The pluck of an wooden guitar echoed throughout the overtaken mall. The nature making it something that could be only considered a memory of what it was before and how much people used to come here. A few animals were resting on the branches like squirrels, and birds, the leaves were orange and brown, indicating that the autumn was coming.

In the furniture sector, Lincoln put some bed around together to have a large bed. Lily was sleeping, snoring lightly as the warm thermic blanket kept her comfortable.

Lincoln on the other hand was awake, playing with the strings of the instrument that had a cursive double 'L's written in it. Ever since he remembers, he took care of this instrument like his life was ok the line.

It was a melancholic melody, but still, it was enjoyable and beautiful "Good Lord, my faith is fading..."

"It seems all hell, had come knocking at my door~"

"I'm gonna sleep, with one eye open, just it seems clear, that you won't come 'round here no more"

His memory got back at that day, the day where it all changed. He pluck of the chords made it more melancholic and sad as he started to grip harder on the arm f the wooden guitar

"Lord I played, the hands you delt me, Lord I'll play until my gambling day is done"

"My enemies, are gonna feel my heart ache"

"Blazing down the barrel of my gun..."

His whole family was exiting the mall, not a single sign of sadness or even worry. Except for the boy, and his father, that were carrying as many bags they could. "I simply hate this!" the sole male sibling shouted at his dad, while he was struggling to keep the mountain of bags, boxes, and anything else in his arms, from falling down.

"It's not that bad son!" the father, Lynn Sr tried to assure, but failed miserably to his son "When you have your own family, moments like will be what will bring you joy, even if is the slightest joy" He laughed, remembering how when was just him and Rita together, mad not kids, how she used to buy much more than his daughter and wife combined.

The father and maneged to put all the packings on top of the vanzilla, and took of shortly after, with a few sputtering from the old and almost falling apart engine.

Same moments later, again they were caught in a heavy traffic, but, whatever seemed to be happening much far ahead, seemed to involve police and ambulances.

Lincoln looked out of the window, and he passed by the same place where he saw those two policemen helping that man that looked like it was drunk. He looked up to the sky, it was gray, and it felt like it was gonna rain at any moment. "What the hell's going on over there?" His father asked, and his mother just shrugged, saying that she didn't knew, and not really knowing what to answer. Normally, the media would've already covered and posted on the internet, but, it seemed thing were really hectic much far down the road.

Things got a little worrying within seconds when two helicopters flew above the traffic. People who were walking down the sidewalk also looked up and didn't seem to quite understand what was happening.

"What's up with the helicopters?" Lincoln asked, sticking his head out the car's window, and but then, after seeing the choppers going away, sat back on his seat "It can't be that bad, it's just a normal traffic"

"Maybe a crime scene had happened!" Lana Loud said. She wore a green petrol shirt, blue overalls, and a red cap turned backwards. She was the twin sister of Lola, but they were distinct in many aspects. Lana had her hair tied in two Piggy tails on the back of her head.

"Well, if it is, I hope nothing-" *crash!* "WHAT THE?!" Everyone got startled when a police bike ran at high speed between the lines of cars in the traffic, and he was good enough to hit the van's rear view mirror.

"Hey!" Lynn Sr shouted, as he jolted his head back as a few glass shrapnel almost hit him, since he was with his windows open.

"Is he literally seriously?" Lori muttered, eyes widened by what happened.

Lincoln felt that there was something more up to this whole thing happening, and it included the traffic. He unbuckled the car's safety belt, and opened the door, and stepped out of the car "Wait up"

"Stinkoln, where are you going?!" Lynn Jr shouted at her supposedly crazy brother.

"Dude, get back in the car!" Luna said, trying to sound as much calm she could, and if she was really paying attention to her surroundings, she would've saw a few people running the other way in the sidewalk, almost like running from something "What are you even doing?!"

"Calm down, I'm just gonna get the rear view mirror, and come back. It'll be shortly!" he slightly closed the vehicle door, and started to walk to get the broken mirror. He was walking slowly and looking around. Things–for now–were calm. He saw the ripped off rear mirror, it was laying close to the front car back tire. He walked towards it, and picked it up. Lucky the piece of the car was just crushed in a few spots, and could be molded back, but the glass had turned into tiny pieces on the street.

He perked up when he hard a sound. It sounded like a firecracker, but it was too distant, very far ahead in the end of the traffic, almost like shots. "Hey, Kid! You alright?" Lincoln looked up and saw a black man with green dyed dreadlocks. He was standing on the edge of the curb on the sidewalk.

"I'm fine mister, just picking this up. And, uh, by the way, do you know what's happening? Why's this heavy traffic" He had to shout back at him; the sirens were louder

"It seems like some crazy dude was getting frisky up ahead. He hurt a few people and the police had to get involved, and he seems to have a some kind of mental illness-" What happened later, was the marco start of the world fallout.

The man and everyone else got startled, and a few other people screamed in fear, as an explosion in the top a building. Lincoln watched as fire sprouted out through the windows, and glass fell from the explosion.

The sirens now we're wailing, as SWAT trucks had now to run over the sidewalks to go through. Lincoln was Paralyzed in fear and astonishment. People started running the other was that the traffic jam was going to. Everyone was screaming and running in panic.

Lincoln too a few steps back, too stunned to even fully react when Lori and Lynn grabbed him and dragged him back to the van.

He was thrown back at his set, and Lynn leaped over to the front seat where Lori was "WHAT IS YOUR PROBLEM?!" the sporty sister shouted

"ARE YOU OK, LINCOLN?" Lori asked, but the boy was still too much in shock to even fully respond. Lori grabbed him by the shoulders and shook him, and he seemed to snap slightly out of it.

"Y... yeah, I'm fine..." he muttered. Not having to think twice he bucked the safety belt. Lana that was beside him was trembling on her seat in fear.

Not like if the SWAT wasn't enough, more police bike runa through the cars, and one of the policeman in the bike stopped and yelled "EVERYONE, STAY INSIDE OF YOU VEHICLES, AND DO NOT MAKE CONTACT WITH THE OUTSIDE!" The whole Loud family was scared, and baby Lily was begging to cry "REMAIN WITHIN YOU VEHICLE-" Out of nowhere, a green blur ran past the man, and wrapping itself around him, and his bike. He shouted and great pain, as the thing, lifted him and the bike and hissed at him.

Lincoln couldn't believe his own eyes, thinking that the fear was adrenaline was making him hallucinate. The creature, had a snake tail, and was giant, the size of the vanzilla, but mostly important, that thing was humanoid. Above its waist, it had a human body, arms, head, and a human like appearance, the only fact was that, whoever it was, was covered in scales, his eyes were snake like ones, and he had crawls on the tip of each of his fingers.

