ON HIATUS (hehehe I know it sounds weird announcing it, but I'm quite a regular reviewer. Thus, some authors might think that their stories go bad or something for getting less reviews. I just write to let you know that it's not the case.)

(T^T) I've gotto finished my final report which is thousands of thousands words away. Not sure if I could come back soon. When I finish tho, I'll surely come back. Gosh!!! I will miss reading fics dearly. I will miss 'Ties That Bind' [nearly ending (T^T)~sob , and all dmnq8's works. If ever 'Embracing Dreams' by Arigatomina (+ Sacrifice) were to be continued, I would definitely be so gutted for not being able to read it soon enough. Yes, that includes super sexy fic 'Do Hearses Count In The Car Pool Lane?', my dear 'Smile', the ever so hilarious epitome of sarcasm 'Brain Damage' by antisaints, foxtastic 'Fox Magic' by Akaitsume, now on the cliff 'Never Alone' by deline89 and 'Supreme Redemption' by ShurikenC, smexy Naruto x cute little devil Sasuke 'Welcome in Wonderland', super beloved SasukexYakuza Naruto 'La Cosa Nostre' by the Cereal Killer and goshhh the list getting longer and longer, well actually all in my alert.

NaruSasu is LOVE

At first I thought, well, as long as our two favourite boys were the main pairing it really didn't matter who's on top. After reading more fics in various storylines available revolving these two characters in the end I totally fell in love (if not obsessed) with SEMENaruto/SasUKE.

Why NaruSasu?

Well, for me, Sasuke is a Bishi and he can be pictured as a beautiful male in both feminine or masculine definitions. (Just like Kiichi in Lovemode or Hiro-san Junjo Egoist) I love a strong, powerful, queenlike, yet naughty, bitchy, cute, little bit shy, complicated uke (or those tsundere characters). BUT NEVER girly damsel in distress or super helplessly shy ones! (U know the schoolgirl type)

For Naruto, i can easily imagine how he would look like when he grew up. Since I can't see an ounce of femininity in Yondaime-sama I also can't see Naruto being girly-whiny, ukelike. With his features, dark, tall and handsome is Naruto in my imagination. Therefore, an absolutely SEME formular (~sqee). I love dominant, in-control, possessive, yet cheeky, wicked, loving, caring, innocent SEME (Like Nowaki in Junjou Egoist, Raizon in Ze or Kanousan in Ogane ga Nai)

With these two their differences in appearance and personality amazingly compliment each other. All in all, Mister sunshine needs a touch of Frost.

The story I like..

I don't really mind if fics are Narutoverse or AU but I prefer those with the characters in their late teen or rather grown-up. It's just that it seems more convincing than those that try to make 12 (or even 15)-year-old boys fall in love with each other. (Except for instance Almost Sucks by Mashiro which's really well written and others in Narutoverse. 'Cause in Ninja period life was too short so it's quite common to be in an relationship in such young age. HOWEVER, NOT Before Shippuden. Please, just watch the parody at the end of Shippuden Ep.01 which has 2 Narutos -the Shippuden one and the 12-year-old Naruto standing side by side. Then, you could see why I really can't see that little runt (it's what the Shippuden Naruto called his young self) in any kind of romantic relationships ever! Also, not anyway I could see him described as little angle) The examples of awesome AU fics with rather mature characters could be found in Master of Rebels' works, which have never disappointed me.

Despite that hardly do I accept Uke-Naruto or even Fem-Naru, I can tolerate some of them, which usually portray him an attractive male and not too girly beautiful. Some of them are well written with convincing characterisation enough that I won't mind him being uke.

I also like those fic with them as equally attractive or handsome in their own way.

Unbelievably, recently i fell in love with NaruFemSasu and KyuuSasu. The former is the genre I never ever tought I would have liked. It started when I came across Second Time Around and Last Chance Last Dance by Sandylee007 and God I love them both. The latter I found it alluring and intriguing, tho sadly most of them are usually unfinished.

The Curse of Sasuke-Mpreg

...is that sasuke'd never have a chance to delivery his baby/babies since most of the fics are usually abandoned before the final stage. (~poor him; poor me)

Actually never had I imagined I'd have like them, but many of them are really well written or have addictive plots. And just after I fell in love with the story it incompletely ended. Dear writers, I do understand very well that you have life outside this realm and respect that. It's just that (~sign)

NaruSasu fics are not just more difficult to find than SasuNaru, but many were also abandoned. Thus, I try to collect them in my fav list here.
