I don't really know what to say. I love to write about other people, but I honestly don't really know what to write about myself.

My friends say that I have a good imagination. I am not a competitive person, so sports have never really been my thing. I have always lived in the Houston area (Texas). I have an adult son. My husband is wonderful!

My best friend Vicki (NoWayWithWords) got me addicted to Twilight and Fan Fiction, so this is all her fault! She encourages me to write and directs me to cool stories on Fan Fiction sites when she finds them. We jokingly refer to ourselves as "Twi-Twins" because we do all kinds of Twilight related stuff together. We went to Dallas for Twicon and got to meet some great Fan Fiction writers and some of the actors from the Twilight movie. It was a blast!

In July 2009 my family and I vacationed in Vancouver and Seattle, so my husband took me on the pilgrimage down to Forks. I honestly wasn't that impressed with the town. There is pretty much nothing there. The drive through the Olympic National Forest was worth the trip though! The road between Port Angeles and Forks goes around Crescent Lake. I would love to own a summer home on that lake. It is beautiful!

If I could give one piece of advice to a total stranger, it would be to explore the world around you while you are young enough to enjoy it and don't take small kids with you when you go. You will end up having to spend your time taking care of the kids, so you don't get to relax and enjoy yourself, and they won't even remember it when they get older.

I guess that's enough for now.
