I have no intention of wasting your time talking about useless things, onward swift wind!

xD

"No! I saw him! I know I did!" Robin screamed, Red straddling his middle.

"Kid, calm down! It's just your imagination!" It had been a few weeks, four to be more precise, since the pair had escaped, they now sat in a hotel, vacationing in Moscow. The ginger had hoped the younger boy would be okay during the vacation, him not having had a 'sighting' for at least a week, until now that is.

"He was in the window!" Red sighed, walking to the large window, which covered most of the wall, showing the boy there was nothing to concern himself with.

"He was there…" The hero had ventured to his knees, doubling over as a wave of tears erupted from his puffy, blue eyes. Red soon turned walking over to his boyfriend, the physical scars might heal, but the emotional was tearing him apart. Robin clung to the boy, shirt in the balls of his fists.

"Why won't he just leave us alone…?"

"It's okay, Robin, he won't hurt us anymore." The ginger didn't believe the words himself.

"How do you know? How do you know he's not right outside the door, planning, planning to burst through the door and take us again…?" The thief, because even though he was dating a hero, he was still a thief, sighed heavily.

"Forget about, Slade. That was then, this is now." This made the raven locks cry harder.

"I tried to forget! I really did! But he won't let me!" Robin moved to pull his large crimson suitcase from under the bed, unzipping it cautiously. When the storage unit was fully opened, the shaking form pulled out a small shoe-box, bringing it to the bed.

"What-?" Red's eyes widened at the contents, Robin having poured them on the firm bed. "Robin…"

"He won't let me!" The young hero turned, running from the room, bright blue eyes glazed over with tears.

Robin didn't know where he was going, he just knew it was away. So he ran, ran past doors, past the beach, past the Titans, he simply ran.

"Was that rob?!" Cyborg screamed, his form a blur.

"Robin! Come back!" Red ran after his bird, stopping at the Titan's, panting heavily. "He had- another- sighting…" he rasped, continuing his sprint towards the sobbing form.

Robin somehow ended up in a Hobby-Lobby, surrounded by countless art-themed decor, his heart stopping as he turned a corner, it was him, he wasn't in uniform, but he was there.

"Hello, Robin." He didn't appear to be looking for a fight, but with, Slade, who knew? "I have no intention of ruining these good commoner's lovely establishment, I simply wish to deliver this." The older man handed the boy a small envelope, which Robin hesitated before ripping the top. When he looked back the villain was gone.

Dear Richard,

I hope by next week you will find the time for a visit. If you are in need of transportation, I would be delighted to provide it.

Hope to see you soon,

-S

Robin staggered back, simply trying to stay on his feet, his hope being short lived as he felt gravity pull him down.

He was caught by a pair of slim arms, being set down lightly to the cool tile.

"Kid, calm down, it's okay, I'm here…" Robin curled in on his side, the thief holding him firm, refusing to release the bird. "Shhh…" Red said, the form shaking in a silent plead.

The young thief soon managed to get the boy to his feet, leading him to the door, planning on going strait to the car, which sat at the curb.

"No… I can't do it again…"

"What are you talking about, Robin?" the raven haired teen pressed his hand in the ginger's, leaving a crumbled piece of paper as he drew back, not yet releasing it from his viper grip. Red read it quickly, eyes narrowing.

"Where'd you get this?!" The note frightened the boy, had Robin been telling the truth all this time? The young red head had thought it was simply the drugs, Red knew he'd still taken them, he found syringes littering the underside of his bed. Methamphetamine caused hallucinations, he knew that from experience, plus the bird spent an abundant amount of time locked away in his room. If the boy had told the truth all those times, he had been living in fear, in fear of that monster taking him away, having to relive that nightmare once again.

"S-Slade gave I-it t-tome…" It was nothing more than a whisper through the tears, but Red caught it.

"He will not take you again! I won't let him!"

"What are you talking about man?" Cyborg ran up to the pair, only catching the last sentence. The ginger handed him the letter, making the boy's features tense.

"He says Slade gave it to him." Red clarified as the oldest teen raised a brow, looking over to the leader in concern.

"He won't take you again, Robin." Robin shook his head, wiping the dirt off his uniform, sniffling as he ran a hand over his moist features.

"I'm fine. L-let's go to the beach or something." That sounded more like the Robin they knew, though the fear broke through, causing his voice to tremble a bit.

The group returned to their hotel rooms, changing quickly, Red wearing a pair of My Little Pony swim trunks.

