Marine!Luffy(An AU that will take place in a world where Luffy was inspired to become a Marine rather than a Pirate). One Piece.

Enter: Ryuma(A relatively short story involving a time-traveling Ryuma meeting the Strawhats). One Piece.

Nakama At War(A story in which the Strawhats are all sent to Amazon Lily). One Piece.

Bonanza(An after the ending story continuation detailing Vash the Stampede's misadventures and musings). Trigun.
