Tsunade's Advice
Chapter 6: a/n at the end of the chapter.
The Naruto and company soon departed for Konoha after a day of rescuing and taking Gaara to Suna. They started to travel by shadow clone hawks and after reaching the Konoha border, they opted to travel by running through the trees at a leisurely pace. After a few hours of traveling, they stopped, had a break, and caught up with each other.
"Sakura, I know you have Tsunade's strength and medical skills, but did you learn any other jutsu?"
Sakura shook her head in denial. "No Naruto, even though I have more than average chakra for a Chunin, I don't have that much to split it for both jutsu and 100 healing mark." Seeing his confused expression, she explained. "The mark that Tsunade-sama has on her forehead. That's why she taught me her super strength, though it still needs improvement."
"Huh, it's more complicated than what I thought." He mused. "Captain Yamato I didn't know your skill set except that you're a Ninjutsu specialist."
"Well I can use this" he produced a wooden chair right under his ass and sat on it. Seeing the dumbfounded look on the younger team members, he chuckled a bit. "As you can see I have Moukton, That and I'm an Anbu captain Just like Kakashi here." Pointing at the smut reading Jounin. "I'm sure you can guess how my special ability can stop Naruto here to not losing control if he happens to use the Kyuubi chakra." Finished Yamato so that Naruto wouldn't misunderstand his presence in the team.
Naruto nodded in understanding, nobody can deal with a Jinchuriki who's out of control without special skill suck as Sharingan, Moukton, or Fuuinjutsu. He can't blame Tsunade for wanting to make sure He doesn't lose himself if happens to use the Kyuubi chakra. He looked at Sakura whether she knew about it or not. Seeing his look, she nodded her head in acknowledgment that she indeed knew about his situation.
"Only I and Neji knew about your tenet amongst our peers." Explained Sakura.
"Naruto did you compete with the Rasengan?" questioned Kakashi, he wanted to teach the young man at least something.
"No sensei, I think it takes a bit more time. I am doing it with the Wind element. I have the base idea of how it should be and how to make it, but I can't stabilize that with the way how uncontrollable the element is." Lamented the young man, with how frustrated the process was going.
"Maa, maa, don't worry my cute little student, we are going to work on that and a couple of other things after we reach home." The mentioned cute little student nodded and soon the team started heading towards Konoha.

Naruto walked aimlessly among the streets of Konoha. Well, he's pretending to walk aimlessly anyway. After the debriefing with the Hokage, Tsunade surprised him with a field promotion to Chunin. Thank the Hokage that he didn't remain as the sole Genin amongst his friends who were already Chunin and Jounin in Neji's case from what Sakura said. At least his promotion meant he could be assigned to high-rank missions like A and S-rank missions like his team did recently without any fuss from anyone. Still, he wanted to reach at least Special Jounin Rank to bypass anyone meddling with him, except the Hokage and the Jounin commander. Soon he reached the intended place he had in his mind. He sat on the 4th Hokage's head and talked to himself.
"You know, I never would've guessed that I'm your son. Not this soon anyway. I still am conflicted about how to think of you. Are you a nobleman who saved the village by sacrificing his son for the greater good? Or cold-hearted son of a bitch, that threw away his newborn for the wolves and naïve idiot to think that the villagers who suffered under the attack both physically and emotionally will understand that the cause of their loss is right before their eyes and treat it as a hero?" sighs "I don't know anymore, but I'll be better than you in making decisions. I will neither sacrifice the life of Innocent nor I'm going to be an idiot to blindly put my trust in people, at least the villagers. No matter how much they respect me or adore me."
He sat there reminiscing his life from the start of being a Genin to the life-changing missions he did, Sasuke's defection, no matter how he thought, was still a sour subject. God, he was such an idiot back then, pretending to understand people's pain just cause he got a shittier life and convincing a deserter who had shittier life than he did and trying to stop him, he should have just broken the asshole's arm or leg after the first Chidori. He didn't understand back then, but he knows better now. He and Sasuke while may be rivals, they were not close friends. Unlike Kakashi and Gai, they were not friends. They just happened to be on the same team.
Naruto shook his head, getting rid of those thoughts, they're not important. If the time comes, he'll give the bastard one chance, that's it, and if he doesn't listen, then he'd have to bring him back to Konoha as a dead body.