"Really, Red?" Robin rolled his eyes, his bathing suit simply consisting of pure black with crimson rimming the waist.

"What?! It's Luna! Not like it's pinkie pie!"

"The fact you know their names concerns me." Red huffed, he was a brony, was that a bad thing? "Let's go then."

Maybe an hour later, Robin sat on the beach alone, watching the others play in the ocean, Raven being the exception, having strait up refused to come to the beach, sitting at the bar. He found the beach might not have been the best idea, him now being forced to think. He thought about the before time, Slade, but mostly he thought about whether or not they would even be able to stop the man if he did try to catch them again. In the end there wasn't even a possibility, he couldn't get Red in that situation again, who cared what happened to him, all he cared about was, Red. He knew the villain would catch him, if only for a threat, knew the boy was already in need of a ton of therapy because of him, and if that teen was caught again… Robin had to stop thinking, he knew what he needed to do.

"Where'd Robin go?!" Red was frantic, looking over the entire beach not seeing the boy anywhere, the team joined him, eyes scanning for the missing bird.

"Man, we have to find him!" cyborg said pointing out the obvious, running to the dark, goth. "Raven! Did you see where he went?!"

"He said he was going to the restroom." Red ran down the beach, only stopping once to ask where the bathroom was, soon coming to a door, turning the knob at a painstaking pace.

He wasn't there! No! He had to be there! The thief thought, turning to run in the opposite direction, screaming for the Titans who where already running his way.

"He's not there!" The small group ran, they didn't know where he was, and they needed to find him.

"I'll check the south, you and raven the north, and star the west." They where off, the plan wasn't the best, though it was Red so you can't expect him to be a leader like Robin.

They searched, and they searched, and they searched, but after four hours of nothing they decided to regroup at the hotel.

"Did you find him?!" Red was near to tears as he looked to the remaining titans, only seeing shaking heads.

"We'll look some more after lunch." The ginger had no choice, but to agree turning to walk to his room, the remaining teen's following after, all having agreed they'd eat together.

The sight was what they'd all feared, Robin lay on the bed unmoving, head to a pillow, a large bottle gripped in one hand, pills littering the floor.

"Robin!" Red ran towards the boy, they'd known he was still pained by the events, but had thought he was healing. "God, Rob-bin!" Tears slid off his chin, his entire being shaking from the escaping sobs.

"What are you doin', Red?"

"Robin? Robin!" The excitement in the frail boy's voice was clear, though he still didn't understand. "I thought you where dead!" Robin laughed, wrapping his arms around the red heads waist.

"I just came back to take a nap, I'm exhausted, I've been really tired lately, I took a sleeping pill, but it was a lot stronger than I thought, and I spilled them." That explained the pills, but Red still had one question.

"Why didn't you tell anyone you where going to the hotel." The bird bit his lower lip, knowing the answer would upset the thief.

"Because… at first I meant to do something else…" Red narrowed his eyes, grabbing the raven haired teen's arm. "Red! Ow!"

"Robin, stop! Killing yourself wouldn't make anything better! If anything it would make it worse! So stop with all this suicide stuff, and be happy!" Robin whimpered as the grip tightened. "Why." The hand dropped.

"Because if I wasn't here you wouldn't be in danger!" Robin breathed heavily, looking to the ground in a attempt at stopping the oncoming tears, pointing to the door with a fury. "Out."

"But, Rob-"

"Out!" They couldn't have cleared the room faster, the door slamming shut behind him.

Robin simply cried, curled in the corner and cried for hours. When he thought he'd cryed his own river he turned to the door, planning on grabbing a orange juice, ignoring the tears which still fell, though, that's when he began feeling dizzy once more, falling asleep crying, a dark chuckle filling the air.

Red, needed to check on the bird, quickly turning the knob, opening it to see what the bird had warned about. Slade held the bird, who's head leaned back in his unconscious state.

"Robin!" Red ran towards the villain, though was quickly kicked to the wall, causing a loud bang to sound, alerting the Titans.

"Rob!" The oldest boy said, seeing Red unconscious on the floor. Slade easily jumped out the window, leaving the Titan's in shock, their leader was gone, again.

"No… he warned me… it's all my fault…" Red mumbled as he slowly woke.

"What do you mean?" Raven asked, even her voice a bit shaken.

"The letters, so many letters, so many pictures…" The boy sobbed quietly as he continued. "Under the bed…" The team moved to the said location pulling out a small shoe-box, opening it with a shock.
