A/N: OK, here's the newest story. This will be NarutoxKim with Naruto being on the team instead of replacing Ron... More on that at the bottom A/N. We've also decided on them being 15 for s1 again more info on the bottom. SO NO LEMONS until s4 when they're 18, I'll also do birthday Chs/add on to one if short.
Also, this is a born-in-universe Naruto. We did debate on whether or not he should be from his world but Shego's the only villain with powers and she gets beat by a teenager.
And we've decided on going in chronological order aside from one. I'm using the chronological list on the fandom/wiki if that's messed up due to meddling feel free to let me know.

Chapter I: Tick-Tick-Tick.
Middleton High School.
A teenage boy with fair skin was walking down the hall to his locker. He's standing at 5'10", has blond spiky hair with blue eyes, and three whisker marks on each cheek. He's wearing a dark orange shirt and faded jeans with black sneakers with orange stripes on them.
As he made it to his locker, the front doors slammed open. "Excuse me, sorry, coming through!" He looked to see a teenage girl plowing through the crowds.
She is of average height with a slim yet athletic build. She has large, bright green eyes and long fiery red hair which came down to her shoulders. She's wearing a green tank top that fully bared her midriff, blue ¾ -length Capri–jeans with a pair of plain white canvas tennis shoes.
She stopped at the locker beside him and put her combination in. "Morning Kim." He greeted, getting Kim to look at him and blushed a little.
"Morning Naruto." She greeted, as she opened her locker. Showing a computer inside as well as pictures of her with Naruto and another boy on the door. She put a floppy disk in it and had the printer run. "Come on, come on, print for Kim." Several papers came out before she picked it up and gasped. "What is this?!" She asked, seeing cheat codes and pictures on the paper.
Suddenly, another boy appeared from the corner. He is medium height with a wiry build. He has blond hair and brown eyes with fair skin complexion and freckles on both cheeks. His face is oval-shaped with a long and pointy nose. He's wearing a long-sleeve navy blue mock-turtleneck shirt under a short-sleeved red jersey, light brown cargo pants, and white sneakers.
"I downloaded cheat codes for 'Steel-Toe Cyber Slam' today, Ron Stoppable defeats the boss of level six!" the boy said, getting Kim to glare at him.
"Ron! I have like thirty seconds to print my History paper!" They heard a noise before looking to see the printer jam.
"Ooh, paper jam," Naruto said pointing at the printer.
"Term paper jam Naruto!" Kim yelled before Ron smiled as he reached into his pocket.
"Nothing a naked mole-rat service call can't fix! Rufus, emergency!" He said pulling his hand out showing a naked mole-rat was in it.
"Ron!" Kim said as Ron pulled the printer top open and slid it out on a shelf.
"Rufus can program a V.C.R. Kim. I think he can handle this." Ron explained before Rufus jumped in and threw out junk before jumping out and slammed the top down.
Kim's paper printed out as Rufus lost his balance. "Easy buddy," Naruto said, catching Rufus from falling in and ruining the rest of the paper.
"It's all here!" She yelled before closing the door to her locker and ran around the corner.
"Oof!"
Naruto turned to see Kim run into a man. He is tall standing at 6'1 with a large muscular build. He has dark eyes and dark hair cut into a neat flattop. He's wearing a brown suit and black dress shoes.
"Going somewhere Ms. Possible?" He asked as she picked up her papers.
"Mr. Barkin, I-I'm uh..." She trailed off before he spoke.
"Tardy. Third time this month, yes?" He asked, holding a ruler.
"Maybe, I'm not sure." She said with a nervous smile.
"Well I do," Barkin replied, looking at Kim. "I guess I'll be seeing you after school."
Kim chuckled nervously at that. "At cheerleading practice?" Mr. Barkin just stared at her.
"At detention Possible!" He yelled, having her stare in shock.
"Detention?!" She yelled as Mr. Barkin left to the corner.
And was hit by a water balloon. "Uzumaki! Detention!" Naruto turned the corner and smiled at her.
"You didn't think I'd let you go to detention alone, right?"
