Songs: Don't Cha - Pussycat Dolls

Dance

How Much Did You See?

The guys weren't using the gymnasium, so the girls hung around. If only they were at Belle's horse farm, maybe they could go trail riding on horses.

The day was starting to look pretty boring.

Theresa saw Atlanta's MP3 player and the stereo. "Hey, I know. Let's try dance."

Atlanta hooked her MP3 to the stereo and music began to play.

As they swung to the beat, they wondered why the Gods didn't incorporate dance into class. Then again, even if Belle added more girl power, the boys still out did them.

Belle was more timid to dance. "No, I don't want to do it…!" She giggled.

"C'mon, Belle, we're all doing this," said Atlanta.

A song with a slow but soon fast beat was playing.

"C'mon, dance…!"

She had to admit the beat was catchy.

Don't cha wish your girlfriend was hot like me? Don't cha wish your girlfriend was a freak like me? Don't cha…?

Oh, yeah, she was feeling the song. She was energized. Strong. Empowered.

Suddenly, the gym door opened. It was Neil, Jay, and Archie.

"What are you doing here?" asked Jay. "Having a dance party?"

Belle froze.

Out of all the guys, Neil was there. How long were they there? What did they see?

"Just trying to lighten the mood," smiled Atlanta.

Once the guys were out of range, Belle walked up to the rest of the girls.

"How long where they there?" She whispered.

They both giggled. "Long enough."

It was a moment when Belle didn't knew if she should laugh with them or punish them. She air choked them with her hands.

Though, the bigger mystery was why she worried most about what Neil thought.

For the Girls.

(Months later...)

There was a big surprise for the girls, and their boyfriends got them to sit in chairs at the gymnasium.

Belle looked to Theresa and Atlanta. What kind of surprise were they going to get? Once all the girls sat down, Odie pressed play on the stereo.

A familiar song began to play, and Belle's eyes widen. No. It wasn't… They remembered, didn't they? It was the same song that played when she was dancing with the rest of the girls.

The boys stepped out of the makeshift curtain that was there.

Neil, Jay, and Archie began to dance to the song with sunglasses on their faces. They each had leather jackets, probably courtesy of Neil.

And I know you want it. It's easy to see. And in the back of your mind, I know you should be on with me.

As that lyric was sang, Neil pulled down his sunglasses to show his eyes. He gave a suggestive look to Belle.

The boys flipped their jackets open and tossed them into the air aside.

Don't cha wish your girlfriend was hot like me? Don't cha wish your girlfriend was a freak like me? Don't cha…?

When it got to the chorus, the boys got closer to their respective girlfriends. Neil's moves had more flare compared to Jay and Archie.

When the song was done, Belle found Neil placing his arms around her. What was going on? What just happened today?

Neil broke the silence. "Then again, I'm already hot."

No argument there, but someone was going to get in trouble.

A pressed lip smile was on Belle's face. "You saw my entire dance… Did you?"

Neil had a soft smile on his face. "You're a good dancer, sweetie."

Now was the time to laugh. She hugged her boyfriend. The boys did put a lot of effort into this.

At least it was the thought that counts?
