A/N

Hello everyone!

First, I would like to apologize for dropping of the face of the Earth for almost an entire year. 2013 was a tough and very full year. I graduated high school, I started taking intensive conservatory classes, I met my boyfriend… and then at the end of the year, I spent several months traveling across Europe. It truly was an amazing year, but it meant I didn't have time to do any writing. For this, I apologize.

But I'm back! I cannot promise that I will be a regular updater, but I am going to try to fit in as much writing as I can around classes and work.

Second, this story has been nominated for BEST SISTERS GRIMM STORY EVER, the contest eligoat has every year. That turned out to be the motivation I needed to open the folder of files for this story. I beg you, please vote for my story, I would be honored to make it to the next round of voting.

I love you all, and thank you for sticking with me even when I was gone. It continually surprised me that I was still getting reviews and followers, even after it had been months since I had posted anything.

This chapter was prompted by different theatre TERMS. Theatre junkie like me? Do you know where all of the prompts came from? Bonus: can you tell me what they mean? Enjoy the chapter!

FOURTH

The pregnancy test was positive, shocking Veronica. It wasn't that she didn't want another child, nor was the timing really horrible. But with all her children graduating from their schools, she wasn't sure that she really wanted to start over again. She decided to keep it a secret until she thought about it more. Then Puck found the test while digging through the trash for a receipt and freaked out at Sabrina, forcing Veronica to tell everyone what was going on. Complete silence followed her words, and then… "Why didn't you tell me?" Henry shrieked in a very Daphne-like way.

SPIKE

All of the Grimm children had a phase in their teens where their personality temporarily morphed into something quite unlike what they had been before. When Sabrina turned 16, she demanded a Sweet Sixteen party, complete with shimmery banners and a tiara. She became prone to tears for the next year and a half. Daphne, on the other hand, became obsessed with warfront video games. She and her friends all wore camo cargo pants, although she never matched their buzzcuts. Henry and Veronica were expecting the worst from Basil, but somehow the spiked and dyed Mohawk still shocked them silent.

BLOCK

Ever since Briar's death, Jake had put up a wall around himself. No one could get in. No one could stop the visions that haunted him every single moment. No one could stop him from becoming a living, wandering ghost. Her rose still upon his chest, he wandered. His search for her was never ending. She was still there somewhere, he could feel her presence. It made him hurt. The bridge to find her had to be somewhere… right? Ever since Briar's death, Jake had up a wall around himself. No one could get in. No one could get out.

CUE

Sabrina had caught baby fever. She had books piled all around in the style of Granny's house. Daily she would leave a stack in the shower, only to be drowned the next morning by her sleepy husband. Three were baked with an apple pie at the beginning of her third trimester. But the worst part was that she began spouting facts to everyone with ears. And when she shouted something about postpartum bleeding, there was nothing Puck could do but turn green, mutter "I believe that would be my cue…" and rush to the bathroom to relieve his whirling stomach.

BOOK

Years after she had died, they found the journal that documented her final case. She had always kept her journals hidden, which was a mystery when you considered how thankful she was for every Grimm journal. She had passed in her sleep a week after her 126th birthday, on the 100th anniversary of meeting Basil. The last line was: "And that's it. This will be my final case. I can't carry on like this, and this was always how I wanted it to be. I ended with a bang." A note in the back read: "Good job finding this, Lieblings."

STRIKE

One little thing can start an avalanche of discord and destruction. But in this case, it wasn't so little and Sabrina began to wonder what was bigger than an avalanche, because what Puck brought down on the lawyer who had slapped her after she had won a case in court was certainly bigger. With the sun rising on a beautiful morning, the young man got out of bed thinking of that day's meetings. And then all normality fell off a cliff when he saw that his is entire house and garden were clothed in the silky wetness of toilet paper

BEAT

Boom BOOM. The music starts. Boom BOOM. He feels his brother's hand on his shoulder. Boom BOOM. He squeezes his eyes tightly shut. Boom BOOM. His vows are in his breast pocket, he checked at least six times. Boom BOOM. The guest rise from their seats. Boom BOOM. Someone sniffs from the back of the room. Boom BOOM. He feels dizzy. Boom BOOM. Does it ruin the wedding if the groom passes out? Boom BOOM. Boom BOOM. Puck is sure everyone can hear his pounding heart. BOOM BOOM! BOOM BOOM! And finally Sabrina's hand finds his. Boom BOOM. "Dearly Beloved…"

FLY

Real fathers are important in a girl's life. They teach them things few mothers can, and quite often they are the more threatening parent. Red had had several fathers. She couldn't really remember her first father, and her second father hadn't just been Henry's sleeping body on a bed for her to play with. But now, when she feels so alone, she does, finally, have a father to turn to, a real father. And she will tell him so. Just… after he comes out from under the bed. Who could have known, the Big Bad Wolf is afraid of houseflies.

MUGGING

Sisters are forever, or so Daphne proclaimed when Sabrina wouldn't do something. Sabrina always felt the guilt for not having done it, but was angry at being expected to. But why should she do it? Daphne needed to fend for herself. And yet… when Sabrina came home one day having been beaten to a pulp by an ogre in search of her wallet, Daphne did not hesitate one moment. Bo staff in hand, she stormed out to catch the mugger. Yeah, Sabrina thought as Daphne came back with a black eye, a giant smile, and Sabrina's bag… Sisters are forever.

NOTES

It's been said that princesses have the sweetest voices. They are described as "alike to birdsong" with high soprano trills. So the off tune crowing that woke Jake up one morning greatly startled him. He rolled out of the bed and traipsed down the small hallway of his girlfriend's cottage. In the kitchen was his princess, singing to herself as she watered her indoor plants and ate toast. He watched her for a moment, but then he had to give into the power of terrible singing. He came up behind her and kissed her, startling her into a happy silence.

I hope you enjoyed this chapter. My personal favorite was Notes, I always strongly shipped Briar and Jake.

I am still looking for and open to suggestions on theatre centered chapter themes for later chapters :) If you have anything, don't hesitate giving me a ping.

Again, please vote for All The World's a Stage in the contest. I would love it if I could make it into the next round.

Please REVIEW and tell me what you thought of this chapter, and I will be back very soon with the next chapter.
