The shimmer of Time's Square!
The city was alive with activity - cars honked and drives cursed under a layer of billboards and marquee's casting neon hues across the face of every pedestrian. At stalls and tents people bickered over items of little and high value alike, while some huddled by food stands simmering with grease. Stars were replaced by the winking lights of skyscrapers and glaring headlights. The air was foul; tainted by pollution and multiple other fumes, but inhaling brought a sense of...life. All the sensations, good and bad, combined in a distinct flavor that could only be described as New York City.
