my story- User Friendly

Lydia Alcott lived in America, her parents were forced to give her up for adoption soon after birth. Left with her a letter of secrecy to the caretaker of the orphanage. She was a witch, from a powerful line of purebloods, and would be the last of the family name, for her parents ran from the dark lord when they refused to give their one and only daughter to him, so that he may use her unique powers and one day kill her to gain them for himself. In doing so they died defining the dark lords orders. Lydia researched what she could when she became old enough, learning some spells but was also very good at wand less magic and no verbal spells. Now lived in a foster home.

In a magic chat room Lydia came upon a boy her age 16 from England and they begin to chat and finally broke the line of both admitting what they were and have confined in each other since.
