We were witness to that conversation between Spock and Nyota on the way to Kronos. A closer examination of that scene shows a tense, concerned Spock as Nyota approaches the Klingon leaders and his mental connection with Nyota reveals her heartbeat, fears and pain. How does her Vulcan bondmate react?