Evening, Possible Household.
Kim looked down at her dinner plate as two twin boys shot peas at each other. They both have brown hair and blue eyes. One is wearing a red button shirt over a white undershirt, and cargo pants, and the other a green button shirt with cargo pants.
"Jim, Tim, no airborne food at the table. Use the launch pad in the yard."
Kim looked to see her parents at the table as her brothers ran out the door.
Her father has graying brown hair and is wearing a beige dress shirt, dress pants, and a brown tie.
Her mother looks like an older version of her with blue eyes. Her hair is a lighter shade of red and shoulder-length, she has more of a pinkish color to her skin tone, and she is also slightly taller. She's wearing a dark purple business dress over a violet undershirt.
"Kimmie? You haven't eaten a nibble, something wrong?" Her mother asked, getting Kim to sigh.
"Mom, you're a brain surgeon, Dad's a rocket scientist. What am I? Detention girl." Her parents blinked at that.
"You, detention?" Ann asked as James put his arms on the table.
"A Possible has never had detention." He said, missing the twins take a 4' rocket outside and shot it up in the air. "Except for Jim and Tim. But they're little monkeys." He said before Ann looked at Kim.
"You want to tell us what happened Kimmie?" She asked as Kim brought a hand up.
"I was a tiny bit late to class, it was no big. Unless you're Mr. 'Three Strikes' Barkin." James nodded before speaking.
"This Mr. Barkin sounds tough but fair."
Kim deadpanned at her father. "Dad, I'm a cheerleader. We don't do detention."
Ann raised an eyebrow at that. "Really? And who does 'do detention'?"
Kim leaned back in her seat before answering. "I don't know, other kids. Those who break the rules."
James smiled at that. "Like you did?"
Kim crossed her arms at that. "Do I have the right to remain silent?"
Beep Beep Ba-Beep!
"The Hospital/The Lab!" Ann and James said, picking up their beepers.
"It's the Kimmunicator," Kim said, reaching into her pocket and pulling out said Kimmunicator.
The Kimmunicator is a hand-held device, approximately the size of a PDA. It has a relatively large screen taking up about half of its face. Several ports are on the housing. It is constructed of high-impact plastic and is pale blue.
"What up Wade?" Kim asked as a ten-year-old boy came up on the screen.
He's an African-American slightly overweight boy with freckles and a blue shirt.
"Kim, I've got a hit on your website from the Amazon." He said, getting her to blink.
"The Amazon," She asked, getting Wade to nod.
"I've set you up with Gustavo with a ride," Wade said, getting Kim to gain a thoughtful look.
"Gustavo? From the flood? Oh, I remember!"
"South America?" Ann asked as James leaned forward.
"On a school night?"
Kim pouted at her parents, having them sigh. "OK, but finish your peas first."
Kim sighed as she picked up a spoon. "You're tough but fair."
Amazon River, South America.
Kim, Naruto, and Ron flew in a small airplane with a pilot who has a mustache and a five o'clock shadow. He's wearing a blue button shirt over a white sleeveless shirt and cargo pants.
All three teens are wearing their mission clothes. Kim's consisted of a black midriff-baring mock turtleneck, dark gloves with a thin cuff, cargo pants, black shoes, and a tool belt.
Ron's a black three-quarter sleeve mock-turtleneck shirt, gray cargo pants, brown utility belt, black or dark gray gloves, and black sneakers.
Naruto's a black skin-tight long-sleeved Knox Venture shirt with a zipper on the front, fingerless gloves, black/gray camouflage cargo pants, and boots.
"Thanks for the lift, Gustavo." Gustavo waved her off.
"After you rescued my village from the flood. It's the least I can do." He said as she smiled.
"No big, it was like swim practice." She said before Ron leaned forward as he and Naruto sat in the back.
"Except Middleton High School doesn't have Piranhas."
Beep Beep Ba-Beep!
Kim pulled her Kimmunicator out and turned it on. "Hey, Kim. I can stream you the video of the security footage." Kim smiled and nodded.
"Please, and thank you."