His thoughts went back to his training trip, how Jiraiya started his training from scratch, how he had to use hundreds of Shadow clones to gain knowledge of various aspects, how it helped him in covering the elemental techniques while his body got bruised and broken by sparing with Jiraiya and those vigorous physical exercises, and learning the Toad clan techniques and improving his shape shifting technique. Not to mention accessing the Kyuubi chakra and how close he was to learning the Sage mode. He'd have to learn and master that one soon.
He got out of his musings and observed that it was almost getting dark. He always lost track of time whenever he came to the Hokage monument. Soon he got up and started to trek towards his place. He still can't grasp the thought of him getting with Temari. He doesn't think that having a relationship with a girl from another hidden village no matter how close the allay is a suitable thing for a Hokage candidate, and from what Jiraiya said and with the change of people's opinions of him, it managed to take him several steps closer to that goal. While may not be immediate, he was sure he had a more chance of being a Hokage among his peers and the generation before. If he got lucky, she'd probably agree it's a fluke of a thing due to her emotions being all over the place. He's not ready for a relationship anyway, not with how dangerous things happening right now.
Soon he reached his apartment got showered had some fried chicken for dinner. Tomorrow, he'll meet up with Kakashi for training, and see how that goes. For now to have some sweet sweet sleep.

Kakashi, unlike what everyone may think as a lazy closet pervert 'Well the closet pervert may not be the wrong guess' But, while they think he's lazy, He was not lazy. Especially after Sasuke's defection. He got himself stronger and picked up quite a few things in these 3 years. He surpassed his Anbu days level and got himself very very close to the S-rank level, that is without his Mangyeko. When entered the training ground for some early morning training, He saw that he was not alone. What seemed to be a dozen shadow clones were attacking their creator with Taijutsu and Ninjutsu combined, the Original Naruto was dodging and attacking his clone at the right time and with the right attack and right precision, dispelling them.
Naruto was focusing on dodging instead of attacking, only attacking whenever he got the right opportunity, and correcting his mistakes while both watching his clones and analyzing his memories from the dispelled ones at the same time. No wasted moves, no wasted effort. Kakashi waited for the fight to end and got himself close to his student after that.
"Nice going Naruto, didn't know you were a precision fighter, though should have guessed that with your actions confronting and eliminating Akatsuki members," commented Kakashi when reached earshot distance from his subordinate. Naruto nodded and stretched his muscles a bit before relaxing them.
"Yeah, even though I have the energy to spare and chakra to use, I wanted to make my every shot worth it instead of bulldozing. I wanted to be like that because of the inspiration from both you and the Yondaime since you both are known as the most precision fighters in Konoha." Kakashi was insanely proud of his student for taking after him and his father. He never thought Naruto wanted to be like that, he thought Sasuke would be the only one, He instantly wanted to teach him his newest technique.
"Thank you Naruto, just for that, I'm gonna teach you my newest technique, then we can cover the problems with your Rasengan." Kakashi lifted his hand and soon materialized his hand with purple lightning to the awe of his student. "This is my newest and most favorite, I call it Shiden I wanted to create a better version of Chidori, which I can use without the use of the Sharingan and still be as deadly as the Chidori,"
"But sensei, don't you need Sharingan to overcome the tunnel vision?" still curious about how he can bypass the tunnel vision.
"That's the point. Shiden doesn't have that problem. See this is less brighter and less chaotic and less sounding. The perfect assassination technique." Naruto looked at it with wonder, the possibilities to use this in different ways.
"Teach me sensei!" Kakashi chuckled and soon they got into the technicalities of the Jutsu and and different ways of utilizing Shiden.
So, I want to thank you for each and everyone, Thank you for your support through Reviews, favorites, and follows.
I'm still on the fence of writing romance in this story. I don't think I'm gonna do justice if I started a pairing and make it a shitty one. So yeah, no action in this chapter. But just some thoughts of Naruto and his feelings regarding the Fourth. And yeah He's gonna learn Shiden and I'm not gonna ignore the Rasenshuriken though.
And yeah, in the last chapter, I forgot that Gedo Mazo can absorb any type of chakra, My fault for forgetting that. let's just pretend that Akatsuki lost the concentration so they can't maintain it, and Naruto's clone got lucky. Thanks for pointing it out. Do share some thoughts on this Chapter.
Have a good day or night :-)
