Its pouring outside, the lights in the house are off. Two lovers are at separate corners of the room, only light in the room is the moonlight shining through the window. Inuyasha looks up, his eyes glancing over at kagome.

The moonlight is shining on kagome's hair, giving it a shimmering look.

'she is so beautiful' he says to himself, staring at kagome.

Kagome feels amber eyes looking at her. She sighs and shivers at the Goosebumps as they cover her body. She looks up and her chocolate eyes clash with amber ones. Her breath catches in her throat as she looks at his hair and how the moonlight catches it and makes it shimmer, like in a fantasy dream. His eyes which glisten and shine like ice.

'he is so handsome'

Kagome continues staring at him, her chest swelling up with love for him.

'I hate being mad at him. We always end up fighting every night. I have to find a way to fix this'

'I have to do something, I can't stand going to bed with her mad at me and I with her' inuyasha thought to himself.

'I want to talk to him but I can't because with us, talking only turns into screaming. And then both of us will be yelling over one another and neither of us will be listening.'

'I can't take this anymore! I can't even remember why we're fighting! This has to stop.'

'this has to stop! I can't take this—this fighting! I can't even remember what we are fighting about! I'm going to fix this.'

Inuyasha and kagome get up off the floor at the same time still holding each other's gaze. Inuyasha's heart clenches up at the pain he sees in kagome's eyes.

'this is the end, no more fighting!'

Inuyasha stretches him arms out wide open.

"Kagome…." He whispers. A pleading look in his eyes.

Kagome smiles, knowing the secret message behind the way he said her name, and bolts across the room into inuyasha's arms, hugging him and then turns her head up to receive a kiss. A passionate hot and wild one, from her love.

"I'm sorry" inuyasha finally says.

Kagome apologized also, "I'm sorry too"

"That's okay let's forget about it"

"I love you"

"I love you too"

"Come on sweetheart, let's go to bed."

"Okay Inu but I want you to hold me please"

"I'll hold you tight and never let you go" he smiled. "I need you by my side"

Kagome smiles at inuyasha… "Inu.."

"Shhh, sweetheart. Don't say a word. I love you and that's all that matters right now."

Inuyasha bends his down and kisses kagome with all the passion in his body, his hands trailing up kagome's spine. Inuyasha pulls her closer and kagome holds her head back some more giving inuyasha better access, and in turn inuyasha deepens the kiss.

"Inuyasha.." kagome breathes into his mouth.

Inuyasha smiles and picks up kagome bridal style and climbs the stairs to their bedroom.

'Tonight is going to be a long night' inuyasha thinks to himself with a big smirk on his face. 'Very long'