Footage of a room filled with bugs and a computer came up before someone knocked the camera out. "Rewind and freeze Wade."
Wade rewound and froze the footage showing a woman in mid-kick.
She has a slender though athletic build and a curvaceous body. Her skin has a pale faintly green look. Her sharp facial features are framed by long thick black hair. She has large piercing green eyes and black lips. She's wearing a green and black catsuit with an asymmetrical harlequin-dazzle pattern, with the right glove and boot in black with the left in green and a green utility pouch strapped to her lower left leg.
"Who is she? She's good." Kim said as Naruto looked at the picture.
"Yeah, good looking." She turned to glare at him forcing Naruto to wave in mock surrender. "Kidding." He leaned back and put his hands behind his head. "I like redheads anyway." He whispered, getting Kim to blush.
Only to lose it as Ron was loudly sucking a soda from a straw. "Is that necessary?"
"Uh, yeah! Every drop count when you're 1,000 miles away from free refills." Ron replied as Rufus finished the drink.
Later, they walked through the forest as Ron was looking around scared out of his mind. "Your bug phobia from your time at that camp?" Naruto asked as Ron quickly threw a bug off of him.
"Camp Wannaweep... The nightmare continues." Ron said before feeling something on his leg.
"AAH GET IT OFF!" He kicked his leg out, throwing Rufus away. "Rufus!"
Rufus fell into a spider web as a large tarantula walked to him. Kim then pulled Rufus off and gave him back to Ron as they made it to a tree house. "We're here. Professor Acari's lab." She said before they climbed up and knocked on the door.
A short slightly overweight balding man opened the door.
"Kim Possible, thank goodness," Acari said, shaking Kim's hand as Naruto walked inside.
"I'd get someone to spray your yard," Ron said walking inside. "You got a real insect problem..." He trailed off to see the entire room was covered in bugs.
A centipede landed on his head, getting Ron to recoil. "A little help." Acari took the bug and placed it in a container.
"What exactly was stolen, Professor?" Kim asked as Acari looked back.
"I don't know. The gang's all here." He said motioning to his bugs.
"Is there anything important here... Outside of the bugs?" Naruto asked as butterflies flew off a computer behind him. "Huh. Thought that was the screen saver."
"Screensaver..." Kim said bringing up her Kimmunicator and saw 'Uploading' on the computer in the video. "No screensaver... What's on your computer?"
"A very experimental... (Gasp!) My project!" Going to the computer, he hit the eject and saw the disk tray was empty. "No! They took my tick!" He yelled, getting Ron to scream as he remembered his cabin at camp was littered with bugs.
"Camp Wannaweep. My scalp was a 24-hour blood sucker's buffet."
"This tick isn't alive," Acari explained to the teens.
"Don't play me, Professor!" Ron yelled back.
"It's a cybernetic tick that would be virtually identical to the real thing."
"Why would you make that?" Naruto asked, getting the professor to shrug.
"I got a lot of time on my hands."
"Why would someone want a robot tick?" Kim asked in thought.
The Caribbean.
The woman who stole the tick was walking down a hall of a castle before falling through a trapdoor. She came to a furnished room with a fireplace with a man in front of the roaring fire.
He is of average height and build with light-blue skin, a long black ponytail, a scar under his left eye, and a thick uni-brow. He also has small hands.
He's wearing a blue double-breasted coat and trousers, with black gloves and boots. He also has a wide belt and a black collar, both of which are embossed with pale green circles.
"Ever consider a normal door?" She asked the man who turned to stare at her.
"Did you get it?"
"I got it. I don't know why you want it, but I got it." She said, handing him a CD.
"My plan will reveal itself in due time, Shego. Who wants to build a robot tick? I do, I do!" He sang the last part while staring at the disk.
"Er… Dr. Drakken, you do know you just said that out loud, Don't you?"
"Blast!"
Middleton, The Next Day.
Naruto looked out the window at the gray clouds covering the sky as Kim and Ron were behind him walking to her locker.
Beep Beep Ba-Beep!
"Go, Wade. I don't have much time." Kim said, answering her Kimmunicator.
