Brennan had Mr. Nigel- Murray on the floor with her imaginary dagger in his throat.

"Alright, alright. I'm dead." Vincent cried out. Booth was shaking his head.

"What does this all mean?" He questioned. She released Mr. Nigel-Murray.

"That Leishenger was beaten and stabbed." Temperance replied back.

"I get that. But how is that going to help me beat Broadsky?"

"It doesn't." Brennan knew that Booth would be disappointed with her conclusion.

"He's out there right now with Leishenger weapon." Vincent was on the ground still rubbing his chin. Booth helped Vincent up from off the ground.

"There appears to be some sort of faint bruising over the mastoid process." Vincent noticed.

"I see the multiple bruises." Brennan said. A cell phone began in the lab.

"Guys! It's Broadsky." Booth reached out the phone. "Here"

"What do I do?" Vincent ripped off the latex glove and grabbed the phone.

"Don't answer it till the 5th ring, time to get Angela trace running."

"Then what do I do?" Vincent voice was trebling with fear.

"Try to sound like Booth." Brennan suggested. Vincent nervously held the phone. Vincent slowly counted in his head.

"Okay, I got it now." Booth grabbed the phone back. On the last ring he hit the talk button.

"Hello?" Booth asked. The sound of glass shot through lab. Booth fell onto the floor. Brennan and Vincent ducked under the examination table. Temperance could see Booth on his side clutching his chest. She crawled over to him.

"Booth! Booth." She looked into his warm brown eyes. When they usually gave her comfort, now she felt cold. Temperance moved his hand to see a gunshot wound. Vincent shouted for an ambulance. Unknowing what the future events would happen Brennan made a compress with her hands on the wound. Even when her fingers were tight, the blood from Booth's heart would push through.

"Bones, Bones." He mumbled. "I just want," He took a small breath. "You to know that." He shut his eyes.

"Booth! Don't go! You're going to be fine." Tears started to form on the bottom of her eyelid.

"I-I-I love you. I always- have."

"Booth-"

"I know this was too late to tell you but-"

"Booth you're going to be fine."

"I-I-I have loved you since, we first met." He took another break "I-I-I will never stop loving you Temperance." He shut his eyes and took a final breath.

"Booth! Open your eyes stay with me!" She looked down to see him gone. Mr. Nigel-Murray slid closer to her. She found herself putting her head on his shoulder crying. Temperance lifted her head to see her beloved partner's suit covered with his own blood. This was the last memory that Brennan ever remember of her Seeley Booth.
