I am primarily in this whole fan fiction business as a reader and reviewer. I've tried my hand at writing a couple of times, but never anything too serious. And never around here. I've been a member of various different archives for..well, I guess it's been over 6 years now. Wow, that makes me feel old.
I love fan fiction. I just..love it. I've been an avid reader for over 6 years now, since discovering it when I was in high school. Of course, then what I could read was quite a bit different than what I get into now. But. ;)
My favorite universe's to read are Harry Potter, Twilight, and The Legend of Korra.
A surprise ship of mine is something I accidentally discovered very recently..Hermione/Tom Riddle. I blame Serpent In Red for this. I stumbled upon her absolutely fabulous fic Somewhere In Time over at Granger Enchanted(my preferred HP archive), and then discovered she was here on FFN, too. Small world.
Needles to say, I am now OBSESSED with Hermione/Tom. I'll devour any of it you put in front of me..and I daresay it is my new favorite ship. Seriously, any recommendations, send them my way.
I'm a bit of an oddity in what I ship. I almost always, always, always HATE every canon ship ever. Just all of them in existence. And ship strange things, and ships that most certainly aren't usually compatible with one another.
Hermione/Snape, Hermione/Sirius, Hermione/Draco, Hermione/Lucius, Hermione/Tom, Hermione/Fenrir, Hermione/Scabior..(My GOD, I love Scabior. Please, can I have him?) ahem, yes. The ships...I even ship Hermione and Salazar Slytherin. That's right, Salazar. I'm totally willing to go there.
I'm pretty much willing to read any pair you put in front of me, so long as it doesn't involve Neville or Ron. Or Colin Creevey. Ugh.
Some of the authors on here just blow me away. You are so amazing, and I hope I tell you that enough in reviews.
That's another thing. As much as I love reading fan fiction, I probably love reviewing it nearly the same. And I often leave rather lengthy ones..so I hope you have a bit when you sit down to read mine.
Also..I'm totally obsessed with Amon right now. And, specifically, Amorra. Yes, I ship Korra/Amon. It's delicious. Absolutely delicious.
I also think there's a serious lack of love for The Lieutenant..and I plan to rectify that very soon. Indeed, I do. If I can manage it.