"Cheerleader practice?"
"Detention."
"Cheerleaders don't get detention!"
"Kim can do anything. That includes getting detention." Naruto replied, getting the redhead to glare slightly over her shoulder.
"Can we just get back to the case?!"
"OK! Look, I took that freeze-frame from the security camera." Wade said as a picture replaced him showing a mug shot of Shego. "Her name is Shego. Wanted in eleven countries."
"Make that twelve," Ron said, getting Kim to deadpan toward him.
"So not your type, ugh!"
"Possible, Uzumaki!"
The two teens looked to see Mr. Barkin walk up to them.
"Detention. It's 1500 hours."
"They have to do 1500 hours?!" Ron yelled at the man getting Barkin to look up and had Ron hide behind Kim's open locker.
"Army Time Ron. 1500 is 3 PM," Naruto explained before following the teacher with Kim.
They walked into the room and saw two teenage boys inside already.
The first is an African-American boy with dreadlocks wearing a yellow shirt and orange pants.
The next is tall and muscular with brown hair.
"Ms. Possible, meet Vinnie and Big Mike."
"'Sup, cheerleader?" Vinnie replied as Mike just looked down.
"Hey."
Mr. Barkin sat at the desk as Naruto leaned in his seat and closed his eyes as he leaned the chair back. A few minutes went by as they were joined by Junior, another boy with long blonde hair wearing a baseball cap before Rufus ran in having Barkin yell out and attacked with a yardstick before evacuating everyone out.
Kim, Naruto, Ron, And Rufus Bueno Nacho.
Naruto sat inside a booth beside Kim as the four ate at Ron's favorite Mexican restaurant. "Thank you, Ron," Kim said as Naruto ate a burrito.
"Give credit where credit is due K.P.," Ron said gesturing to Rufus who was acting out what happened in the detention room.
"You don't know what it's like in there. It's like the meeting of the Lifetime Loser's Club."
"Hey!" Naruto yelled looking at her after taking a sip of pop.
"Present company excluded of course."
Beep Beep Ba-Beep!
"Wade! Got anything on our mystery thief?" Kim asked, answering her Kimmunicator.
"I scanned air traffic records in and out of the area. There was this small jet of suspicious origins."
"Destination?" Kim asked.
"Just a little private island in the Caribbean."
"So villain's lair country," Kim replied, raising an eyebrow.
"And local legend says it's haunted!" Wade said with dramatics.
"Haunted island? Keep out 'Meddling Kids'? Please!"
"Oh! I almost forgot, check your backpack."
"New toys? Gravy!" Ron yelled as he reached for Kim's backpack, pulled it up on the table, and rummaged through it.
"Ron! It's my backpack."
"I need to familiarize myself with the equipment," Ron said before pulling out a lipstick. "Lipstick?"
"Careful Ron that's not lipstick it's-!" Wade stopped as goo shot out of the lipstick onto Ron's face and started to constrict. "Elastic constricting agent."
"My compact! I've been looking for this!" Kim said, holding up a pink compact mirror and opening it.
"What's that do?" Ron asked as the agent constricted to a small dot on his nose as he tried to pull it off.
"It's a small mirror to check your face," Kim replied before closing her compact. "Come on, let's jet!"
Later, Caribbean Island.
The trio of teens swam in scuba suits underwater with Rufus using a hamster ball and Ron wearing blue shorts.
Suddenly, a hole opened up on a rock pillar and sucked all of them in.
A few minutes later, they stood on a platform over a tank of sharks without their goggles or oxygen tanks as Shego stood on a dock beside a metal door.
Drakken then walked inside and smiled. "I have heard of you, the world-famous Kim Possible. Teen hero."
"And her… Chums." Shego said, getting Ron to gulp.
"Did she have to say, chum?" He asked, looking down.
"And you know of me, I'm sure," Drakken said to the trio.
"Papa Smurf?" Naruto asked, getting Shego to snort.
After trying to lead Kim into saying his name, he got fed up and yelled it out. "Dr. Drakken!"
