...And seven years later, an update. For all of you who subscribed to this story, you sincerely have so much love and appreciation from me.

I can't imagine that most of you are even ON this site anymore (Lord knows I'm not) - but I made the scary/exciting (to me at least) decision to go ahead and edit/publish Sestina on Archive of Our Own, and my goal is to get it all the way complete by a Birthday of Some Significance of mine in March. According to my outline, there are nine more chapters to go - and I refuse to make it longer than that, because if nothing else, as I get older I've learned that sometimes less really is more.

I'm going to guess that they're still blocking the publishing of clickable links here (and if I'm wrong, big deal). My username on AO3 is also Lyricoloratura, and my page there is
