differences. He grabbed Nina's waist and pulled down her pants.
Exposing her white underwear.
"What? Is he going to 'attack' me like the guys from the Vivid village?"
Nina was startled. She certainly had a trauma because of the Vivid village adventurers 'attempt.'
"Because grandma Stella says that I have to be kind to women, I'll just do this for now."
Yu moved his hand and slapped her bottom.
(TL Notes: I didn't believe this. Did I mistranslate it somehow? also for people who didn't understand what attempt means, its basically "Rape")

"It hurts!"
It was a strength that couldn't have come from a boy. The pain and the shame, it was unbearable.
"Hey cowgirl, I'll only say it once. Leave grandma Stella alone."
After that, Yu ran away as fast as he could.
"Why did he call me a cowgirl? Is it because of my chest? How dare he do this to me. I'll make sure to get him back for this!"
When Sato Yu arrived home, his grandma Stella asked about Nina Levers. When he explained what happened.
"I'm home."
"Welcome back Yu, did something happen today?" Stella questioned his adopted grandson.
"Oh, nothing really." Yu remembered about the punishment he gave to the adventurer girl Nina
"Just a regular day as usual."
Stella can occasionally tell when Yu was lying or trying to hide something. "Yu what did you do today?"
Yu felt timid about telling everything that happened between him and Nina.
Because his grandmother told him that he should be kind and respectful to women.
"I met a teenage girl from the adventurer guild who knows you. She was being annoying so I…I…I."
"I grabbed her waist and pulled down her pants from behind. Then I slapped her bottom."
"WHAT DID YOU DO!?"
He learned about something called 'fear' from Stella. During that fateful afternoon.
"Yu I raised you better than that. What you just did is consider sexual harassment. I'm very disappointed in you."
Yu couldn't even look his grandma in the eye. He felt so ashamed of himself.
I only spanked that "cowgirl" because I remembered that the people in the Guild were saying something about Stella. I thought they forced Stella to work under bad conditions or possibly hurt her?
"Why would you do such a terrible deed Yu?"
"Because I thought she did something wrong to you, grandma Stella. She was talking about you,
just like the people in the guild were saying something about you."
"Did you have any proof that she said something unkind about me and did she hurt you in any type of way?"
"No, she said she knew how painful it is to be treated so badly. Like she understands how the other villagers treated me. And she asked if I was seeing you."
"Don't make false accusations Yu. Whether or not she said something cruel to you or me. It doesn't give you the right to spank girls like that. It doesn't matter what the reason is, never ever hurt girls."
"Yes, grandma Stella…I'm very sorry grandma, Stella."
"I'm not the person you should be apologizing to, young man. Tomorrow you're going to apologize to Nina. But for now, you're coming with me Yu. I'm gonna teach you a lesson about not laying your hands on girls."
Stella grabbed Yu by the arm and led him towards her adopted grandson's room.
I gulped while my legs were twitching from fear.
I knew what this meant.
I knew what was going to happen next, and I was anxious and scared.
Stella led Yu into her room, closed the door and let him go. She went to Yu bed, and sat down.
"Yu, come here." She said, waving her over. Yu approached the bed slowly looking down at the floor as she went.
Stella didn't wait for any sort of response; she unbuckled her adopted grandson's pants, letting it drop to the floor revealing his black underwear.
Grabbing Yu's arm once again she guided him over her lap.
Yu made no effort to resist and knew better than to do so.
Since he is used to being mistreated by his stepfather and intimidated by the household tenant that always threatens his father-in-law to pay his debt.
The only difference with this punishment and the ones he gets from his stepfather.
Is that his grandmother Stella is disciplining me so won't treat women badly again.
While his stepfather only abused him for no reason whatsoever.
Even though it was the first time that his grandmother Stella put him in this spanking position.
His eyes were filled with sadness as he stared at the floor.
He was not afraid of the pain he was about to endure. But the simple fact is that he disappointed her and felt ashamed for his actions today.
Stella didn't want to punish the boy, but it still had to be done. She grabbed the waistband of her
adopted grandson's black underwear and tugged them down to just above his knees, as Yu stood quietly awaiting his punishment.
She adjusted her grandson's on her lap to get a good target, raised her hand high above her head, and finally brought it down hard against the young boy's bottom.
"Ugh!" yelped and flinched a little. Because the discomfort was far less compared to the pain and abuse he got from his stepfather, the villagers and people in the adventurers guild.
Before he could really register the first slap another landed to his backside and another.
He didn't shed a single tear or cried. He shouted in pain. "Ow! Ouch! Uhh!"
Stella could already see his little boy's bottom beginning to turn pink and the marks left where her open hand had struck.
Even over the loud smacks to her grandson's backside she didn't see Yu crying in pain.
