Having completed the first major mission to gain the knowledge needed to survive and rebuild, Wolf, Kat, the Fujimi kids and others keep pushing forward, trying to first survive, and then to ensure that survival in the city of the dead. It's been a month now since all hell broke loose, a month filled with tragedies, triumphs and increasing hope for improvement. Life goes onward.
