2AN: I DON'T OWN HOUSE MD.
House had just walked through the doors when he saw Cuddy already trying to track him down. He started walking faster towards the elevator to try and avoid her but, no such luck.
"House!"
"Can't talk right now." He called back to her. "I have someone new for your team."
At that he quickly turned around and stared at her confused. "Are you replacing one of my team?"
"No, but you are going to put her on your team," she said with an air of finality.
"And, may I ask who this doctor is?"
"I think you'll find out what her name is once you go upstairs. She's already in your office meeting the rest of your team," she said as she walked away from him with a smug swing in her hip.
Standing outside of the Diagnostic team's conference room was the new doctor. She kept wondering if he would accept her as his sister or not but that's why she was here.
"Well here goes nothing," she said to herself and opened the glass door.
The only other woman in the room immediately stood up after hearing the door opening and seeing that it wasn't House.
"Hi, I'm Dr. Cameron. How can I help you?" She tentatively took a step inside and her question after a brief moment of hesitation. "It's nice to meet you Dr. Cameron. I'm the new doctor assigned to Dr. House's team."
At these words she seemed to get the attention of the other two doctors immediately.
Cameron seemed to be too shocked to say anything. But then one of the others stepped forward," I'm Dr. Foreman. Welcome to the tam." He seemed to be nice enough hopefully they would get along just fine.
Then the one stood up and introduced himself. "I'm Dr. Chase. It's a pleasure." She politely shook his hand while thinking, yet again, here goes nothing.
She said her name. "I'm Dr. Raquel (AN: that's pronounced (rah-KELL) Annabelle Chase."
Then everything froze.