"Dr. Drakken?" She asked getting Drakken to smile.
"Ah-Ha! My reputation precedes me!"
"No, you just said it," Naruto said as a remote lowered into the blue-skinned man's hand.
"Enough! Perhaps you three could stay for-"
"Lunch?" Kim asked, stopping Drakken's sentence.
"I wasn't going to say lunch!"
"Oh you were so 'for lunch'," Ron said, getting Drakken to yell.
"Fine! Yes! Stay for lunch!"
Drakken then drops the teens in the water and leaves with Shego. Missing Kim uses her constricting gel on the shark's mouth and escapes.
They went into Drakken's lab where he was working on a tiny robot tick and explained he was going to use it as a bomb to get whoever he placed it on to give in to any demands or be blown up.
Kim reached the computer after they crawled behind the multiple desks lined up and took the CD with the tick's plans on it. As they got to the end, Shego jumped behind them, left hand glowing green energy.
Drakken enables his remote-controlled lasers in another attempt to dispose of Kim, Naruto, and Ron. Armed with her compact mirror Kim manages to deflect the laser beams.
The teens ran out of the lair to a cliff and dived off of it to the ocean just as the lair exploded.
BOOM!
The Next Day, Middleton High.
Naruto wearing a white sleeveless shirt and red shorts walked down the hall to get to his track meeting before being pulled inside the gym. Quickly turning around for a fight, Naruto blinked as he saw himself staring at Kim, her cheerleader squad, and Mr. Barkin with a book looking at a Naked Mole Rat picture.
The cheerleaders are all wearing dark purple cheerleading outfits with bright orange and golden trim.
He noticed almost all of them blush slightly looking at his muscles including the one in front of the group.
She is a brunette of average height with shoulder-length hair in a shag cut, teal eyes, and a slender but curvaceous figure.
"OK, detention, you two." Mr. Barkin said before Bonnie spoke up.
"Detention? Kim, maybe no one's informed you but we don't get detention."
The two went to detention where the others stared at Kim's face. "Junior? Vinnie? Big Mike? Why are you staring at me?"
"Cheerleader, you got a zit," Junior stated as Vinnie shook his head.
"Cheerleaders don't get zits."
"Oh, then maybe it's a tiny explosive device."
Naruto jolted out of his seat to see Kim pick up her compact and look at it, showing the nano tick was on her nose.
They tried to run, only for Mr. Barkin to block their path forcing them to jump over him/slide underneath his legs to leave.
They ran out to see Ron on a blue scooter beside a black one. Naruto got on the black one and Kim jumped on as well before they sped off.
"I talked to Wade. He figures Drakken can track that exploding robot tick thing." Ron said as Kim held onto Naruto.
"For once, let Wade be wrong."
Drakken and Shego then flew above them in a hovercar. "I want my nano tick!"
"(Sigh.) Wade's never wrong." She said as the villains followed as a beeping was heard.
"A beep! Is it a good beep?" Dr. Drakken asked, looking at the console.
"The tracker's got a lock on your bug."
Drakken then hugs the machine. "Beep on, sweet machine, beep on."
"Can you not be weird, please?" Shego said as she flew the car.
As they gave chase, Barkin and the other detention kids followed in a Driver's Ed. Car. Drakken tries to grab Kim from the scooter using his grav-atomic ray to lift her into his hovercraft.
Naruto zig-zags out of the ray's path, but Barkin, so focused on catching Kim, takes no notice of it and ends up in its path. Kim manages to save them from the ray by deflecting it using the car's number plate after she accidentally pulls it off in an attempt to pull down the car.
The teens got to Bueno Nacho to hide out and figure a way to get the tick off of Kim's nose without it blowing up.
Suddenly, the roof was pulled off as Shego jumped onto a table. "Kim Possible has something that belongs to us!"
Kim then jumps onto another table. "Guess what? I don't want it."
"It's on you? What... Like... Stuck?"
Kim points to the green glowing dot on her nose. "Hello! It's not a nose ring."
"Take her whole nose if you have to!" Drakken yelled out to Shego who ignited her hands.