The thing hissed loudly before throwing that poor officer far away over a building, and than, it was now opening his way through that jammed traffic, by pushing, flipping over, and crawling between the cars, and not caring whomever was in the way.

Lincoln saw that, and didn't even had to think, it was an extinct "what.. what are we still doing here?! That thing opened a way! GO GO GO! STEP ON THE GAS, GET US OUT OF HERE DAD!" The poor boy was scared, and so was the rest of the family.

The father, didn't had to be told twice. Switching the gear, and not having mercy the step on the accelerator, he drove his way past the path that the big creature was causing. Lincoln held on tight on the seatbelt, and curled up, but there was something that didn't let him tear his eyes away from the chaos around.

He had the unfortunate luck to see the creature flip a car, making a guy that was inside it, be thrown through the glass, and fly in the air, and then at the end, crash into the glass on the front of a church tower. The last thing Lincoln saw, was blood trailing down the white wall. The man's blood.

Lynn kept speeding up, and the adrenaline go everyone not able to speak a single word. Taxis, cars, vans, trucks were being flipped, crushed, and just pushed out if the way. He looked at the inside rear view mirror, and saw the behind him, another car did exactly what he also did. He was short in his tail, and was fallowing the vanzilla. The father, signaled for the car to fallow then, and the driver from behind stickers out a thumbs up.

"Nails in the churches, nails in the dust"

"Nails in the coffins, in peace we may rust"

People were still running around, wanting to live. Whatever was happening, there were more. In the middle of the running crowds, a few people were being tossed in the air. A pair of horns was seen, speeding up in the middle of the frightened civilians.

Leni held tight on her mother, was that rubbing her head as the father was sweating nervously while driving through this chaos "Oh my dear lord, what is happening!?" he was watching the whole road, hoping that no one was stupid enough to try and cross the road.

The creature roared, and now seemed to be getting more and more agitatedly dangerous.

Mr Lynn had to step on the breaks when the sound of gun being fired made the giant human snake halt. assault rifles were being aimed at it and the SWAT team was trying to protect the others civilians that were still running away. The giant Snake hissed loudly, and used its claws to pry open a path between the defence team.

A few men were just slapped out of the way, others were hit by the cars, and the main ones were sliced on half but the sharp claws. Their blood formed a puddle on the asphalt and sidewalk. The rest of the corpse, the thing ate, before continuing his rampage.

"One by one, oh, one by one"

"Burning down the barrel of my gun"

Lincoln felt like he was now stained with their blood, since now it was impossible to wipe it away from his memory or even hug himself, like if he was bathed with it.

The sisters were crying, Lucy was hugging Luan, Luna was trying to keep the twins and Lisa calm, But Leni was getting too panicked, so she ducked on the gap between her seat and the front seat. Lincoln obviously saw that, and he unbuckled his seatbelt, and tried to reach for his sisters "Leni? Leni! Get back in the seat and put the belt on!" He shouted.

The destructive snake was still going, but then, something else caught his attention, that made him leap over a building and head out of sight. The road was now more dispersed with the cars, and the family got a glimpse of what was causing the traffic.

A truck carrying trailers behind crashed and created a fire, and some cars were caught in the accident, including a bicycle. Vanzilla ran past that, an now, had to run over the main park to get to the other side.

There police, SWAT, and even traffic officers in the middle of the running crowd trying to put order to the whole thing. but failing miserably.

"Leni! GET ON YOUR SEAT AND OUT THE BELT ON!" It seems like now the whole family was paying attention to the two siblings. Even Lynn Sr and Rita were seen turning their head at the boy. "LENI, PLEASE- WATCH THE ROAD!" Everyone turned forward, and the last thing Lincoln saw was a red car that hit the front of the car, Lincoln was the only one besides Leni that wasn't with the belt.

The crash, made Lincoln almost get thrown to the front seats, but what everyone was not expecting was an ambulance hit the left side of the car, and the impact, made Lincoln be jolted to the right side of the seat row, and he crashed his head against the window, breaking the glass, and leaving small but multiple cuts in his head, and bleeding, his left arm and head were hanging outside the window frame. He last saw was the people running like crazy to all sides, before everything going dark.

"Now my heart's scarred and twisted, like roses on the graves"

"Buried with each sorry fool, that was standing on their way"

"I'm held in chains of darkness, there's only ashes on my bow"

"I'll save the last blow, for the devil, when he comes to take my soul"

Lincoln slowly woke up, The panic was still going one, and there was still people running for their lives. He used his hand to help himself up; it was covered in blood that trailed down his arm. He touched his forehead, and winced at the cuts, after all, he smashed his head against the windshield "Mom... Dad? Girls?..." he turned around and there was no one else in the Vanzilla.

He got pale and started to feel tears flowing in his eyes, and sliding down his face. They left him, they left him behind, but, did they wanted to?

He didn't knew, his mind was at one million, his life must be at risk here, and he's all alone in the van with a crazy running crowd with Lily!

"Wait, LILY?!" He reach to the front and saw his poor baby sisters on her baby seat. Leaping over the seats, he finally got to the front row, and checked her. Her little body was with small cuts in her arm and cheek, and were slightly bleeding "Oh God Lily..." He freed her from her seat, and took her in his arms. He shook her a bit, like it he was pursuing her to sleep, and she did react at that. She started to whimper and then cry. She must've get knocked out too in the crash. The Ambulance was still there, and there was blood dripping from the hood. Someone got unlucky. He looked back at her and hugged her tightly but gently, and the little baby girl hugged him back, too scared to let go "Inky~" She cried onto his shoulder.

Lincoln nodded and reassured her "Big bro's here Lily, big bro's here..." He patted her back an was waddling a bit to each side to calm her down. He looked outside the van through the broken windows, and saw far away a alley that they could go to and find somewhere or someone for help. He crawled and tried to open the doors, but many if them were stuck due to the impact. He had to jump through a window the the outside. He held his sisters close and went along with the crowd, running, even to, Lincoln was not Stupid to run; he might drop her by accident.

He looked back from where he saw the accident that caused the traffic, and a few many feet's away, he saw a man standing, stunned and confused to run or move. He was watching towards where most of the people were running from.

Many heavy steps made the ground shake slightly, and both of what the guys saw made them loose their colors. A horde of humanoid creatures were running from the source of the accident, towards the crowd, Lincoln and started to take a few steps back, and in a rushed he ran away. He looked back and that same guy got tacked by a human with bull like features, like horns. He saw the with a wide vision, the man's head get crushed by the grip of the human bull, blood splattering all around, and his lifeless body fall down.

