36Hello again I do have a reason for not updating and that is because I said I wouldn't until I got 12 reviews. but after that I got my 12 I went on vacation And I am so so so so SOOOOOOOO sory for the fact that I haven't updated in forever. "My house before Paul freaks out," Sam
So that is where he stays when he wouldn't come home. "Why would he freak out it's not like he cares where I am."
"Alex he does care always has just please come and we will even make you some breakfast." Jared
I think you mean before you stopped hanging out with us he cared. I started walking in the direction that Jared was before then turned to him, "I will go but I refuse to eat your cooking I happen to like my taste buds,"
"Hey I take offence to that my cooking isn't that bad." Jared
"Yes it is Jared that is why Emily won't let you in the kitchen." Sam said before turning to me, "Don't worry my fiancé will be doing the cooking, I wouldn't let my worst enemy eat that toxic waist Jared cooks," I couldn't help but notice how his eyes lit up when he talked about his fiancé. The walk to Sam's house was quiet when we got there we just barged right in and Paul was sitting at a smallish wooden table, he looked up as soon as we walked in.
"Alex what are you doing here?" He asked then looked at Jared then back at me then to Jared again. "Did you do what I think you did?"

When Sam, Alex and I walked in to Emily's house Paul was already sitting at the table eating the breakfast Emily had prepared for us. He looked up as we walked in "Alex? What are you doing here?" then he looked at me and his eyes kept going from Alex to me and back to Alex until they finally rested on me. "Did you do what I think you did?" What is he talking about? Did I do what he thinks I did. What does he- Oh he thinks that I imprinted on his sister!
"No. No I saw her when I was on my pa-run and I stopped to talk to her and that led us back here," I said glad that I caught myself before I finished saying patrol
"While you were on- What the hell were you doing in the forest?! I have told you to stay out of it and you go in it by yourself! what the hell is wrong with you" Paul said looking a Alex
"Ok first of all you have never told me to stay out of the forest, second how would you know if I was alone or not and finally you can go fuck yourself. You don't get to leave for two weeks and act like an ass when you get back and then still get to be a controlling older brother when you feel like it; it doesn't work like that," Alex said from her place in the doorway.
Before Paul could respond Emily came out of the kitchen with more food and saw Alex, "Oh, An-Alex when did you get here? Oh never mind would you like something to eat?"
"I'm actually not that hungry but thank you." Alex said to Emily
"What do you mean you're not that hungry you use to be able to out eat me?" Paul said interrupting Emily's response
"If I could out eat you we would have a problem you eat more then anything I have ever seen." She responded
"He said use to be able to out eat him not can," I interjected
She took a little breath before she started to talk again, "Lo-" she was interrupted by her phone going off.

