So, I am a ReviewGiver.

My fandom for now will be - Merlin.

The purpose of this is to give reviews to those who request it.

I think there are a lot of great stories out there that have very few reviews, and a lot of not so great stories with a whole lot of reviews.

It can be pretty confusing to someone who has written what they feel is a piece of art, and see that no one really reviews their stories.

Who can those people turn to? How can someone figure out if they are really writing crud, or are just unlucky in getting reviews.

So, this is how I work..

(1) I'm going to be pretty truthful in my reviews - I will tell you what I think is good and what I think need work.

(2) If I think your story is over rated, I will say it. If I think your story is underrated, I will say it.

(3) I may not read your whole story - perhaps a chapter or two. If it's interesting, I'll read more.

(4) I'm not going to be too big on grammar/spelling. I'm really interested in the plot, character development, creativity, originality, and overall storyline.

(5) I prefer not to read stories heavily concentrated on Slash. I won't review stories dealing with Rape/Drugs/Sex.

(6) I haven't done this before, so I'll do the best I can in responding.

My main audience is to reach out to those who are genuinely confused as to why they may not be getting the feedback they think they deserve.