Lincoln tore his head from the view, and kept running. He darted his around in every direction, looking for any of his siblings, or his parents at all, but the many civilians running didn't help one but, and shouting was out of question, since there were many others screaming for their lives. He was getting closer to the alley, and he saw an officer running in the alley too. He looked more frightened than everyone possibly else. Lincoln wondered why, but then, he saw why: that same snake freaking thing returned, and it was the triple of the size it was when he first saw it, and thought t was destroying everything.

Cars were being thrown at the running crowd direction, and it made them change the way they were running, but it was useless. On the east, a horde of humanoid creatures killing the ones that were falling behind, and on the west side of the road, a giant Medusa creature crawling at them. Lincoln was in the middle of the cross fire.

"I gotta get into that alley!" He shouted, and more than ever, she held Lily tight in his arms. He runner through the people.

A car was thrown, and he ha to duck to avoid it, but it killed other people for the price. Quick he got up and ran, but bumped on a black dude, that shouted "GET OUTRA MY WAY, BRAT!" and pushed Lincoln aside, making him fall down, and almost let go of Lily. "INKY!" She wailed, seeing everyone so scared. He grabbed her, and pulled her closer, and continued running towards the alley. If he didn't hide anywhere, he was gonna be in between the creatures clashing slaughter. He tripped over the curb, and fell on his back, taking care to not hurt his baby sister. He looked at both sides of the road, and saw that they were getting closer, but, he wasn't hit.

A pair of hands pulled him quickly out of the way, when the snake was about to dash right where he was, the last thing he saw, was its raging flaming eyes.

The hands dragged him back inside the alley, and the shadows covered whoever face it was. The person dragged him to behind to behind from a trash can, and hugged his body closer to his in a protective manner, and all while this, he kept a revolver on his right hand, wielding it and ready to shoot if needed at whatever got in there.

The screams didn't stop, but now they weren't on the middle of the road, and for now, they were safe "God damnit it kid!" the guy's head darted over the alley entrance a few times and back at the boy "That was close!" He let go of the little white haired boy, and he kicked and stumbled a few times to get away of the man.

He was about to shout who he was, but then he saw your police badge and his heart calmed down "Oh thanks God, Mr officer, what's going on?! Where's my family?!" he asked, still holding Lily into his arms, that would glance at the officer slightly in fear.

He took off his cap and threw it to the side, wiping the sweat from his forehead with a sigh "I don't know what's happening, neither where is you family, but, for now, stay closer to me for safety"

"Ok..." the boy muttered, knowing that this was his best chance to survive.

"Ok, the coast seems clear now" he said, revolver still in hands, and looking out to alley, seeing if anything was there to ambush them, but there wasn't.

He walked out, holding the gun with both hands, and Lincoln was right behind him, walking while curling Lily in his arms.

The road was clear, the people have dispersed, ran away, or had hidden in somewhere, same goes for the monsters. There were still screams for afar and even gunshots too. Lincoln flinched at each shot that echoed in the city. His worries were growing up bigger and bigger at the seconds that had gone by. He watched that Lily was crying silently on his shirt, tugging it in her little hands, not daring to let go. He approached one finger close to her, and slid it in her little hand. When she noticed what it was, she held it with her both little finger back. She whined "I'm 'cared, 'Inky"

"Me too Lily, but I sweat to you I'll never let you go!" he hugged her "You'll always be with me no matter what, and I swear I will protect you with my life"

The officer looked both sides of the road, trying to figure out if there was any of those things in sight. He was about to step out of the alley, when his radio produced a static sound. He immediately grabbed it and tried to speak "Hello? Anyone on the line, over?" but there was only static.

And voice did echo, but it was inaudible, and statistics messed up the words, but, on thing was heard before the little radio went off completely "*schhh* Horns- *schhhhhh* Enormous!- *schhhhhhhhh* Ravaging traffic- *schhhh* Stay hidden- *schhhhhhhhhhhhhh*" The officer tried to speak once again on it, but the communication and the signal went completely off.

"Damnit! I couldn't make out of what it said" he murmured. He looked back at the twi children's, seeing them looking at him, with worried looks, waiting for his lead. "Ok, kids, i-" but when he crashing sound was heard, and looked at the left side of the road, and then, his next action was "WATCH OUT!" He ran, grabbed Lincoln and Lily, an jumped out of the way, ducking and rolling on the floor, right back inside the alley, barely avoiding an SWAT truck that almost hit them. The bodies of a few soldiers ragdoll-ed on the floor. But the worse of all, was that the now former truck, transformed into a pile of crushed metal and engine, was blocking their way out of the alley "You kids ok?!"

Lincoln answer yes, while Lil was shaking in his arms from pure fear and desperation.

"Any injuries?" he check both of them but found nothing, except for Lincoln that still had the cuts from his previous accident with the family Van "What about these?!" he checked Lincoln's head, but, now it was just dried blood, and the cuts stopped bleeding.

"It just hurts now. Stopped bleeding a while ago..." he spoke in a low tone "But..." his gaze returned at the truck "What could've done that?" he pointed at it.

"No idea, but we gotta move on and get out of this alley-"

And roar that echoes in the air and in between the buildings made the ear of the tree humans ring for a moment. Whatever it was, was walking around with heavy stomps, and it was getting heavier as it walked closer to their position. The metal of the SWAT truck began to creak, while something on the other side was pushing and tearing it away of its way. The officer grabbed his gun that fell to the ground and pointed towards the sound. It groaned, growled, and roared.

Finally, it made its way through, using his horns as an last resort to take the pile of meal out of the way. The monster's hooves stamped on the ground, and stopped in front of the three survivors. From above his hips, the body of an bodybuilder, worth of an lifetime of training. Large shoulders, biceps, triceps and forearms, and giant hands, chest, abs, covered with black fur, as well on the shoulders, back and back if the hands. Now, what was different on this being, was the head and legs of an bull, and the red flaming eyes that displayed an unbearable rage from hell. Maybe it did come directly from hell.

The eleven years old boy, cupped Lily's head closer to his chest, preventing her from looking at that living nightmare. The officer felt his mouth get dry and the grip on his gun had weakened, and his aim was effortless "What... the... fuck?.." He mouthed, while looking up to the monster.

"A... A... A minotaur?!" Lincoln murmured, shaking in place, and crying for dear life and praying for God.

The officer quickly recomposed himself, aimed his gun at the thing, and pulled the trigger.

The monster roared his lungs out, feeling his thick skin get penetrated by the bullets, but, compared to what a human could feel about getting shot, to the minotaur, it was like getting his skin pinched; his pain was only minimalist.