"Hey Alex I was wondering if you wanted to come over?"
"I'm actually doing something that's really impor-" Alex started before the person on the phone cut her off
"Alice and Esme left to go shopping in Seattle an hour ago and shouldn't be home until 4 Carlisle is at work and the guys are hunting, it's just me here," the person on the phone said sounding quite amused
Alex let out a sigh of relief before responding "Well then in that case I would love to."
"Pick you up in 20?"
"Yes ma'am," Alex responded
"Uh, you hang out with Jasper too much he's got you saying ma'am now what's next y'all?" She teased
"I already said y'all before I knew Jasper thank you very much, and I said ma'am too for that matter, so bite me." Alex said with a grin
"If you're not careful I just might." She said sarcastically
"Wow Rose I didn't know that Emmet like his girls kinky," Alex said with a devilish grin.
"There is a lot of things you don't know about how Emmet likes his girls. See you in a few." and with that the phone was disconnected.
"Crazy bitch," Alex mumbled before putting the phone in her pocket and turning her attention back to us, "Sorry guys looks like I have plans maybe next time." she said as she turned for the door.
"Wait where are you going?" Paul said
"To a friends house." Alex said without even looking back
"Dressed like that?" I couldn't help but ask, she was dressed in grey baggy sweatpants, black converse, a grey jacket completely unzipped so you could see the black sports bra underneath and her hair was in what looked to be a knot on top of her head.
"I will change when I get there between her, her sister, and her brothers closets I have plenty of options," She said after she gave a quick look at what she was wearing.
"What do you mean her brother's closet?" Paul asked
"I raid their closets all the time when I'm over, now I have to go." She said opening the door.
"Whats her name? Just incase there is an emergency we should know whose house you are at." Emily said, always being the mother hen
"Her dad is the best doctor in Forks and probably Seattle too so if there is a problem there wouldn't be a safer place for me to be then at her house." Alex said getting a bit annoyed The best doctor in Forks is Dr. Cullen, she can't mean him how would she even know him. Wait isn't his name Carlisle? But before i could voice my question Paul spoke.
"That still doesn't tell us her name." Paul said
"Rose if it makes you feel better." She said rolling her eyes
"Her whole name, Alex, a pet name isn't going to do much for us if we need to find you." Paul growled out.
"Rosalie Hale. Now I have to go." She snapped at him.
"Isn't Dr. Cullen's last name, well Cullen?" I finished lamely before she could walk out the door.
Sam and Paul's heads snapped back to me, and Alex looked at me with a questioning look. "Well you said her dad was the best doctor in Forks and probably Seattle and that's what everyone says about Dr. Cullen." I explained to her but mainly for Sam and Paul to see what conclusion I had drawn.
"Hold on you're going to the Cullens house!" Paul shouted spitting out the word Cullens like it left a foul taste in his mouth.
"Yes and if you have a problem with that you can keep it to yourself," She responded with a forced calm
"I can fucking keep it to my self?! No you are not going and that's final!" Paul shouted and that's final dood she hasn't even argued yet you know you're not going to get off that easy
"And why the fuck not?! Why do you even care?!" Alex shouted back.
"They aren't good for you Alex they aren't good for anyone th-!" Paul's answer was cut short by Alex
"Tell me this isn't because of those fucking legends?!" Alex shouted back you could see her anger rising and her temper getting the best of her but what had us all shocked was that her body was starting to shake like ours did before we phased. But that can't be right only guys can change. she must have taken his silence as a yes because she continued, " It is! Are you fucking kidding me Paul! Those are just bullshit storys that may have been based off of a fact at one point but now are just what they are called legends! And it's fucking stupider than shit for you to stand there and tell me that because of some bullshit story you are going to be prejudiced against my friends!" by now her body was shaking to the point where the edges were blurry. Sam had pulled Emily behind him and Paul and I where just staring at her wide eyed.
"Al-" what ever Sam was about to say was cut off by Alex's phone again

It took her a few tries to get her phone out of her pocket but when she did she answered it immediately.
"Leo? What's wrong?" She asks quickly trying to keep her voice calm but still shaking.
"Alex it's me, are you ok?" A male voice asked you could hear the concern in his voice over the phone
"I'm fine why?" She said her shaking slowly going away as she talks
"I don't know I just, felt like I should call you and make sure you were ok. What are you doing to day?" the voice asked
"I'm going to hang out with Rose while Alice and Esme are in Seattle," she answered and by now her body had stopped shaking all together.
"Ok well have fun sorry for interrupting," he said
"It's fine I'm actually just on my way for her took pick me up," Alex said with a glare at Paul
"Ok talk to you later then." he said
"Talk to you later enjoy your brothers," she said with a smile
"I will talk to you soon by"
"By," she said and hung up. Once she put her phone back in her pocket she looked at us, well at Emily and Sam really, "Thank you for inviting me into your home for breakfast and I apologize for my brother and my own behavior." and with that she turned completely ignoring Paul and me and walked out of the house and down the road like nothing happened.
"Did she just almost phase?" I asked in aw
"Is that even possible?" Paul asked
"If it is, and if she did, then how did she just stop when she was that close?" Sam asked
No one knew the answer to any of those questions but one thing was for sure we would be keeping an eye on Alex Lahote for the foreseeable future until we knew what just happened
I am so so so sorry that I haven't updated I had the worst case of writers block ever but I am hoping to update more regularly. Ok so I love you all and if you want a
