Clara was my first tribute to actually die in a Hunger Games SYOT. She was, to say the least, a spoiled brat. I originally designed her to be kind but determined, but I kept changing her until she eventually became the self-centered jerk she is today. I didn't expect her to get past the bloodbath. I even mentioned in the form that she was a bloodbath tribute. Still, I was sad when she died. I'm sorry it had to be this way, Clara. Rest in peace.

Oh, man. Even though I was pretty much expecting this, it was still a hard death to read. I loved the way the author developed Livy to be so prideful and angry, but unfortunately, her constant rage was her undoing. It was so fun to read about the interactions she had with the Careers and her district partner. Sadly, I knew she was dead the minute she tried to take down Lysandra. :( I'm going to miss this girl.

I loved Aedrick. A lot. But I guess I always knew he didn't have much of a chance to win. Still, I really enjoyed reading about him. Looking back on it, he was a bit cliche, being the son of an abusive father, but do I care? No, not really. Anyways, I was devastated when Aedrick died, but seeing as they were in a completely underwater arena and Aedrick couldn't even swim, I wasn't all that surprised. Rest in peace, my poor dude.

When I first created Shark, he was one of my favorite characters that I had ever made. He was kind, loyal, and had a good heart. However, the Hunger Games molded him into an arrogant jerk, definitely not one who deserved to win. I was disappointed when he died, but I wasn't surprised, nor was I particularly upset. It still tears me up a little to think about his poor family, though. RIP.

Oh, man. This poor, poor guy. D: In the first Hunger Games he won, he got his eyeballs gauged out by a vicious Career, only barely surviving the experience. Then, to make matters worse, he had to go into the Hunger Games again when he was blind. Despite this major disadvantage, however, he defeated the odds again and again, making it further than anyone, including myself, expected him to go. He was never designed to win, so I'm super happy with the placement he was able to get. I feel terrible for his family. RIP, you amazing person. I'm so proud of you.

I adored Jollin from the moment the author began writing his POVs. He was so sweet and kind, and he definitely didn't deserve the games. Unfortunately, he just wasn't strong enough to survive, even with the godly power he got to help him out. He still did remarkably well, though, and I'm super proud of him for how far he managed to get! Also, if I remember correctly, I'm fairly certain that Jollin was my first tribute ever to get written about in an SYOT, so he'll always hold a special place in my heart. RIP. :(

Jimmy, Jimmy, Jimmy. Where do I even begin with you? I'm going to be honest and say that when I first made him, I didn't really care about him. I mean, he was cool and all, but I wasn’t that attached to him or anything. As the story went on, however, I began to like him more and more until I knew I couldn't bear to watch him die. For a while, there, I thought he had a shot at victory. As fate would have it, however, he fell in love with his district partner. After her death, he went crazy with grief. He morphed into an entirely different person, from a total comedian to a serious, depressed kid. It broke my heart to watch him slowly descend into madness, but it was also really neat to watch him as he developed. I expected his death in the finale, but it was still super sad to see. D: I hope you can find Brynn in the afterlife.

ECLIPSE! YES, YES, YES!!! YOU DID IT! I honestly can’t believe Eclipse won! From the moment I made this girl, I knew she had the capability to go far- growing up on the streets made her smart and skilled. Still, though, as much as I hoped, I found it doubtful that she would actually be able to defy the odds and win. Eclipse had to overcome a lot of challenges in the arena, but with the help of her allies, she was able to keep on surviving until she made it to the end! I’m so, so, SO proud of my girl for winning and becoming my first ever victor!!!!!

Marik was my first tribute to "die" in the Hunger Games, although he didn't really die. He snuck a weapon into the Hunger Games and was taken by the Capitol because he broke the rules. He was then turned into an avox (I'm assuming). Marik was a nice guy, but to be honest, I was never very attached to him. Still, I liked him okay. He went out helping his ally, Talon. I'm proud of him for that. I'm sorry it had to be this way, Marik, but hey, at least you're still technically alive.
