Ron & Hermione destroy the locket (taken by dung, snatched by umbridge) using Gryffindor's sword (was soaked in basilisk poison during 2nd book),

the cup (inside bellatrix' gringotts vault) using a basilisk tooth from CoS (since griphook snatched the sword as 'payment' for helping them break in)

Ravenclaws diadem was initially taken by her daugther, the gray lady, and hidden in a tree in albania, voldemort took it from there and hid it in the room of requirement. it was destroyed by a spell from crabbe that burned it magically during a fight in the room.

Nagini is decapitated during battle of hogwarts

The deathly hallows are three magical objects from a magical childrens story that actually exist.

The Gaunt family ring is one, it is said to be able to raise the dead.

The Elder wand is one, it is said to be an unbeatable wand.

Harrys cloak is one, nuff said.

Dumbledore had been actively seeking these during his youth, and took the elder wand from grindewald when D defeated G in that duel ( note: not killed )

Dumbledore's hand was burned when he found the ring, not because it burned him when he tried to destroy it, but because he realised it was a Deathly Hallow object and tried to use it to raise his sister.
