He just sat there looking lost. Starring into the kitchen helpless. That is how Caroline found him in the abandon house. This is the moment she realize that there wasn't a line anymore, there was good or evil. There were only choices and looking at a broken man staring helplessly at the body of his dead brother, just staring and not being able to do anything about it. Made her realize that she had a choice also.

"Klaus," she spoke softly. He didn't react at her call. He seemed lost, broken. Once again she called to him making him face her.

Knowing there was a barrier between them she didn't care. Not anymore. Not when this world was already lost, with a blurry line that didn't exits anymore between two sides.

She cross the living room and sat in front of him, in front of the broken man.

He stared at her confused, wondering if she knew of the barrier.

"I know," she said answering his unasked question. He just nodded and turned to continue looking at the burn body across the room.

"I will leave with you." That made him turn once again toward her. Now he looked really confuse.

"Why?" Isn't this what he wanted, for her to come with him, to forgive him.

"Because, I am tire off all this, and this proves that they are not different from you. This right here in front of you proves. That it will never end. I just want to … escape from this. If you still want to leave and leave all this behind." She never looked away from his eyes as he starred at her with so much emotion.

"We are still, strap love." Giving her a sad smirk.

"The barrier will be gone by tonight, are you still willing to go or will you stay to continue this never ending battle."

He looked to the burn body once more. To what extend was he willing to keep going.

"Only if you leave with me. " He replied.

"Then I guess we are going to Rome, Paris, maybe Tokyo." That brought a smile to his face and remembering that hummingbird once again.
