Update status (11/2019): I have once more started writing fanfic, this time in the Youjo Senki fandom. Hopefully this will go the distance. My other fics are still abandoned, and I have no plans of continuing them.

Naruto character sheet (outdated) for gentlemankitsune's "When signing a contract always read the fine print":

I started my love of fanfics with HP and Naruto fanfic, although more recently I've been into Worm, Game of Thrones, and Saga of Tanya the Evil, among many others.

Recently I've created a Pat Reon account in case anyone wants to leave me a tip: pat reon.com/GremlinJack

Since I don't feel like talking any more about myself, here's a bunch of quotes I love:

"Tradition is the illusion of permanence." -- Woody Allen

"I refuse to join any club that would have me as a member." -- Groucho Marx

"No sensible decision can be made any longer without taking into account not only the world as it is, but the world as it will be." -- Isaac Asimov

"... you think there are the good people and the bad people. You're wrong, of course. There are, always and only, bad people, but some of them are on opposite sides."-- Lord Vetinari, in Terry Pratchett's "Guards! Guards!"

"If violence wasn't your last resort, then you failed to resort to enough of it." -- Howard Tayler, Schlock Mercenary

"New ideas pass through three periods: 1) It can't be done. 2) It probably can be done, but it's not worth doing. 3) I knew it was a good idea all along!" -- Arthur C. Clarke

"The true sign of intelligence is not knowledge but imagination."-- Albert Einstein

"If we knew what it was we were doing, it would not be called research, would it?" -- Albert Einstein

"The fact that an opinion has been widely held is no evidence whatever that it is not utterly absurd." -- Bertrand Russell

"Many a man will have the courage to die gallantly, but will not have the courage to say, or even to think, that the cause for which he is asked to die is an unworthy one." -- Bertrand Russell

"One should respect public opinion insofar as is necessary to avoid starvation and keep out of prison, but anything that goes beyond this is voluntary submission to an unnecessary tyranny." -- Bertrand Russell

"The meme for blind faith secures its own perpetuation by the simple unconscious expedient of discouraging rational inquiry." -- Richard Dawkins

"The universe we observe has precisely the properties we should expect if there is, at bottom, no design, no purpose, no evil, no good, nothing but blind, pitiless indifference." -- Richard Dawkins