It roared one last time, before dashing at the three. The police man's fastest reaction was to push the two kids out of the way, and take the blow delivered by the creature. Lincoln and Lily rolled to the side, but the poor man, was thrown all the way back to an trash can. His back bended in an worrying angle, and a few crack were loud enough to let anyone know that he had a few bones broken.

Lincoln watched with horror as the minotaur lowered his head and dashed one more time t the adult.

The police man raised his revolver and shot once again, but that didn't slowed down the best, that which pierced his chest and shoulder, its horn going right through the heart. He used his last bits of strength to throw the gun at the boy, and he grabbed an glass bottle, broke it, and stabbed the beast's eyes, making him roar and recoil, holding his injured and now blinded eyes with his hands.

The white haired boy watched as his savior body limped lifelessly on the ground, with blood coming out of his holes. His heart was stuck at the thing's horns. He quickly grabbed the gun. He sure did play a lot of shooting games, but he never really paid attention to how guns actually worked, not even a regular revolver pistol like the one he was holding.

"Nails in the churches, nails in the dust"

"Nails in the coffins, in peace we may rust"

The growl of the monster lowered as he turned his gaze at the boy and his baby sisters. He was shaking with rage, and when he punched he floor, and spirited at the boy.

Lincoln screamed when he doged but leaping to the side making the monster meet face first the wall behind him. Lincoln hid Lily behind the trash can he whispered "Stay here! Don't leave from here!" And he turned his gaze towards the living nightmare.

He didn't had time to react when the living nightmare grabbed him with his thick and large hands. Lincoln felt every inch of his bones creak and sting from the pressure. His kicking feet's had some effect on the monster's balls when he kicked them. He was dropped on the floor again, and barely dodged the beas when he slammed down his fists, and Lincoln had to leap to the pest, and crawled towards the opposite wall he was cornered to. He saw his life flash before his eyes when the minotaur swinged his fists, left and right, left and right, almost hitting his legs. When he bumped with his back on the wall, he looked up and saw the beast glaring down at him ready to strike with his horns. When he did so, his horns for stuck on the wall.

Lincoln had slid himself between the monsters legs, and kicked the back of his knees, making him kneel, all while Lincoln only option was to run further inside the alley. He kept running, a waterfall of tears flowing down his eyes, all while he was praying for Jesus to live and get through this. Lily is just a baby, and they already lost their parents and sisters. He couldn't leave her alone- "OOF!" He fell back as he had crashed against a dead end. He looked at the brick wall Infront of him, preventing him from going anywhere at all. He turned around, to run back and find another alternative, but he was met with both hands of the Living nightmare grab him, ready to crush all his bones.

The Loud boy was almost passing out. The grip on the gun at his hands, was getting to weak. His eyes were turning to the back of his head, but, he looked at the beast's. One of them were injured. He remembered about the officer that sacrificed his life to save him and his sister. He widened his eyes and narrowed hie eyebrows, and gripped his hand on the revolver. He rose his arms, aimed at the already injured eyes of the minotaur, and pulled the trigger. The bullets made his let go of his body, stumble back, and roar in pain. Lincoln fell to the floor, and gasped for air.

His whole body was in pain. He rose his head to the monster that was holding his bleeding eyes, now more deeply injured. He gritted his teeth, and used the weights force of his body to make the minotaur fall on his back. Lincoln place a feet on his face and shoved the barrel of the gun inside of his eyes, and loaded the last round bullets inside the godforsaken creatures skull. Blood splattered on his face with each shot, and each bang, was a roar of the beast, but, with each shot too, his roar was getting weaker and weaker. It got to a moment, where it stopped moving.

Izuku had let go of the gun, that stood still shoved on the now dead beast's eye. He stumble away from the body, and fell to his butt, and quickly wiped his hands on his face, watching as I got stained with the minotaur blood. The more he wiped, the more it spread around his face, eyes and cheeks. It started getting more messier when his own tears joined the blood. He finally used his orange polo to wipe it clean, and once he finished it, he crawled away from the scene he had done. and curled himself and started to cry. He was too stunned to cry out loud but also, still deep into the adrenaline that didn't let him process yet what he had truly done.

He looked at the lifeless body, thinking he just had knocked out the thing, but then, it started to down in him.

He had killed it with his own hands.

Lincoln quickly got up and left, retuning to where he had left Lily.

She was still behind the trash can, and he said "L-l-lily, i-i-i'm he-here!" He quickly opened his arms, and Lily just jumped on them, hugging him tight and crying more and more. Lincoln just couldn't hold back anymore, and he wasn't just crying now, he was wailing his eyes out.

They stayed like this for the next half hour. When the sun started to set down, he got up, grabbed Lily, placed the cap on the dead officer face, covering it, and he left, Walking away in the middle of the night.

To anywhere.

Anywhere safe.

Set twenty years in the future. Present day...

The sun rise in the sky, setting the morning period of the day. Many animals come out from the vegetation that has taken over the city a long time ago. The birds fly, squirrels; also, and little bunnies come out of their little rabbit holes. A small rabbit hopes his way around an old railway. The iron was rusting, and the wood was rotting, if a train of any sort tried to ride on these railways, it would surely have a drastic accident.

The rabbit came out of the bushes he was searching on for food, and food. He stood on his back legs, sniffing the air with his little pink nose. His long and fluffy ears twisted to each side, trying to hear if anything threatening was close around.

For now, nothing.

He hopped a few times over the railway, until he came to and abruptly stop, when the sound of an branch snapping scared it. He looked back and 'round him for anything that could've been doing it.

His small red eyes looked at all angles possible but there was nothing he could see, but just because he couldn't see, doesn't mean that the other couldn't see him.

The bunny breathing rate slowed down and he continues to hop along the railroad. He stopped once again, but this time was because of an low growl. He looked back, just in time to see an brown panther take slow steps out to of the bush it was hidden on, and that have been watching the small animal steps this whole time. The small cute animal froze in place with fear pounding on his small heart, and his ears laid behind.

The fear started to be replaced with adrenaline when he quickly hoppedly ran away, and the panther started to chase him. Running on all fours after him.

The ran through wherever they could, either to get lost or to get closer. The bunny would run through small places, while the panther would jump over the trees or dead logs to jump and run closer to the small animal. They ran, ran, ran and ran, and they didn't seem to get tired, but there was big difference of who had the upper hand.

The small bunny, unfortunately, tripped on a branch, and the brown panther didn't waste time to jump over him, and sink his teeths on his neck, making it give his past squeaks, before his breathing was becoming shallow with every noise he made.

It stopped moving.

The panther started at it, but I didn't ate it. It bit on his neck again, but this time to to carry.

