Hermione woke to find the bed empty except for a note and a single red rose on his pillow.

Darling,

Go to the Room of Requirement.

Draco

Excited, Hermione got up, showered, and went to the Room of Requirement. All that time, she wondered what Draco had planned for their anniversary. 'Sometimes I think he only took the Potions position because he wanted access to the Room.'

The door was already visible when she arrived; a small, heavy looking wooden door with iron hinges and handle. She opened it and was instantly bombarded with an eyefull of sea. It seemed she was on the deck of a ship. She knew it was only sensory illusion magic, that she couldn't actually be on a ship in the middle of the ocean, but that didn't stop her from smelling the salt, or feeling the breeze, or the spray of the sea on her skin.

It also didn't stop her feeling the cutlass now at her throat, or the breath on her neck.

"Now, my pretty prisoner, it's time to walk the plank." The owner of the voice lowered the cutlass and lightly pushed her forward.

Hermione turned around to see Draco's ice blue eyes smirking at her. His hair was mostly covered by a black scarf, and he wore a flowing black shirt tucked into tight black pants, and black boots. 'Oh does he look good in black,' she thought, despite the cutlass still aimed at her. 'He's a pirate. Sexy. I suppose I'll go along with it.'

"Oh, Captain Malfoy," Hermione pleaded. "I'll do anything. Just don't make me walk the plank!"

'Captain Malfoy' raised an eyebrow. "Anything? My dear, you don't know what you're getting yourself into. But, if that's the way you feel, into the captain's quarters. Now."

A/N: Inspiration for Draco's outfit is The Dread Pirate Roberts, obviously. I don't own anything, unfortunately. R&R!
