I'm Your Guilty Pleasure

Blaine needed a break. He went into the auditorium and began to play the piano. It was beautiful.

"What's that?" Sam interrupted.

"I wanted do one more Phil Collins song before they made us put our guilty pleasures back in the closet." Blaine responded with a smile.

"Well, maybe we don't have too. I mean, everybody seems to be having so much fun with it being all out on the table. Maybe life's just better this way." Sam explained.

"I… don't know about that. I think if we always indulged ourselves in that sort of thing, we probably make people pretty uncomfortable."

Sam waited before he responded.

"You don't have to be uncomfortable."

Blaine looked up at Sam with a smile, but it soon vanished.

"Which is okay, I… I get it… Your… Your guilty pleasure is me." Sam continued.

Blaine scoffed, "umm…"

"I mean, I've known all year. You know, frankly, I'm an attractive guy, and you are into dudes, and if you weren't into me, I'd probably be pretty offended." Sam said.

"Umm…" Blaine stopped. "You're not freaked out? Because, I don't want to jeopardize our friendship, I mean, you've been there for me throughout this whole Kurt th-"

Sam interrupted Blaine, pulling him towards him.

"Okay, stop. You do know why I've been there for you with the Kurt thing, right?"

Blaine shook his head.

Sam took a huge breath, preparing himself for what he was about to uncover.

"I've… I've been there for you… because… You are… You are my guilt pleasure, Blaine. I've been in love with you since the moment I met you."

Blaine was at first shocked, but then he smiled. "Why didn't you tell me?"

"Because… I didn't know you felt the same! I thought you were so hooked on Kurt, so I just backed off." Sam explained.

Blaine smile grew bigger. But, once again, it vanished.

"What if it doesn't work out? We're like brothers… I don't want to ruin our friendship…" Blaine started to ramble again, but was interrupted by a kiss. It was amazing. Blaine could see the fireworks in his head, and so could Sam. They pulled away and smiled.

"Nothing is going to ruin our friendship, I promise." Sam said with a smile. "Hug it out, let's go. Come on. Hug it out."

Blaine reluctantly stood up and hugged Sam. He held on for a while, but Sam got an uncomfortable face on.

"Umm… Dude… You… Um… Please tell me that is… um… a pack of lifesavers in your pocket…"

"Oh, yeah, no. Their breath mints." Blaine laughed.

"Oh."

"Do you want one?" Blaine asked.

"uh, yeah, sure."

Blaine handed him one and grabbed his bag, Sam did as well.

"Alright. Let's go do one more class." Sam said, grabbing Blaine's hand and walked him to class.

This was perfect. This was just what Blaine wanted.
