As the Doctor steps out of his Tardis
He tries to figure out where he is.
For the Tardis does not go where he wants to go.
It takes him where he needs to go.
Sometimes he has a companion or two
To go on adventures with him.

He brings death wherever he goes.
He does not do the killings.
It always seems to happen.
When he is saving planets from Daleks, Cybermen
And all other calamities.
He is the protector of earth.
For long as he lives.

Poor Doctor, only thirteen regenerations.
Not so immortal at all.