It walked all the way back to the railway, and it fallowed northeast upward on the hill of the railroad. On top of the hill, there was a train of ten wagons, which were pulled by a diesel train. Two of the last cars were leaning down the hill, and the others were at the top, in a straight line. The diesel train was all melted down and destroyed, but the wagons were still attached to it, and the brakes were still on, keeping the thing in place. On the few wagons, were containers, some opened, some closed, but all of them had one thing in common: they had a survival improvised base style.

Wooden boards crossing through an container to another, small campfires, abandoned mattresses, lines of clothes hanging in the air, that were swinging to the wind, and lots of empty bullet shells, and can of food too. Whoever was there before had gone away a long time, ever since that the panther took his place in it, killing all of them if necessary.

The brown panther hopped on the last wagons, where an open and dark container was. It was the panther's nest. It walked inside and laid the dead bunny corpses on the floor, where many others were too. All of them white, what kept reminding it of someone.

It just looked at the dead animal corpse, and, with his paws, it started to pat the dead white and long eared animal "Lincoln..."

"I'm against it." She crossed her arms, a small frown on her face as she saw Lincoln checking his remington shotgun and its bullet shells. Lily just was not having a good feeling about today, and with her older brother just saying that he was gonna walk out there to look for more supplies, was not making her happy. She just woke up a few minutes ago, her hair was a mess, and her humor was already bad, and hearing him saying that, made it worse.

"I have to" the white haired adult man said, cocking the gun after loading the last shell in it. the sound of CHLICK-CLICK was satisfying for the albino man. He looked at the gun, checking for any failure that can kill him later, and sighed "We can just count on what we have just here at the Mall. Eventually, what we have here is gonna run out, and we will need to go look for more. I know this isn't nice, and what we went through yesterday was no good either, but I have to." he got up from the sofa he was sitting at. "I'm sure that those fuckers from yesterday learned their lesson and won't be coming out of their holes for a good time."

"But, Sti~ll! I'm having a gut feeling that something is gonna happen today, and it can kill you for sure!" Lily whined, really wanting to protect him, and something else in that too. Having Lincoln as her only remaining siblings got her too attached to him. She worries about him very easy.

"I'll be ok, Lilubug" He joked as he kissed her forehead, as he cupped her cheeks and lifted her face a bit "I will come back safe and sound, I promise I won't die"

"You promise?"

"I promise"

"Pinky promise?" she stocked out her pinky finger.

Lincoln just chuckled, and slapped his knee "I think you're too old for Pinky Promises" he wiped just one tear from his eye.

In the end, he did her the pinky promise, and, getting his bag, with the necessary for this trip to the outside. He stood outside, in the front of the Mall building, and signalled for Lily to close the gates. Once he heard the door was closed, he took a deep breath, and started to walk down the road to anywhere that could be a sign of hope for him.

Ever since the day it started, there was no explanation for whatever the fuck was happening. It started to fast, and the same speed it started, everything crumbled at the same time. No one had time to study, observe, or even teach and; or even tame it. Yes, he could tame those things, but he wasn't going to test his luck for it. Walking down the road he saw on the sky vultures, half human vultures. Those things were fucking ugly as hell.

He got inside of an old clothes shop. The glass showcase was broken to the smallest pieces of broken glass shards. He stepped into some of them, but carefully to not make much sounds as he opened the door. He aimed the gun in his hand to all directions, looking for any danger in sight. None, for now; good.

He walked around the place, looking for whatever was good enough. Soon, winter was gonna come by, and he needed to stay warm, and Lily too. He didn't even need to speak about food, it already became an instinct.

*Crick*

He just cocked his gun, and quickly aimed back at the sound. It was close to the door. He kneeled, and kept aiming, until... "Squeak! Squeak!" an little bunny came from under a jacket that was fallen on the floor. It was such an small little animal, that it could fit in the palm of his hand. It was white, with little brown eyes, and it had a brown spot on his right eye. Lincoln sighed, and lowered the gun.

He sat fully on the floor, and called the little animal "Hey... Little guy. C'mere! C'mere, I won't hurt you" He stood his right hand out, with the palm upward, and with the soothing voice, he called the small cute animal.

It was probably just a puppy. Not older than maybe, what? Six months old? He couldn't tell, it was Lana's thing to guess how old animal can be at just at their size.

It sniffed, tilted the head to the side, and looked between Lincoln's face and his open palm a few times. But, when it tried to hop towards him, the poor little animal staggered, and fell to the ground, letting a squeak in pain. Lincoln silently gasped, and reached doubt for him rapidly. He lifted him and his hands calmly and carefully, and checked every possible place on him.

The was when he saw an wire tangled in his back right paw. Lincoln touched it, and he squealed painfully. It was hard for him to watch.

Pulling out a knife from his pocket, thou cut the wire carefully to not hurt him. After he was free, applied ointment and bandaged the injured area. The small animal looked back and saw that he was feeling better, and he curled on Lincoln hand, and lowered his ears, and softly squeaked with each breathing he did. Lincoln just smiled, and with his free hand, started to pay him "Ain't you a little funny guy?"

A few minutes they both spend like this. Lincoln just accepted that he earned this animal trust, and that now he was his safe spot for life. A few more minutes later, the small bunny was standing close to the exit, and once he looked back, one last time, he squealed at the white haired Loud, and hopped his way out. Lincoln just watched as he had just departed to his family probably. Lincoln closed his eyes, smiled and hung his head a bit thinking that he done what was right after a long time in his life. He was about to get up, but then, he heard the same squeaks from before, but now, they were terrified squeaks, and shortly after, the same bunny came back running at him, and jumped right at his lap, shaking with fear, and trying to find anywhere he could hide away. "Woah, woah, what's going on?" he asked the small animal the couldn't stay still, due to the fact he wanted to live "What has gotten you so scared like thi-" Lincoln had to stop, and with an airless gasp, look at what has been chasing the little rabbit.

The panther... .

Lily was not wrong, too bad she just wasn't there to say "I said so!" to her brother, and too bad he didn't believed her either. Of course, nasty things can happen anytime, but, he would never say that it could kill him. "Haa~, he'll be the death of me at one point... At any point at all!" The blond tenn adult woman said. She barely made past het twenties, and she already had a sense of impeding doom, looming over he brother that was not even there with her.

Lily loved him, sure, but, there was more, that she couldn't tell him to his face, but either she did something or she say it to him. She'll never knows when he will leave her.

It scared her.

But, coming back to her, she was organizing the few things she could fix in the car, or better, try to distract herself from this feeling of a premonition of tragedy. She let go of the tool she was holding in her hands and hung her head down, eyes locked with the complexity of the car's engine "Just be fine, brother..." her prayers needed to be answered, if not, she had no clue what to do if something happened.

