Day 7: Twins
This is not a slash fic. It is purely fluffy friendship!
Fred and George smiled as they both looked at a letter they had just gotten from Harry in the mail. Their friend had sent an owl with two packages and a letter or rather a card. Today was their birthday and the black-haired man still managed to bring a smile to their faces.
"Open the letter, Freddy. I want to see what it says."
With a nod, Fred gently opened the letter so he didn't rip it, and began to read.
Ϟ Ϟ
Dear Gred and Forge,
Happy Birthday! You're officially twenty-three years old you wankers! I couldn't ask for better friends on a greater day. Since the beginning, you two have been by my side and I couldn't be more grateful. You guys always know how to make me smile and life is better with you around. Especially when my life is just one problem after the next. Anyways, I hope you get a huge amount of love and presents today! I'll be by later to celebrate with just the two of you.
Please enjoy the gifts I've chosen for you. The red box is for Gred and the Golden one is for Forge. Don't be surprised if they fit you perfectly. I've always been able to tell the difference between the two of you.
Much love
Your forever friend,
Harry Potter-Black

Fred was the first to finish reading the letter and just smiled as he patiently waited for his twin to finish as well. Once his twin looked away, Fred puts down the letter and hands the golden present to George.
"How sweet of our dear Harry to send us gifts on our special day. I have a feeling that he chose gifts that will go just right with who we are. Do you think he knows that he was the first one to wish us a happy birthday?"
George nodded in answer to his brother's question as he glanced at the gift box in his hands.
"I have no doubts that he chose the perfect gifts for us. Let's open them now, so we can tell him how much we loved them later."
Fred was the first to open his gift after his twin's suggestion. Inside of the box was a perfect replica of the Marauder's Map except this one had the three of them on it instead of the original Marauders. Tears came to the corners of Fred's eyes, and he hugged the map to his chest.
"He was right, this is the perfect gift. I'll treasure it forever."
George hugged Fred's shoulders and then quickly went to open his own present. He unwrapped it slower than Fred, but it made the gift just as sweet. Inside of the box sat an enchanted golden framed photo of the three friends in a pile on the snow. They were all in their Animagus forms. Fred and George were both snow foxes, while Harry was a black fox. It didn't surprise any of them when they all transformed into foxes. The trio was a group of tricksters.
Tears formed in George's eyes as he gazed at the gift in awe. Their friend was so kind and sweet for giving them the best gifts they'll ever get. It was obvious how much the dark-haired man cared for them.
"I don't think I've ever received something so unique and special. Even Mum gets us identical things, but these were made for us individually. How do we even say thank you?"
Fred agreed with his brother wholeheartedly. There really was no better gift than the ones they had received for their birthdays this year. Harry really knew the twins and it showed with the gifts they received from him.
"Harry is a truly special friend and I won't let him forget it when his birthday roles around later this year."
