A/N: Thanks for your reviews! 3

I can't really write Vincent all that well, so he may be OOC. Also, sorry for the wait… just never felt like writing for a while. Well here's the 4th chapter~!

Forbidden Love Chapter 4: Vincent's Plan

"Well, Vince, I'm off." Gilbert said, after he confirmed that he did indeed like Oz. Vincent only blinked in reply. 'Gil… he's going to be the end of you.' Vincent thought as he saw the form of his brother walking away from him. Then Vincent got an idea. 'I'll have Zwei… kill Oz!' Vincent smiled madly and laughed, "Yes! I'll protect Gil from himself, even if he hates me! Because every one of Gil's expressions is precious."

Vincent then started to laugh like a mad man. He didn't notice a presence behind him until someone tapped him on the shoulder. Startled out of his sociopathic trance he turned around and was surprised to see who it was.

"Uh, Ada-sama, what do you want?" Vincent said, clearly struggling to calm down and act natural.

"Nothing, I was just wondering where you were!" Ada said, and Vincent was trying to figure out if she was an air-head or if she really just didn't see his mental breakdown.

"What for?" Vincent asked, suspicious of her motives. If she did indeed witness his breakdown, then he'd have to break her, because no one should know about that side of him- apart from Echo.

"Well, since my brother and Gil were going to meet in the garden, I figured I might as well join you." Ada said, while both smiling and blushing. It was an infuriating smile that made Vincent wince on the inside. His outward appearance, however, was the complete opposite, as he only smiled and tried to charm Ada.

"How… considerate." Vincent muttered under his breath, but loud enough for Ada to hear. He then snapped his head up to look at her in the eyes and said, "Let's dance."

"Eh-" Ada started to say, but was soon cut off when Vincent grabbed her by the waist and pulled her closer to him. She immediately started to blush and make an excuse, but he whispered , "Please, just dance with me." Ada stopped spouting excuses because she had heard a hint of… loneliness and sadness in his voice. She nodded her head in consent and soon they were dancing to the tune of a nonexistent beat.

~ Meanwhile, Gil was making his way over to garden to answer Oz's demand. Gil pulled out a cigarette and lit it as he walked. His pace was brisk and to the point, as he wanted to see him as soon as possible. 'I'm coming, Oz.'

A/N: So… this was a crappy chapter… and I made you guys wait so long… sorry… haha um… OzBert interactions next chapter… whenever I get time or inspiration to write.
