I'm Fed Up
Disc: Not making money and do not own.
To whom it may concern,
I am fed up!
No matter what you think, this probably isn't about what you think. You see my name is Harry Potter and I'm fed up.
What I'm fed up about would be the subject of debate. You see there are so many things to choose from. Am I fed up with the treatment at the Dursley's, the hot and cold attitude of the wizarding world, the jealous fits from Ron, the manipulations from Dumbledore, the attacks from Snape and Voldemort, or one of the many other plausible events in my life?
No, none of these things are what I have had enough of. Although definitely not to my liking, these things are only minor trivialities compared to what really has me ticked off.
You will see my point, if you stop to think about it. I have had, not only the story of my life touted to the masses, but also been put
through every conceivable experience known. I have been shunted back and forth through time, flown or driven every vehicle, traveled in each possible way, been in every house at Hogwarts, gone to each school, real or imagined, had powers great and small, been both light and dark, and all in between, been a pauper and prince, and many more. It would take years to list all the possible and probable scenarios for my life. You wonderful people, with your ever creative minds, have, in short, made my life both HEAVEN and HELL!
I can still live with most of this, not that I have any choice. This is still not what has me fed up. No, the cause of my condition is very simple and rudimentary. Think for a moment, I mean really think. If all this happened to you what would anger you most. I am sure you will come to list one of the many reasons above. That is over thinking the root of the problem. You may even list my lack of choice; you're still off the mark.
Like many, I am not vain enough to believe I should be in control. Like the movie 'The Thirteenth Floor', I live in a contrived world. Of course this situation leads to the thought; if my world is contrived, what of yours? These are still not the major issues. Do you really want to know what I'm fed up with? Well, of course you do or you wouldn't still be reading.
What I'm fed up with can be summed up with seven small words. These words are the root of my displeasure. They frame the whole of
my life and the current situation. They will tell you, without any shadow of a doubt, what I am fed up about and make perfect sense.I am sure they would apply to you as well, once you realize what they are, in fact, you already know them. They are something that you include in every story you write about me, in some form, on this site. If you haven't figured them out, just scroll up and read the line that begins with 'disc:'
Think about it,
Harry James Potter
