Tony sighed as he walked out of the office with several people following him. He was tired. Everything that followed after the civil war had worn him out.

"You did good, Tony." A voice said.

Tony turned to stare at Charles Xavior with a sigh. "I feel like I could have done more."

A snort had both men look at Logan aka wolverine. "Listen bub. You just helped make the world a better place not only for mutant but other enhanced people. You should be happy."

A hand was placed on Tony's shoulder as Ororo Munroe aka Storm smiled. "Many enhanced people are going to be able to have more protection now because of the Sokovia Accords thanks to you. They will be able to hold jobs, go to schools and have families because of your work. We all owe you a lot."

Tony smiled. "Now you are just buttering me up, Stormy."

Storm laughed while Logan and Charles shook their heads in amusement. There was the mischievous spirit of Tony Stark.

The group walked outside to see groups of people waiting as well as press. Tony walked over and smiled at the press.

"Ladies and Gentlemen, I am happy to announce that the new Sokovia Accords have been approved. What this means is that those who are enhanced will be protected by the government from hate crimes against them but also will be held accountable for crimes they commit under the accords." Tony said with a smile.

A reporter held up a hand and was excited to be called. "Good afternoon, Mr. Stark. Jamie Fox from Channel 11 news. Can you clarify on who is under the ruling of enhanced?"

Tony smiled. "Of course. This includes mutants who are born with powers as well as those who receive their powers after birth or those who show promise of being more powerful than the modern citizen. For example, Spiderman and Captain America were not born enhanced. They both got enhanced later in life and would be under the Accords. Clint Barton- Hawkeye, Natasha Romanova-The Black Widow and I- Iron Man would be considered as being more powerful than the modern citizen so we would also be qualified under the Accords. These are here to provide guidelines for those who are enhanced and review cases that come in to see if the situation an enhanced may find them in was justified, not justified or, in children's cases, were an accident. The counsel will be able to review the cases for the best reaction as well as send approved superheroes where they are needed most."

Tony motioned to another reporter. "Kathy Bridges from Channel 4 News. How does it affect underage enhanced?"

"I'm glad you asked Kathy." Tony said with a smile. "Children who are enhanced will be signing a version of the Accords with parents or guardians that will give them guidelines and structure. Let me assure the people of the world we will not be creating child soldiers. With the help of Charles Xavior, we are creating schools that can train children how to control their gifts. At graduation, the young adults will be able to choose to make their own way in the world or sign on in the new Avengers program to help protect their own country as well as protect the world if we have another alien attack."

Tony nodded to another reporter who was waving his hand like crazy. "Matthew Drew, Channel 9 News. How do these school's work?"

The man shook his head before turning to Charles Xavior. "Professor, would you like to explain it?"

Charles smiled before moving forward. "Good afternoon. The schools are just that. They are schools. They will cover the same classes that a regular school would cover like Math, English and Science. The only deference it would have is instead of a regular PE class, students would be learning to control their powers. There will be some students who live with their families and travel to the schools. There will be some who will need to live in dormitories because their parents won't have anything to do with them because of their powers or it is safer for them and their families to live in special dormitories until they can get a better control of their powers. These schools will provide safe learning opportunities for all enhanced children."

Before Tony or Charles could say anything else a female reporter spoke up.

"Karen Loss from the Daily Wire. Enhanced people have dangerous powers. What is stopping people from being hurt by those like them? Should we really be training them?" She said with a sickly-sweet smile on her face.

Charles turned to stare at her with a raised eyebrow. "Do you drive, Mrs. Loss?"

The woman frowned. "Of course."

Charles nodded his head. "Please raise your hand if you can drive a car?"

Hands went up all over the area. Chrles turned to her with a smile. "Billions of people can drive a car. Billions of people are trained how to drive as well as the do's and don'ts of driving however there are wrecks every few minutes for reasons such as drunk driving, texting while driving, Not paying attention to the road and let us not forget criminals who are evading arrest which results in accidents. We do not take driver's license away from every person in a city because of a few of those who cause wrecks because of stupid mistakes. Comparing every enhanced person on the planet to the few rotten eggs in that community would be the same as blaming every driver for those who cause wrecks. Will there be those who are enhanced who try and hurt people? Yes, just like every race on earth has those who want to hurt their fellow man. The accords will help bring together other enhanced who can stop the threat of those who wish to hurt others for profit or enjoyment. It will give children who are born or receive powers to learn to be model citizens through these schools. These schools will help us build a new world where we can live in peace with our brothers and sisters. Those who fight against the accords and the new schools for enhanced children are fighting against peace."

Karen Loss glared in anger. "Don't you think the people have the right to decide if we want our children to go to school with enhanced children? They are different from us and should be separated from us."

Tony moved forward with a glare at the woman. "History tells us that Adolf Hitler and his nazi regime felt the same way. They felt they had the right to decide if their children would go to school with those they felt were different from them. They targeted those like the Jews, gypsies and anyone else they decided were inferior. We all know how that ended up when a society started separating someone because they were different. If this separation between those who are enhanced and non-enhanced continue, the possibility of another Holocaust could happen and no one wants a repeat in history. Parents have the right to decide where they want their kids to go to school. If you don't like the fact there will be enhanced children in public schools than homeschool your kids. Open up a private school for your children with those who are like minded. They do not have the right to force their believes on others because their children are enhanced or not enhanced. This goes both ways. Enhanced do not have the right to force their believes on those not enhanced. This is America, Land of the free and the biggest mixing pot with cultures from all over the world. Every day we see new cultures or traditions that happen as more people come to the United States. Why should it not include those enhanced individuals born or who migrated to said country who want the same thing non-enhanced who were born or migrated want?"

Several people were glaring at the woman as she glared in hatred at Tony Stark.

Tony sneered at her before turning to the rest of the audience. "I understand there will be some concerns about the future of the United States as well as all over the world from both non-enhanced and enhanced. The Sokovia Accords Counsel is taking this very seriously and have considered all aspects of what the future holds. If you have a genuine concern, please don't hesitate to email the counsel at the email on the website. What I can promise is this. The next time an event like what happened in New York occurs, the earth will be ready. We are coming together to show the other worlds we will not stand for them to come here and ruin our world. WE are humanity and we will fight for our rights to live how we chose to live."

Flashes of cameras went off as Storm and Logan took a place on either side of Tony and Charles.

Earth was preparing for the future and all people would come together to fight.
