"Hey everyone," Bella called, rushing into the Cullen family's main house. "I have news. Exciting news."
From various parts of the house, Cullens came to gather around her. Edward, who had followed her, sat beside her, taking her hand.
"You remember the woman who wrote our story, about how I figured out about you being vampires and about Edward's and my love story?"
"Sure," Carlisle said. "She did a good job and made it seem like a fictional love story."
"Yes, well, Sherryola, whose real name is Sherry Gomes, is publishing a book!"
The family voiced expressions of gladness.
"Is it based on our story?" Jasper asked.
"No, it's completely different. Original work, not based on anything. She's not going to be taking our story down either. Her book is called Haven, and it's coming out on July 15, this year. Just a few days away."
"I saw you telling us and I've already pre-ordered a copy for everyone in the family."
"Of course you saw it, Alice," Rosalie said.
"I can't wait to read it," Esme agreed. "I remember she said she had been dreaming of being a published author for a long time."
"What do you know about it?" Emmett asked. "Is it full of action? A thriller maybe."
"Nope, sorry Teddy," Bella replied, "It's a romance novel."
"Oh well." Emmett turned back to his video game.

Yes, it's true. My first novel will be released on July 15, 2021. You can pre-order it from Amazon right now. Haven is the romance story about a blind woman, moving to a fictitious Colorado mountain town after a traumatic divorce and loss of custody of her daughter due to her blindness. She meets Michael Kelly, grieving the loss of his wife three years before, raising his son alone and pastor to a small church in the town. Both are hurting; both need to heal and risk loving again. It will be the first volume in the Haven Valley series.