"Works for me!"
Combat ensues between the two of them and while they fight Ron contacts, Wade, to find out how to get rid of the tick. Kim manages to throw Shego out of Bueno Nacho and into Mr. Barkin as he and the other detention students arrive. In a moment of frustration at Shego's apparent failure, Drakken accidentally activates the nano-tick's detonation sequence.
It begins beeping in the countdown of an impending explosion.
"Can't disarm something that small! Gotta get the tick to let go! Must be something to fry its circuits." Wade said having Naruto get an idea.
"Diablo Sauce!"
The teen working the counter tosses him a sachet of it. He opens it, and leans towards Kim, preparing to use it on the tick but they are immediately interrupted by Shego.
Big Mike intervenes and incapacitates Shego by sitting on her. Naruto returns to Kim and dips her, getting Kim to blush lightly as a drop landed on the tick having smoke come off.
Naruto used a straw to suck the tick in and shot it up to Drakken who jumped off of the car.
BOOM!
Drakken grabs onto Bueno Nacho's taco sign as his vehicle explodes as law enforcement arrives.
"You think you're all that, but you're not!"
Middleton High, Detention.
"Detention is a punishment! A period of quiet suffering." Barkin yelled out sitting at his desk.
Even though Drakken is thwarted, Kim and Naruto still have to serve their detention time. But this time Kim has made friends with the very people she previously deemed not cool, painting their nails.
"You didn't count on the Kim Factor, Mr. B," Ron said as he and Naruto stood at the desk with him.

Kim Possible is a favorite of mine growing up so again, was happy this won. As you read we will be going in Chronological order. Also starting them at age 15 instead of the fan commonly accepted 14 for s1. We did talk about having them at 18 at the start as most have done that because really there's no real indicator of age outside of the few times of them saying they're not seniors (And the start of S4 with them stating they are seniors) and the learner permit/Driving course episode. Which will be in s1 instead of s2.
Now I understand having everyone at 18 at the start as it's more comfortable doing the romance and again outside of the few episodes of them saying they're not in 12th grade you could easily do that as there are really around 80 episodes and that's with the two movies taking three spots each due to the lists I've seen counting them as 3 20 minute episodes now, a few 10-minute episodes that's non-canon/could be done as one Ch each so you could say everything takes place in one full year... Like 2 or 3 missions/eps a week. Especially as there was only one ep for each holiday. And the no driving could be explained as they gotta save up for a car.
Also, I have Kim crushing on Naruto instead of Josh as that's rare with the stories I've seen over the years that do that be deleted/hasn't been updated for a while. And didn't have him replace/be Ron as that's also rare. Though I do understand why as to still use the Ron-centric episodes/give Naruto Monkey power I guess (Ones I read that start back that far haven't re-read so don't know if they gave Naruto M.M.P.) And didn't want to do the "Wait until 4th season to be BF/GF." Though I know I could change that.
As yeah having them as friends first (For the Naruto replaces/is Ron stories) you do need to build up the relationship or it'll come off as too unrealistic. Also, another reason people probably replace Ron may have been able to also do the movies as they'll be hard to do with the three of them... As the first hinged on Kim and Ron needing to be a team to beat the villains properly so Shego broke them up and don't know if that could work on both Ron and Naruto. And the 2nd If Kim didn't get that fake guy, the plan probably would have been found out sooner.
I think the reason this show won is there was a rumor of a special, or new ep in June/July (2023) called Team Possible Part I.
Oh, here's a bit of trivia: John Cena apparently tried out for Ron before deciding on becoming a wrestler/getting signed to WWE, and the reason for Kim's mission outfit change in s4 was because Disney didn't want her midriff showing... (From what I found) Though it was alright for the entire first 3 seasons/full series (Before fan support brought it back) And when she was under 18 (As they do college applications/graduate in s4)
And most of their female leads in the animated movies dressed similarly/more known for a bikini (Nani from Lilo & Stitch or Kida from Atlantis) with Jasmine being 16 and I think a couple of others being similarly around that age... Makes sense to me!
