41 Those Who Are Left Behind » AU: After Paris and Torres are stranded in space on the Klingon Day of Honor and die of anoxia, Kathryn Janeway, Chakotay, Harry Kim and Seven of Nine learn to appreciate how precarious - and precious - life can be, as they travel the same route to the Alpha Quadrant, but without Tom and B'Elanna. After his encounter with the Boothby of Species 8472, Chakotay, with the help of Jean-Luc Picard, has uncovered some intriguing facts that he wishes to discuss with the Academy's head gardener. 2 Desdichado » A sequel/prequel to "The Messenger." After the loss of her son with all on Voyager, Tom Paris' mother meets an old friend of theirs on Bajor. With the help of the friend and a vision from the Orb of Prophecy, Alicia Kelley finds a new path in life, as well as a way to keep her son's memory alive by providing help to the "Desdichado," the Disinherited children of the Maquis.