Of course, there were many sounds around the she could hear, and she'd always was in alert, but, a gunshots was never a good sign. She looked at southwest, were the sound of the gunshots echoed from. She couldn't tell; if it was possible for her, if the gunshots was from Lincoln, or anyone else, and no matter how, regardless of who shot it, maybe it wasn't a good sign. If it was Lincoln, she couldn't guess if it was for hunting, or protecting himself, and if it was someone else, it maybe was possibly the two previous guesses.

She wanted to go and check but, he told her to stay and take care of the things. Oh, how she wanted to go there and hug him to protection, but she couldn't; she didn't want to disappoint him when he told her–asked–to do an task extremely important.

She got on her knees, pulled out a knife-made cross that was in a necklace, hidden under her shirt, held it in between her hands, and started to pray.

"Dear Lord from heavens above.–

I ask you for the protection of my only brother left, for the sake of our lives.–

I hope you answer to my prayers with your glorious protection and blessings.

I beg you, bring me my brother back safe and sound. He's the only I have left.

I beg before you, for your actions and protection.

And name if the Father, the Son, the Holy Spirit,

Amen"

She looked up to the sky, and saw the white clouds slowly drift along the wind. They were beautiful, and she never really noticed that. Most of them seems to mold themselves just to entertain people. Shapes, or even take form of memories eventually. It was funny.

She laid on the ground, and just watched them, imagining that she was just a kid, doing what they'd normally do as a little girl would do. She never had that.

She sighed one last time, and unnoticeably a tear slid down her way on her cheek "I beg you... Bring him back to me safe..."

One shell was already used. Cocking the shotgun, the empty shell was ejected and fell to the floor, and bounced a few times before stopping. Smoke came out of the tip of the barrel, as Lincoln aimed the shot towards the exit. His only exit.

The bunny was hiding inside of his backpack, shaking with fear, as he hid himself in the dark of the interior. It was curled behind a small box of extra shells, and his ears now we're hurting due to the loud BANG sound. Anyway, it knew that it was not proposital. He was trying to get both of them safe.

Lincoln's hands were shaking as he aimed to where the enormous animal was before it dashed out of the way when he pulled the trigger, and now, was hiding away from his view. He would be lying if he commented that he was not scared, but, truth to be told, It had been over years since he had come face to face with a human beast like this. What he didn't really was quite understanding, was why it was wearing a purple shirt with a white skull in it, and on it's back legs, above the ankles, there was spike bracelets, and also around the neck. He was too confused to really noticed it, but he was worried about getting out of this alive, if he can. He quickly got up, zipped close the backpack, and ran behind the service balcony. His boots screamed as it dragged against the floor, as he slid behind for cover.

"Ok Lincoln, think... Think... where, where, where?" He looked around for anywhere else he could go, as much far away from that. It was just a one time thing, and when he was just a kid, and if this was a challenge proposed from God himself, he was gonna have to refuse–with all due respect.

"Where the fuck is the back door-" he hissed, but he then saw it. All the way on the other side of the salon, three clothed alleys of distance "Fuck..." he muttered, knowing that his luck was not the best. There was an incident in his life to prove that.

He looked like over the balcony to check. It was strangely quiet, and desert, and it was never a good sign.

"Ok... Just gotta move fast..." he quickly walked his way to the first clothe alley. He looked inside the alley between the first and the second to check; no one there. "Ok."

He moved the the second alley. His heart was beating fast, and there was a chance of one in three of the brown panther being there, ready to pounce on him and rip his skin out for its own pleasure, and satisfy his hunger. He looked in the hall between the second and third alley; there was nothing there.

"Thank you God." He breathed out, and quickly moved to the last alley. The door was so close, yet so far from his reach–well, yes, but it just a way of speaking (duuh!)– and thee was just one last alley for him to check. He slowly took a peak in there and his heart almost dropped.

It was there, with its back turned to him. Taking a closer look to the panther, it had a normal human torso, with its back covered it straight and shinning fur, there was a long tail sticking out of just an inch above the butt crack, and had panther years on the head. The arms were normal, but the hand had only four fingers and obviously sharp claws, but the back legs were completely different, being a really animal legs, the panther legs. It slowly kept walking down the corridor with his back turned to Lincoln, not noticing he was there. It took a turn around the the second alley and got out of sight.

Lincoln Huffer in relief, and he was about to take a step, but, there was shards of an broken lightbulb on the floor, and it make loud cracking sounds. He flinched and looked down at his black boots and saw the unfortunate luck he had. He didn't even needed to look back to know that the beast was there, slowly wagging it's tail, his ears laid back in a low position, and ready to slash him with the shape claws.

Lincoln was equally ready too. His left hand was holding the remington shotgun, his finger already laying on the trigger, but, not only that. His right hand was slowly reaching out of a pistol. His heartbeat was so fast in his chest, that he could be sure that the beast was hearing it too.

Slowly... Slowly... NOW!

He spun, the shotgun on his left hand, and the pistol on his right. With the shotgun, he shot at the lock of the door, and with the pistol, he shot against the beast animal. The door was taken down due the shot, and how rotten it was too, but the panther quickly dodged and pounced on him, trying to slash him, but only managing to break the pistol in his hand. Lincoln had to dodge down, and his only chance right now was a shard of the glass. He grabbed a big one in his hand, gripped hard on it, and threw against the animal. It hit him on the from shoulder. It let out a loud growl, and fell to the floor. Lincoln quickly ran out through the back door, and went outside.

But the panther wasn't gonna give up easily. It finally had a proper pray, and it was not gonna let it get away, and he also had an little bunny for dessert. With her teeths, she pulled out the shard of glass, got up, and ran after the man. She didn't even noticed that he had a white hair...

Lincoln was running through the forest aimlessly. His hand was bleeding from gripping on that shard of glass, two deep cuts on the palm of his hand, but nothing he could stich up later. Jumping over fallen trees, sliding under logs and roots, and protecting himself from branches in the way.

He was panting hard and heavy fast. It was a close call back there. He would glance back for his own safety to see it it was still following him; even if it was, he couldn't see I'm that dense forest. He knew he was running up an damn hill, but it felt like it didn't had an end. His legs were getting tired, his knees were hurting from going past it's limits, and the weight he was carrying all over his back, hands, and body was getting harder and harder the seconds it passed by.

He finally got out of the forest, and saw the train. He was at the front and saw how burnt and destroyed the train was, but not the wagons. He did had time to think as he heard a shuffling sounds coming from the bushes. He quickly got on top of the first wagon after the burnt down train. He was about to pull out his shotgun, but when he turned around, the panther jumped out of the bushes, with it's claws extended to hit him. It punched on top of him, and it made him let his shotgun fall on the floor, but it automatically shot itself, and hit the fitting of the carriage coupler to the train.

