My name is Colleen and I entered the world of fanfiction and fanart in the Spring of 2007 while waiting for the publication of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. I am a adult who enjoyed the HP book series very much. That is not to say that I was not disappointed in some aspects of the series. Hence my entry into the world of fandom where all things are possible with sufficient imagination! As you may have guessed, the character that drove me to seek out fanfiction was Remus J. Lupin. Originally, I was looking for "missing moment" type of stories that could show me how Remus and Tonks became a couple. Because honestly, JK Rowling chose to TELL us it was so but she did not SHOW us it was so. When I began reading, I didn't know what the expression "slash" meant in summaries. But gradually, I came to believe that Remus and Sirius or Puppy Love as it's know was meant to be. Since boarding the HMS Wolfstar, I have become a walking encyclopedia of all things related to the Puppy Love! Most days see me stopping by my LJ friends page and I'm an editor of The R/S Prophet recsletter over at Live Journal. I maintain a with fanfiction and fanart recs. Even a few vids. Right now it's primarily Harry Potter, Supernatural and Crossovers galore.
