Okay, hi, it's Cheshire here, reporting for duty. I dunno what I'm supposed to put on here at first. I'm going to have a bunch of semi-important information about the way I write, things to expect from me, when I'll have enough time to post regular updates, all that yada yada and stuff at the bottom, so you could totally skip this if you want to. But for now, I'm going to pretend y'all care and list some random stuff about myself!

I don't really have a main-main fandom, I kinda just routinely swap out between old obsessions and then fizz out and the process continues. But, I do Harry Potter (strictly marauder's era, they're a. my favorites and b. able to give me lots more freedom within my fics because only a few things are really concrete in that entire time period); Miraculous Ladybug (fluff or angst, that's pretty much it); The Lunar Chronicles (props to you if you know and love these books); Kate O'Hearn's Pegasus series (first big chapter books I actually read you guys); Kate O'Hearn's less known equally as awesome Valkyrie Trilogy (great for mythology lovers like moi); Polly Holyoke's Neptune Project series (omg i loved it so much and nobody know what that is); Wings Of Fire; Warriors; Rick Riordan; Keeper of the Lost Cities (I'm an oldie, newbs, I was there before Nightfall came out. Wait that's not that old); Fairy Tail (yes i like anime if you hate that's great go jump in a lake); Soul Eater; Others I can't remember the names of right now...

My favorite color is yellow.

My favorite (and practically only) pair of shoes are my real-life motorcycle style leather combat boots because 1), I can step on people's toes, 2), they make me look tough, 3), they're actually really comfy, and 4), it's basically impossible for me to ruin them which I really need in my life. XD

I like all music. Literally all, although I'm more of a fan of indie or indie pop and folk, I like country and pop and (some) rap and rock and electric and alternative and stuff. My favorites are Cage the Elephants, Flyleaf, Nickelback, Of Monsters And Men, Mumford & Sons, Halsey, lovelytheband, Eminem, Macklemore, Sia, the Band Perry, Dixie Chicks, Maddie and Tae, Carrie Underwood, Old Dominion, Amber Run, Bon Jovi, Dua Lipa, others that I don't feel like listing.

I like the idea of renovating classic stories like fairy tales or Alice In Wonderland and giving them new twists.

I hate vampire teen romance sagas, and I especially despise the broody grumpy billion year old creep trope you find in all of them.

I like psych thrillers, fantasy, mystery, and certain amounts of coming-out novels (if the plot is good I'm good).

I absolutely love horror movies, I like comedies and action movies and a total of, like, three rom-coms. I don't like sappy movies, though.

I am secretly a 742 year old faerie. *wink wink*

I'm a Slytherin and proud of it, I choose to follow the path of Horus the War God, I am a daughter of Aries, I'm a Skywing, I'm in WindClan, I'm a Polyglot/Telepath, proud member of Fairy Tail and an honorary guild member of Blue Pegasus, and I'm a broad sword weapon's meister.

I might add more as time goes on.

Okay, onto the part about my writing.

So first things first: rarely expect anything more than five-chapter short stories or oneshots, because I don't like committing to a story idea and have the attention span of a goldfish. Unless I specifically state I'm going to do a sequel for a oneshot/short fic, do not expect one. If I'm asked politely and feel inspired it might happen but don't count on it.

I mostly write AUs. Soulmate AUs, Coffeshop AUs, Space AUs, Ghost AUs, College AUs, (NO HIGH SCHOOL AUS DON'T EVEN ASK), Crossover AUs (which is just me throwing characters into other universes without technically doing a crossover, so like a Harry Potter AU or a Camp Half-Blood AU or something), Texting AU, Prank Call AU, Fake Dating AU, Arranged Marriage AU, and as I think of more I'll keep adding.
