Think of this page as more of an archive for stories that have impressed me over the years. Some will be better than others, as my standards and taste in stories have changed as i've grown older, but most that i've favorited should be well written and highly entertaining.
I have no plans to write anything as I really don't have the time or desire to do so, but I guess it's a possibility? But until I write a story, this will just be a good place to store some of the best things i've read on this site. Reasons a story might make it onto my favorites list: Pure originality, where the idea impressed me so much that it was added, even if the writing was subpar. Stories with fantastic Character Development will also make it onto the list, as I am a firm believer that well-written characters are the most important aspect. Stories with an exciting writing style I enjoyed will make it. And of course, all around well done stories with proper grammar, punctuation, spelling, etc. will make it onto the list.
How'd I get into fanfiction? Basically stumbled across some Inuyasha fanfiction years and years ago after finishing the manga (which I hated and only finished out of spite, I wasn't going to give up!), and I wanted to know if there was a better ending. And lo and behold... I stumbled across fanfiction dot net. And of course, not knowing what I was doing, I got invested in a story that had been abandoned, and 150k words in it just stopped. I couldn't believe it, what kind of heathen just leaves a story unfinished? Well, that killed any interest in finding a proper ending for Inuyasha I might have had, and fanfiction went on the backburner for a while until I thought to myself what else could there be? Turns out, quite a lot.
Current fanfiction interests would be... Crossovers! I love them as they're great playgrounds that provide a ton of tools to work with... as long as you can fix the characters, and add some gritty realism. Current favorites are Nasuverse, RWBY, Danmachi, and stories feat Naruto or HP MoD in worlds not their own.

If I had to recommend ONE story from ONE fandom on this site? Tough question, as I've read a lot of fantastic stories on here, but it would be: Elizium for the Sleepless Souls, by Voice of the Nephilim. It's well written, it's gripping, it's not too long and it's the most original idea I've come across on this site. If you haven't read it, go read it.
