Chapter 1 An introduction
This is the story of how I died. Well, actually it's the story of a boy. His name, Kurt. Many years ago, the sun released a drop of light which fell to the earth and became a beautiful, golden flower. Not just any flower, no, this one was magical. It could heal the sick and injured. See that old woman over there, of course you can't this is narration, anyway, she's important.
Centuries past, and a hop and a skip and a ship ride over, a plentiful kingdom grew. They were lead by a beloved king and queen, Burt and Elizabeth. Now, Elizabeth was having a baby, she was almost due, but she became sick, very sick. She didn't have much time, so this is when people pray to find a miracle, or in this case, a magical golden flower.
See, she's back! I told you she'd be important. The old woman or Terri used this flower's power not to help others, but to keep her young and beautiful for centuries. And all she had to do was sing a special song.
Flower gleam and glow,
Let your power shine,
Make the clock reverse,
Bring back what once was mine,
What once was mine?
Creepy, huh? Anyway, Terri kept her flower hidden from the world, but one day, it was found.
"Sir, I found it!" The guards took the flower back to the palace, made a special potion, and the queen was healed. A few weeks later a beautiful, baby, a boy was born. You guessed it, that's Kurt. To celebrate his birth the king and released a floating lantern into the sky to much cheering of the people.
In that moment, everything was perfect, unfortunately, like all good things, that moment came to an end. Terri broke into the castle, and began to singer her song.
Flower gleam and glow,
Let your power shine
Make the clock…
Kurt had begun to glow, but when Terri noticed him shivering, she covered him in his silk sheet. The glowing stopped and the spell reversed. Gasping, she realized she would have to take the child.
Kurt's crying awoke the king and queen, before they could call the guards, they vanished. The kingdom searched and searched, but their lost prince could not be found. Years past, and Terri decided t raise the child as her own and taught Kurt her special song, he had such a sweet voice.

"Mommy", Kurt asked, "Why can't I go outside?"
"The outside world is full of terrible and selfish people, you must stay inside, where you're safe, do you understand flower?"
"Yes mommy, I love you."
I know, you're all thinking it, I'll just say it, what a hypocrite. Anyway, Terri had found her new magic flower and she wasn't letting it go.
