"All right, that's it-time to lay off the Cheering Charms," Ron snapped.
"But Ron nooooo, why?"
A scuffle ensued as Ron lunged for Harry's wand and Harry danced away, ending with both of them on the floor, Harry seized with hysterical giggles and Ron clutching the wand triumphantly.
"But why?" Harry repeated.
"It's not good for you!"
"But it makes me happeeeee," Harry chortled.
"Ugh!" Ron cried out. "Finite incantatem!"
Harry scowled up at him. "What's your problem?"
"Oh, I dunno, maybe that it doesn't make me happy too?"
"'M not stopping you from casting them on yourself," Harry grumbled.
"Ugh!" Ron shook Harry by the shoulders a few times before mastering himself. "Well, maybe it's the wrong sort of happiness."
Harry looked incredulous. "The wrong sort? And the right sort would be...?"
"Something that involves me, maybe." Ron was talking right in Harry's face by now, their noses almost touching. Harry glared at him, and Ron glared back, and in the next instant Ron was crushing his lips against Harry's, demanding, and Harry was kissing back.
"Oh," Harry said, very softly, when they broke for air. And then he grabbed Ron's head and hauled him back down for more.