She wanted to let her sweet child down right there and tell it was ok, to embrace her and hold her until pain went away.
"I-I-I'm sorry grandma!" Tsukasa managed to say between his yelling. "I. Ow! I'm. Uhh! So-so…Ouch! Sorry!"
But nothing he said would make his adopted grandmother's spanking hand relent.
Giving in, the young boy broke fully into tears crying out even in between slaps to her rear.
Finally Stella stopped for a moment looking down at her little boy's bare butt cheeks, turning light red now.
She decided to not continue and thinking that Yu has learned his lesson now.
"It's ok sweetheart you're all done." She hugged him, while rubbing her adopted grandson's back while his crying subsided.
"Now that your spanking is over. I hope you understand how it feels to be spanked and learn that it is wrong to spank girls. I better not hear you doing something like that again."
"Now go sit in the corner, inside the living room for an hour and think about what you did. I'll be taking your pants and underwear until your timeout is over young man."
I stood in the "corner of shame" for an hour, without any pants or undies and my red bare butt on full display.
Finally, Stella gave me my pants and underwear, and pulled them up my ankles and legs. I was sent to my room with a red and sore bottom.
After some time had passed, he talked to her
grandmother Stella meekly late at night.
"Grandma, I want to buy a saw, hammer and nails."
He had to ask her, because the villagers wouldn't sell him anything. Because of his unusual black hair and eyes.
"Are you going to make something?"
"Yeah, you will definitely be pleased."
"Oh! I'm looking forward to it."
He still had some money from the rewards from gathering herbs, for the time being he wanted to create a bath in the house.
If he had access to running water it would be easier for him to practice blacksmithing later. There's a spring nearby so it won't be a big problem.
For increasing alchemy, he needed to have the correct ingredients before he could refine a potion. He also needed to learn the recipes for those potions.
Seeing no immediate way to learn those recipes, Yuu made up his mind that from tomorrow onwards, he would go hunt goblins, practice magic and create a bath.
The next day, Yu now spends his time hunting goblins.
Using the long sword and armor set he has gotten from Hage, it became easy. What's more, the equipment set size changes by itself to suit the wearer.
However, hunting goblins consisted merely of throwing rocks and killing them from a distance. In the meantime any nearing goblins would be easily handled thanks to his [Swordmanship] skill.
After killing the goblins, he collected magic stones. Sometimes, when a monster gets killed, they will drop their magic stone.
It could be used later to power a 'magic tool'. He also didn't forget to cut off their ears. Even if he couldn't get reimbursed by the Resser village, other guild halls would accept them.
"Fireball!"
I have also practiced using magic, but the damage was still low. The goblin's face was burned down and I had to use "Heal!" to recover its ears. Then I casted fireball once again. The cast time isn't so bad.
He tried doing it once again, but during the next battle he wasn't able to cast the fireball. There was the issue of concentration. Attacking, defending and casting magic at the same time wasn't going , He decided to just simply cut their necks.
"You're pretty strong."
I raised my guard at that comment. I looked through my surroundings and I could see Nina.
"Hey Yu! How can you use both magic and sword skills?"
She was standing three meters away from me. When hunting in the mountains, I would always raise my guard and when facing goblins it was further increased. From where did she come from?
"You.. Where did you come from?"
However, there's was a more pressing issue.
"Please forgive me and forget about what happened yesterday."
"I've been here all along for about an hour. About yesterday, Stella already told me about it."
What? I didn't notice her for one whole hour?
"I'm sorry…After I talked to grandma, I found out about what really happened. She asked me to apologize to you."

"I really don't want to forgive you, but I respect Stella-san. However, I'll think about it if you will become my friend."

Yuu glared at Nina. He couldn't have cared less about her and what he did to her before.

However, he respected Stella. Only her.
"Friends?"
Having said that, Yuu ran away once again.
"Strange guy! Strange guy! Strange guy! He is just like how Stella-san said."
Nina remembered her conversation with Stella. It took place after Yuu left the house. Stella tried to apologize to Nina.
"Well, just use this as a chance to be friends with him."
"But…He has…Has…What am I going to do… Huhuhuhu…"She was crying and being consoled by Stella. Stella patiently talked to her and explained about Yuu's situation. She also apologized over and over again.
"I'm sorry. Yuu is still lacking common sense and his attitude appears bad, but he didn't mean to do those things."
Nina has also realized that, when he did that thing (slapped her ass) yesterday, he wasn't being lustful like the other men.
"Yu is basically shy and tends to do things opposite to what he means. He is also straightforward and hotheaded sometimes. But if you get to know him, he is a sweet boy. Please try being his friend. Good luck Nina-chan."
