I look up at my bedroom wall, staring at the plain whiteless ceiling. It was flawless because it had no flaws to become. On my bed I pull up the covers and I pull my head up a little to look at the sky. All I think of right now is him, Jake. The boy I had a deep crush on and the boy who had become my love interest.
I lie awake and pray

I knew it right from the start
I close my eyes slowly and I feel rested. I pray to myself that Jake would like me too. I wasn't sure because of Rachel. He seemed to not notice me anymore when Rachel was around. I long to kiss those lips and feel everything I wanted.
