50Here is the final chapter. We are at the magic games again, so we had a major time skip to the games.
Grace
It's so peaceful, a little too peaceful. "Are you okay?" Ai asks taking me out of my thoughts. "Yeah, It has been a while since it has been so peaceful." I answer waiting for the rest of the guild. "Are we supposed to get used to being invited to the Grand Magic Games?" Raven asks, taking a seat next to me at the bar. "I hope not, we can't just keep taking out a week or two at a time, without protecting our city." Nevmino comments, popping a grape into her mouth. "I agree." Raven adds on as I notice two things out of the usual. Shouldn't code blue be alarming right now? "Did the citizens already leave, most of them had tickets to the games." Alice asks, noticing my worry. "Yeah. Me, Eliza and Skylar went to check the population count. It's a ghost town out there. Population zero." Koschei mutters walking into the main hall. "At least the citizens wont be in danger." I whisper to myself just a little to loudly. "What do you mean?" Raven asks. I shake my head as a couple other members walk in. Another change in the air causes me to stare at the door. "What is going on?" I think to myself as I get out of my seat, just as the master walks out of her office. When I open the door, the cold air hits me, and it seems to hit only me. "Close the door. It is hot out there." Catherine mutters from her chair. "Something is wrong. I can tell by your actions." Koschei mutters and quickly shuts the door. "Grace-nee chan, whats going on?" Skylar asks. "It's so cold to me, but warm to you guys." I start, everyone staring at me. "I... I think we might have..." I continue, just to interrupted by an explosion from the mountains, and another from the forest. "Everyone outside NOW! We have trouble near the city!" Master Akira orders with everyone ready to protect what we care most about.
***Time skip 2 days*** ***At the Magic Games***
Lucy
"I wonder why Guardian Angel isn't here. Eliza sent us a letter saying that Doranbolt asked them to participate again." Natsu says confused that Guardian Angel wasn't even announced. "I am a little worried myself. Skylar was excited when we saw them training." Wendy comments. "Hey Gramps, do you know where Guardian Angel is?" Gray shouts to our master, and the rest of our guild. "No." Master says calmly. "Wasn't that Raven girl friends with Sabertooth?" I ask trying to figure out the mystery myself. "Yeah.." Natsu says calmly.
"Why aren't they here?" "I don't know." "...But they had their carriages ready when we left." I hear a group in the crowd start talking about the missing guild "Hey Fairies, any ideas where the War Guild is?" I hear Sting ask from where his guild is. "No." Gildarts replies. "Well they are a War guild, and their missing. Anyone wanna check their guildhall?" Rufus asks, receiving a nod from all of his guild and all of Fairy Tail. "Then lets go. I remember the city that it is in and eveything." He adds on, walking off the field, followed by the rest of us.
Sting
"God I huatue trains." I hear Natsu say right before we stop. "I'm sorry, but the tracks are broken ahead, and the only way into Yoake town is through the forest." The engineer says, letting us all off the train. "Great we have a four mile walk." The Celestial mage from Fairy Tail mutters reaching for her keys. "Save your magic, you might need it later on." A girl says from the shadows. "Who the hell are you?!" Natsu growls, ready to punch her. "Emily." She says disappearing. That was weird. When we finally arrive to the town that the guild was in, the whole place might as well have been a big pile of rubble. There is literally nothing standing, and the air is filled with the scent of blood. "Sting, over there was the guild hall." Rogue mutters pointing to a brick path leading to another really big pile of rubble. "What happened here?" Yukino asks, moving some of the rubble, revealing a lavender mess. "It's a girl. I think the guild members are trapped!" Yukino exclaims as she starts digging some more rubble revealing another girl, this one with brown hair. "I think there was a fight, by the way the buildings are destroyed and those two looking like one was protecting the other." Yukino says backing away from the two wizards. "Look! There is something moving!" Lucy shouts running over to another pile. "Grace-san." Juvia whispers, recognizing the Lavender mess.
Eliza
'I'm trapped!' I think pushing the pieces of the building from around me, eventually revealing the world around me. "Are you okay?" I hear multiple people ask me at the same time, and a magic similar to Skylars healing me. I nod my head and sit up, seeing what had become of our city. "What happened?" Fairy Tails Master asks me. "Last I remember, we were waiting for the carriages, and Grace started acting strangely. Then we were fighting for our lives against Tartarus." I mutter whipping off my dress.
Grace
'Where am I?' I question myself, opening my eyes seeing Alice's body next to mine, and the memories flooding back to me.
"Alice! Move!" I yell running towards her. Jackal caused this, even though Eliza had just finished him off, killing him completely, doesn't mean that his bombs didn't still go off. It, the buildings started collapsing, and all I could do was block Alice from getting smashed by putting my own body over hers as a shield. The last thing I remember was the building falling on us.
"Alice are you okay?" I ask getting up from the ground as she opens her eyes. "Where is Skylar?" She asks back at me. "I don't know." I answer, with a pang of guilt and worry taking over me. "It's Okay. We are over here!" David calls out from behind me moving some of the rubble off him and Skylar. "Grace-san! Your Okay!" I hear a familiar voice call out. "Juvia?" I question wondering why the water mage was here, or even why both Fairy Tail and Sabertooth are here. "Hey where is Koschei?" Master Akira asks from another pile. "I don't know?" I answer sounding more like a question. "Here... here I am." I hear Koschei answer, lifting an arm, and the whole guild rushing over to him. David Of course that idiot would be the only one practically in shreds. "Dude you look like shit." I chuckle noticing that Koschei's right arm looked like nothing but bone, and blood coming from nearly everywhere on his body. "Koschei are you..." Grace starts. "It doesn't look like it. I... I think he might..." I reply. "Don't you dare say that David! Not one word about that. Not when we all made it out alive." Master Akira interrupts causing Koschei to laugh, coughing out blood in the process. "Ah... It was... a good... war. A great one... one for the books." Koschei smiles showing his bloody teeth. "Could... could someone get... get me ... a... a drink?" He finishes, with his final flicker of life leaving his eyes. Koschei the Invincible, after nearly Eight hundred and Fifty Seven years, finally dies.
Skylar
"Do... Do you think Koschei went to heaven, Grace?" I ask noticing a tear roll down her cheek. "Nope, he didn't." David chuckles causing Grace to jab him with her elbows, and Raven to punch him in the face. "I don't know Sky... he might have. I mean if he really wanted to go to heaven then what could have really stopped him?" Grace comments. "But David said..." I start. "David is an idiot, and I don't think that Koschei could handle living in Hell again, unless he decided to take it over, but we barely made it." Grace interrupts, surprising me. "We were in Hell?" I ask. "Where the Fuck do you think your parents lived!" David shouts at me, causing Master Akira to use her magic on him, surprising us even more. "Don't use Curse words in front of the children!" She yells causing us all to look at her bewildered. "She...""Used...""Her...""Magic..." Ai, Catherine, Nevmino, and Raven say shocked. "I always knew that the first time we would see it would be for her to punish David." Grace says laughing, even as a darkened look appears on Davids face. "Well lets start building!" Master says standing up, earning a groan from all of us. "What about the railroad?" Master Sting asks catching our attention. "It can be rebuilt after our city." Master answers. "What about the Games?" Master Mokorav asks. "We have a city and guild to rebuild... and a funeral to plan... it can wait." Grace says, whipping the tears from her face. I never liked seeing her like this... I guess this was how we were meant to end.
Yeah. That was the end. But I am planning a sequel! Well I guess I will see you in the next story again!
