Now all of you that are currently reading 'Fly away' don't worry! I haven't abandoned it but I just wanted to make a short one shot on why Jade is, well, who she is.
Now, when you think about Jade West you see the mean, gothic, bad ass witch who hates everybody. But that's not who she really is.
Let me tell you a story. A story about a girl who hid herself from the world.
A girl who you most likely think isn't scared of anything.
I walked into my house hoping my dad wasn't awake. I had just come back from my best friend Cat's house. I closed the door slowly and tiptoed up the stairs but was met at the top by the only person I feared. My father.
"Hello Baby girl. Have fun being a whore did you?" He was drunk. "Good girls don't sneak out. I think you're gonna have to be punished honey." I tried to run away back down the stairs but he was too fast for me.
I knew it was coming before it came. He slapped me hard on the face then kicked me in the stomach. I whispered for him to stop but he didn't listen. Although the pain was in un bearing I was used to it.
He did this almost every night, if i messed up on the tiniest things. That was why I put up that mean girl exterior because if no one talked to me I wouldn't have to trust anyone. If I didn't have to trust anyone I won't get hurt. If I don't get hurt then maybe gradually I will slowly forget all the painful memories that clouded my past.
The man sent from hell disappeared into the kitchen. Half if me was expecting him to stay there and leave me alone. That was until he came back out, smiling at me menacingly. Holding a knife.
He staggered over to me and held the knife above my chest. Before he could move a muscle I kicked him straight in his- well- sensitive area, buying myself enough time to call somebody, not knowing who.
My drunk father got back up and leaned above me. Before I knew what was happening, he had jabbed the knife into my stomach, before blanking out And falling to the floor. His heavy body rattling the floorboards.
The last thing I heard was the sound of someone picking up the phone.
"Jade?" Oh great. It was that annoying douche bag Beck Oliver, Who I gave my phone number to for him to leave me alone. But right now I didn't care. I needed help.
"Save me. Please." I managed to gasp out before dropping the phone and letting my mind turn black.
I am so sorry for whatever this is. Honestly, I have no idea.
Just want to say that I will be making a multi chapter on Jades's past life after I finish 'Fly away' and a fanfic that one one of my readers gave me an idea for.
So basically you only have to wait two more stories until you get the full story of this.
Review if you want!