First there was noises of something creaking while moving after standing still for a long time. Lincoln wasn't paying attention to that, as he was fighting of the large animal from off of him. He clenched his fist and hit it right in the face, unbalancing the enormous animal's balance, and using his feet to lift it off of him He quickly crawled away and stood up, both his fists clenching hard; his own nails was digging into the cut on his palm, but he didn't care for now. He had to do something. Even if he got away, it could track him by smell and follow him right back to were he and Lily were at.

At the corner of his eye, a tree was slowly moving. Later, he noticed: the train of wagons were moving down the hill. With him on top of it. His eyes widened, and he unconsciously lowered his guard. It started to take speed as each wagon was going don the hill, he was on the last, and the weight on each of them was making it go faster and faster. Lincoln right now was the meaning of "Bad Luck"

He took balance as the wagons were now shaking as it kept going down the hill. Apparently, there was not an brake car to slow down all the other wagons.

He looked back at the panther. It was trying to take a good balance, but it also seemed shocked that everything was moving. It looked worried at the point of fainting. Lincoln just put his guard up again in time. The claws just scratched his forearms, but it was nothing. It was not a deep cut. He hopped back, and quickly dashed to the next wagon. The first two were empty, but the others were all carrying a container or large boxes that were strapped down. He was using everything he had to dodge, leap away, and or just run away from the attacks of the enormous animal.

He reached to the fifth wagon, that had a container. He was leaning against the wall, but he couldn't see the panther coming. Was it hidden behind one of the boxes? Or was it... "ABOVE!" He quickly ducked when the claws almost ripped off his head. He leaped over to the sixth, ran past the seventh, dodged more then he could count on the eighth carriage, and he got to the last two carriage. He saw the improvised base that was settled there. He saw no other options but go up the boards and have a clear vision from above. Once he got to the top of the container, the wind was hitting on him harder than he could think. He barely could hear something, an he had to narrow his eyes to be able to see at least a bit.

It was starting to hit an speed that was not only worrying, but, deadly; if anything was on the way of the rail road, it was definitely going to get smashed to grinded meat, and for sure would leave a red and unpleasant stain around.

He looked to where he was going. He was still going down the hill, and there nothing more than a straight line for the railroad. He turned his back again, and saw the animal. It was growling at him, glaring at him with rage in it's eyes. It looked up and down on Lincoln, and saw him nothing but food–for now–, but, she did something he wasn't expecting. She stood up on her back legs.

She was taller than Lincoln, by two inches. The wind blower her short hair, making it shuffle.

He got ready. He wasn't surprised by it, not one bit. He was ready to throw blows, for living.

Both of them dashed at each other. Lincoln ducked avoiding an slash at the face, and punched right on her chin. He was not gonna let it kill him. But only if he knew who this was, and only if she knew that it was him. She stumbled back and saw him running towards her, and she dashed forward at him on all fours, and slid under his legs, and slashed him on the back, making the backpack fall. Lincoln went wide eyes when he saw the pack fall from him. The bunny was still in there. "NOOO!" he shouted, as he kicked her on the chest and leaped to grab the backpack. He grabbed it on the last second by a strap, but, the cost was half of his torso hanging at the edge of the top container. He looked over his shoulder and saw the panther coming closer. He didn't knew what to do.

Was it the end? He didn't knew, but he was not going down without a fighting.

He looked over and saw the that he already reached the base of the hill, and now was going around the rail track inside of the forest.

"Wait..." He was getting closer and closer to the... "THE MALL!" He had to do something. This track would go closer to the mall.

Suddenly he felt a sharp pain on leg. He looked over his shoulder again to find the claws sinking deeper and deeper on his leg. His teeths gritted hard and he hissed his pain out. She leaned closer to his face, and used her other claw to slash his cheek. the blood gushed out, and his eyes were bloodshot. Boy of them made an intense eye contact.

Both staring deep into each other's soul.

The was when the little bunny's head sticker out of the bag with a squeak. The human beast attention turned back to him, and Lincoln saw this as a chance, and punched her in the face. She got taken back and stumbled a bit. Lincoln used all of his strength to throw bag up and got on his feet again.

He was about to try an stand on his feet, but suddenly, everything started to shake violently. He looked around and saw that the wagons they had derailed the tracks, and were now only walking along the earth because of the momentum of their speed.

Lincoln fell down from the top of the container, and hit the platform of the wagon down below. He got up, and walked around the container to see if he could get in. No, the only one open was the last one in the last carriage. He quickly went there, but then he came to an abrupt stop. The bag.

He leaped the best he could and grabbed the backpack from the top, and hugged it against his body. The panther r was not there, he did not want to know where it was. He quickly limped to the container, and laid in there. He crawled, about to close the door, and in the last moment, the panther showed up, and right when he closed it, she almost got in.

Lincoln just hugged the bag, and curled himself to minimize the damage.

As he expected, the extremely strong and violent jolt arrived. The last thing that happened before he blacked out was hitting his head and body several times against the walls of the container..

Back at the mall, Lily heard a big and thundering sound coming from the horizon. She was getting a soups ready for lunch, and she was calm, that was until she saw the big and black dark cloud of smoke rise in the ski and blend in with the white clouds.

She dropped the spoon she was holding, and a few seconds later that the sound was made, she felt the floor shaking slightly under her feet. whatever happens was something big.

She just hopefully hopes that it did had nothing to do with her bother.

The smoke was too much, and he was already too hurt to actually get used to. Crawling from a crack from the container, Lincoln stocked out, and stood up, covered in dirt, and a few ashes from something that was on fire.

He looked around and saw the many carriage turned over, containers crumpled and bent twist. The dust was Hugh, and he barely could see where he was walking to, but he knew, it was time to get back home. But first...

Lincoln gasped "Bunny! bunny bunny bunny bunny..." He opened the backpack, and searched in there. He was ok "Oh thank God..." he checked the poor little animal, and he was without a single scratch. Lincoln sighed in relief, and sat himself against a tree. He didn't even noticed that the thing was just laying weakily at his side. He jolted, and crawled away, and the bunny squeaked with fear and hid away in somewhere.

Lincoln crawled so far back, that his hand felt the barrel of something. His shotgun! His hands were fast enough to grab it and aim at the beast, that was panting hardly, and his hands were shaking. The adrenaline went away, and he was feeling every single injury around his body, but his fear and anger was directed to the animal that tried to kill him. The human beast was panting silently, and occasionally let out a few gasps for air. Lincoln was no monster, but it was in no shape to kill him anymore, so, he got closer to. Looking down at it, he saw that it had cut one of the ears, and if it lives, will have a cool scar later. Lincoln aimed at the head, and the human panther gazed at him with almost shut down eyes. It was just giving up, not caring anymore, since she was at the death's door.

