Okay, for starters my name is Sharmaine but in this site I go by "shaLy". I'm in grade 12 (I'm excited to graduate!) and I live in Canada. I'm an only child so it's rather boring at home so I spend it by reading fanfictions and writing a few stories here and there. I'm currently a major fan of Harry Potter and my favorite pairing there is Draco Malfoy and Hermione Granger. I know a lot of people don't think they suit each other, but come on people, you can practically feel the sexual tension those two share! I know in the end, that they ended up with different people. Draco was one of the few characters that I've liked in the book, he is a mystery to me. To be honest, I never really cared about Hermione before and I only started to show interest in her on the fourth book during the Yule Ball. I loved it not because Viktor Krum was cute but because she was highlighted in that scene. Everybody got a glimpse of a normal Hermione, not the bookworm-ish and bossy one.

Before I was addicted to HP, I was focused on Naruto. I admit that I haven't really seen the whole show but I believe that I know enough to write a few fics about it. My favorite pairings there is Sakura Haruno and Sasuke Uchiha, Sakura Haruno and Gaara, and Sakura Haruno and Shikamaru Nara. Yes, as you can see, I am a Sakura fan. Although, I admit that Sakura was a wee bit annoying on the first season but I started to admire her during the Shippuden. In Shippuden, she portrayed a mature and independent Sakura which was absent on the first season because she was portrayed more of a fan-girl and a damsel in distress. I was hooked with the SakuraxSasuke pairing because I had one hell of a crush with Sasuke, but that was before he turned evil and blinded with his 'hatred' for his brother, Itachi. But still, I found Sasuke cute and I read a few fanfictions about them and I started to like him again :). I know that SakuraxGaara is way too impossible but its the possibility of a relationship between the two of them that made me like the pairing. I found Gaara really repulsive in the beginning but after knowing about his past made me admire him, yes admire and not pity because I know Gaara had the power to change and he did! He became a Kazekage and I was so happy about it! Anyways, the SakuraxShikamaru only developed after I started to hate Ino (no offence Ino fans, I mean no harm!). I find that they are intellectually fitted to be with each other! They are both so smart that if they had kids, they'll be like, super babies! Lol!

Way before I got addicted to HP and Naruto, I was into Gakuen Alice. I reallyl love that show and it is so cute! I really wanted the anime to continue but I hadn't found any yet so I started reading the manga in mangafox. My favorite pairings are: Natsume Hyuuga and Mikan Sakura, Hotaru Imai and Ruka Nogi, Misaki Harada and Tsubasa Andou, Youichi Hijiri and Aoi Hyuuga, Sumire Shouda and Kokoro Yome, Anna Umenomiya and Mochu, and Nonoko Ogasawara and Yuu Tobita. Yeah, I am a major GA fan..Lol!The reason why I love the NatsumexMikan pairing is because... well... THEY ARE THE MAIN COUPLE! and they make a super cute love story. I know that Mikan tends to be very childish, I really dislike reading fictions where they exaggerate her stupidity. PEOPLE, SHE IS CHILDISH NOT STUPID. shheeshhh. I just have to get that out of my system. LOL. Anyways, I love reading fictions where Natsume is a playboy and Mikan being the good, naive little girl that she is, change him for the better. Next is the HotaruxRuka pairing. The reason why I adore this pairing is because how opposite the two are. I know that Mikan and Natsume are opposite too, but I didn't like them because of that. With Hotaru and Ruka, the opposite attracted me to it because they are the OPPOSITE of Mikan and Natsume. Confusing isn't it? What I'm trying to say is that Ruka is just like Mikan whereas Hotaru is just like Natsume. With that said, I admire the pairing because they add humor to the love story. MisakixTsubasa probably came next because I love reading stories about them from being best friends to lovers. Hey, I tell you, it's not easy to fall in love with your best friend. Been there, done that. So I admire the courage of Tsubasa/Misaki who confess their love to each other whilst afraid of being rejected because of their close friendship. YouichixAoi came next because I find the two so cute and adorable. What with Youichi being a mini version of Natsume. It also intrigued me that Aoi somewhat portray and young Mikan. So the reason why I love this pairing is because I love the MikanxNatsume pair. I like the last three couples because it evens out the group. It would be sad if there is a third-wheeler, or a fourth, or a fifth. Well, you get what I mean. LOL!

They say it takes a minute to find a special person, an hour to appreciate them,a day to love them, but then an entire lifetime to forget them.
