About me:

When I first stumbled over Janet Evanovich, and her hilarious books about Stephanie Plum, I was a neutral fan. As I continued reading though, book by book, I fell for the character named Ranger. Not because I felt he was better than Joe, but because I loved the idea of him and what he stood for. Danger, loyalty and strength. I read books to "escape" reality, not to read “about” it. That doesn’t mean I don’t appreciate a story that’s logical and realistic, in fact I truly enjoy them. It merely means I like to be entertained. This is a strong factor as to why I stand for a Steph/Ranger relationship, as opposed to one between Steph/Joe. I mean, come on, reading about how someone gets married and have babies and live happily ever after without a dark cloud in the sky, is boring. Give me some angst, give me some suspense, give me some hot steamy sex, and I’ll be a happy girl any day :P

For the most parts these days my life outside school is non-existent. Meaning, writing comes among my latter priorities. With each semester of law the stakes get higher, and the pressure builds. And failure isn’t precisely an option. Believe me, when one have to stuff in over ten frickin’ books, not counting several government texts, for one exam in your mind, then you definitely lose track of life in general. I've been having more Homer Simpsons' moments of stupidity these last few months, than I've had for a whole year. Come to think about it, it's quite worrying...

These days I also find myself a big fan of fandoms relating to cop shows and law in general. A side effect from my chosen career path, I suppose. Can’t say I honestly ever saw myself as the kind of person who’d live and breathe and think law, but hey, life works in mysterious ways. The more I learn, the more I like the challenge it presents. While my studies won’t make me a lawyer (thank God for that!), I’m definitely learning to argue like one. LOL. Though, for the love of my life, I still don't hit the law book to look up the law in question when I'm studying. Sorry my dear professors, don't think I'll ever manage to do that, no matter how many times you tell me to.

Besides writing fan fiction, my hobbies involve among other things cooking (but alas, can’t bake to save my life), music and reading. I also truly appreciate gardening. Have you ever seen flowers go from a seed to a flower day by day? It’s amazing to see, and, however small it is, play a part in creating. Now, here is where those who know me will laugh and point fingers and shake their heads. Yes, I know I kill off my plants on a regular basis. But not on purpose! And that doesn't mean I don't like to grow things. Nor does it keep me from trying to actually keep those plants alive for longer than a year. You know what they say... practice makes perfect. LOL. Maybe in the long haul I'll actually manage to actually keep a plant alive for at least two years.

A girl can hope, right?

Does this make me one of those boring persons? Maybe. But hey, we can’t all enjoy rock climbing and jumping out of airplanes ;)

Other than that, if you feel like checking out some really great stories be sure to look up these two fantastic writers: SoWicked and MagnificentSin.

Something wicked's coming this way... Or something along those lines. Except re-postings of old edited stories within the next few months. And perhaps even a new one...
