Favorite Couples/Relationships in Naruto:

1. Minato x Kushina (Two people could not be more perfect for one another)

2. Shikamaru x Temari (One of only 3 relationships that wasn't forced down our throats all the fucking time, and the only one that genuinely had development all throughout the series)

3. Jiraiya x Tsunade (They just have such great chemistry with one another that it's honestly sad that Jiraiya died before Tsunade could tell him about her feelings)

4. Neji x Tenten (Another relationship that wasn't forced and actually has some sort of development. If only this was the case with every relationship, but goddammit Kishimoto, learn how to write fucking relationships better)

5. Ino x Sai (Another relationship done right. If Kishimoto made the main ships like he treated the side ships, I'm sure there would be a lot less hate for the main ships)

Ships I will NEVER use in my stories

1. Incest ships (This is fucking gross. I don't see how people truly like this)

2. Yaoi ships (Nothing against gay people or gay ships, just not my cup of tea)

3. Anyone with anyone much older or much younger than them (Max age difference will be 5 years). I will most likely put my stories in/around the original and shippuden timelines, so that means the main characters will be 12-17 years old. Pairing them with someone much older or much younger to me, comes across as predatory and cougar-like. If they were older and consenting adults, then I'd be more open to it, but as of now, please do understand that where I grew up, this is not only highly suspicious, but is also highly illegal, which I do not want to advertise with my stories.

Things that piss me off about certain fanfics:

1. Excessive character bashing. Holy shit this pisses me off to no avail. Limited use of this can be funny, but ONLY if it's used as a haha moment every now and then. The kind of bashing I'm talking about that I fucking hate is the kind where they strip away everything about the character that made them compelling/a character in their original story, solely focusing on the parts that make them flawed characters, and amping those flaws up to 10000 (Looking right at you Sakura/Sasuke bashers). This kind of bashing, to me, seems like a way for bad writers to make other people agree with their opinions on certain characters. If you don't like a character, either write them in a way you will like them, or don't write them at all. Give your audience a chance to see if they like the characters you've written or not. Part of a good story is that the audience gets to decide which characters they want to root for or not. If that choice is taken away from them, then it isn't a good story in my opinion.

2. Pedophilia/Grooming/Rape in fics. I think I speak for a good handful of people here when I say this shit is absolutely disgusting. I don't want to read a story about Naruto somehow getting together with Sarada (That's his best friend's daughter and the love interest of his fucking son), a 15 year old Naruto deciding a 55 year old Tsunade is who will be his wife (Both of the aforementioned are examples of both pedophilia and grooming), or a single fic about a character getting raped. This kind of shit is absolutely abhorrent and completely unreadable in my eyes. Good for you if you enjoy it, but me personally, stay away from this with a ten foot pole.

3. Main character (or any character) becoming too op too quickly and too easily. Part of the reason we have main characters and we grow attached to main characters is because we get to see them grow and mature as characters, as fighters, and as people. If a character (especially a main character) gets way too op too quickly and too easily, it takes away from the journey we could potentially undertake with them, as they have already reached a level that nobody else in their verse could even come close to matching. Part of what makes a character compelling is the struggles they go through and how they overcome them. There's no struggle if the character could one shot the verse just by flexing, and by extension, there's no hype for the story or desire to see the mc succeed. At this point, we're left with hoping for the mc to fail just so that we know the character isn't completely outclassing everyone in their verse.

With that being said, I hope you do enjoy my stories and do leave reviews on them. It motivates me to write more if I see more people engaging with the stories!
