Memoirs of a Human Flashlight is a cross between Worm and Exalted. Taylor gets exalted as a Twilight Caste Chosen of the Sun. Worm is by Wildbow and it is awesome, it is at and you should read it.

Skipping all the Steps is about a 10-years-post-UBW Shirou being shunted into the setting of Creation from Exalted, and being exalted as an Infernal as a Chosen of the Yozis.

Nameless is a cross between Zero no Tsukaima (The Familiar of Zero) and Kingdom Hearts, with a generous helping of original flavor/character. It seems to be popular enough on spacebattles.

Azure Sky Cerulean Sea is a cross between, of all things, Fate/Stay Night and Magic: The Gathering. An OC Planeswalker accepts being summoned into the 5th Holy Grail War as Caster. Shenanigans ensue.
