"STOLL!"
Travis smirks at the mention of his name. Now who, might you ask is calling his god-like name at 6 am? Why the beautiful Katie Gardner, of course!
"Stoll," Katie grits out. Her cabin is currently wrapped in Christmas lights, so her green cabin looked like an actual Christmas tree.
"Gardner. You know, I really thought that we were past first-name basis here." he gives her one of his signature grins.
Katie's face turns a bright red. "Travis," she puts emphasis into his name. "Why did you make my cabin into a Christmas tree?"
He gives her another smile so big that Katie is surprised his face doesn't split open. "Well, Katie," Katie glares at him. "I thought to myself the other day 'Hey, you know what, Travis, I should be real nice to my good friends, the Demeter kids, and decorate for them! That way, they won't have to waste time having to go out and getting the stuff, decorating the tree, etc., etc. All the boring stuff that you guys do.'"
Katie narrows her eyes at him. "It is not boring. At least I don't consider putting mistletoes all around the cabin decorating, just so you can kiss some Aphrodite girl whenever they come around!"
He gets a far-away look in his eyes. "Yeah," he sighs. "They're some pretty good kissers."
"Hey, guys, when are you going to kiss?" Connor comes up behind the both of them, effectively scaring the two.
"Connor, there is no way that I am kissing Gardner!" Travis exclaims.
"First name basis, huh?" Katie lifts one brow delicately up. He glares in her general direction.
"Dude, you have to, mistletoe." Connor explains, pointing to the plant above their heads.
Both Travis and Katies' faces start to turn red. Katie turns her head away from the Stolls and the rest of the Hermes cabin, who are just starting to get out of bed.
"Fine," Katie practically yells. "I'll kiss him!"
She put her arms around his neck and he puts his around her waist. She leans to kiss him-
This is it! Travis inwardly screams.
-on the cheek.
Travis' brain momentarily shuts down.
Katie gives him a smirk. A true child of Hermes grin. He has no idea how she pulled it off.
"Well, I'll see you later, Travis." she says as she leaves the Hermes cabin.
His face turns an even brighter shade of red (if that's even possible) as he hears his siblings roar with laughter, his brother especially.
Well played Gardiner.
Merry 19 days 'till Christmas guys! I actually wrote this a couple of weeks ago but decided to wait until December to actually post it.
Excuse any OOCness, this is the first Tratie I've ever done, so I hope I've done this pairing justice.
I own nothing.
DID ANYONE SEE THE NEW "RED DAWN" MOVIE?! If not, be sure to bring lots of tissues and someone to cry with because the ending is really sad... I ended up snuggling with my little 10-year-old sister. We were both practically in tears.
Anyway...