"Lin...coln..." The said man's eyes went wide as it talked his name. It was slowly moving her hands, and her voice was very... very... Very much like... Luna's voice

Lincoln's eyes went shot wide. He lowered his gun, and just said "Lu... Luna?..." The panther slowly turned her hear towards him, and had to narrow her eyes. Once Luna saw his white hair, his feature, how he was too similar to him; to her brother, she started...

She started to cry. She tried to get up, but she couldn't, she could only crawl. Lincoln stood his arms out from her and hugger her with him, and he started to waddle to one side to another, while his eyes were wide and tears were running down freely from his tear ducts. He couldn't believe it, his big sister was there with him, alive, and she remembers him, she remembers his face, his hair, who he was. Lincoln was sniffing and gasping as he would caress her short, messy dark brown hair. She was hugging him back, and she could hear his heartbeat. He tail was wagging rapidly to that, like a dog finding his owner after a long day out for work, and she was never so happy for that. Instinctively, she would meow and purr at his chest, each time, snuggling closer and closer to him, feeling his smell, not wanting to forget it never anymore.

"Oh Luna... Luna... Oh Luna, you're alive... You're alive!" Lincoln cupped her cheeks, making her brown eyes look at his blue ones.

She smiled, a wide grin full of sharp teeths. Lincoln was slightly taken back by that, and she noticed it. But there was still her and his injuries problems. Slowly, she started to pass out on his arms. Lincoln started to panic "No, no no nonono!" Lincoln held her closer in his arms, and shook her slightly a few times, and even slapped her cheeks slightly harder to see if she would wake up.

The bunny put his head out and saw the scene. He lowered his ears, but he wasn't afraid, he was sad. Sad for seeing Lincoln, his savior having the animal dying on his arms. His eyes widened when he saw that Lincoln got up, and limo his way to an random direction for while he was repeatedly say "no" nonstop.

He was not gonna lose someone he just got back again.

No sir.

A few days Later...

Luna was feeling so much better. It was warm, comfortable, firm yet soft, and oh, so toned. She slowly opened her eyes and saw a small lamp illuminating her surroundings. It was dark, but due to her being half a feline, she could see in the dark with more ease. It was a very large bed, and she didn't waste time to roll around like a puppy, while purring and occasionally letting out a bashful and relaxed "meow". She rolled so much around the bed that she ended up bumping on someone. She stopped ,mad arched her back. Whoever it was was covered from head to toe in the blanket.

She slowly sticker out he hand, and extended her claws, and once she pulled off the long and warm fabric, she saw him, Lincoln Loud laying there with her.

Luna eyes went wide again. Then, it all started to come together to an sense again. The carriage train wreck, how both of them finally realize who was who and finally reunited again, and that she was with her beloved brother again. This was a perfect dream.

"Luna?..." Nothing could wake her up from this pleasurable dream. Nothing!

"Luna!" Lincoln Voice snapped her out of her daydreaming. She looked at him, and saw the White haired man looking at her with also–not so–wide eyes. He hugged her, and she to return the gesture, stared to rub her body against his, and her head against his cheek. Lincoln hugged her like there was no tomorrow, and he would looked up and down to her, still wanting to check every time to make sure it was her. He was never so happy like today.

A few minutes later...

"Where have you been this whole time?" He asked her, but she just couldn't seem to respond. Luna lowered her head; she remembers who he was, the day it all started, who Lily wash and how he was important to her.

"I... can't... remember..." She spoke a murmur slowly. She looked at his eyes, and then, her head turned towards Lily "You grew..." She still remembered from when she was just a baby, and seeing her as and adult like her brother was sill too much to get together.

"Yes... You're Luna right? Lincoln always told me many things about you" Lily commented. Lincoln had to add how he'd always had Luna's help in some unfortunate adventures "Yah right."

"Wow, lil bro, that is, if I can still call you that" Luna chuckled. She lowered her head, and used the covers to viver her body. She, Lily or even Lincoln weren't bothered. She had many bandage strips across your body, and she needed to be laying down for a few days to fully recover. "How have you maneged to live through this whole time? Is been, what? Eighteen years?" she added.

"Twenty years, to be honest" the man corrected. "I'm already thirty one, Lily's barely out of her twenties, and by it, I can guess you're Thirty five?"

"Don't you know, that's rude to ask a woman's age?" Luna taunted a bit at him. She still needed to have the 'cool sis' personality, or else she wasn't the real Luna.

"I didn't ask, I was guessing" he remarked.

For the rest of the night, Lincoln would say everything he remembered about Luna to Lily. Said blond little girl, still didn't believe that she was a monster that had a conscience. She remembered the few nights ago that she and Lincoln argued about this exact subject.

"LILY, MONSTER OR NOT, SHE'S STILL YOUR SISTER!" Lincoln shouted, as Lily turned her back at him "SHE SAID MY NAME! SHE REMEMBERS ME!"

"SO WHAT?!" She snapped back at him, her eyes frowning from anger, and an envy and jealousy that was like a spice to add to the mood of the moment "WE DON'T EVEN KNOW IF THIS IS A TRAP OR NOT! WHAT IF SHE JUST, LIKE, WAKES UP RIGHT NOW, AMD POUNCE ON YOUR BACK THROUGH THAT DOOR, RIGHT NOW?!"

"I'M TAKING MY RISKS! SHE'S MY SISTERS, AND LIKE YOU OR NOT, SHE'S ALSO YOUR SISTERS, NO MATTER WHAT!"

"I DON'T CARE! SHE'S STILL A MONSTER, AND I'M NOT TALKING ABOUT THIS WITH YOU ANYMORE" she opened the door, and was about to get out "If you don't do something with her, I'm doing it myself!" and she slammed the door behind her, leaving Lincoln in the room where Luna was laying unconscious, with a few burn marks on her body, and lots of bandages.

From the other side, she was shedding tears, and she could hear from the other side of the door, Lincoln crying, while he kept saying "I'll save you" over and over. She could guess he was talking about his recently found sister.

She was not against his ideologies, but, she was afraid of getting too much... Competition...

On the morning...

Luna was softly snoring, as she was laying on Lincoln's chest. Lily watched that with a bit of a jealous eyes. But, she just let out a sight. If she'd ay the truth, she'd say that she already knew that this kind of thing would happen.

Lincoln was too good for just one girl.

And a special day was coming closer and closer that she could think.

It probably was gonna change Lily's, Lincoln's, and Luna's life forever
