In the newspaper the next day, a motorcycle had crashed into a building because of break failure. Two people were on it and only one survived. Current Status on Fanfiction:

(21/10/2023): Currently not in the process of writing as I'm focusing on other things irl. Though will be returning back to writing soon.

(30/9/2023): Currently have some inspiration to continue writing. However, have only been writing the stories that I currently have passion for as well as a brand new story that I've had an idea of for a long time now. Also currently in the process of editing and rewriting some old stories that I've published.

Common Themes in my Stories:

1) Natsu is stronger/smarter/mature than in Canon

Fairy Tail is an incredible anime series, and I don't quite care about what people might say about it, like the fights aren't as good or the power of friendship nonsense. Though one of the biggest issues I have with the series as a whole is Natsu Dragneel, the supposed main character of the series. Well, let me just say this outright.

He isn't the main character.

Or at the very least, he's one of the FOUR main characters in Fairy Tail, with the others obviously being Lucy, Gray and Erza. I truly think that the series wasted his potential to be a character that can be spoken about alongside the likes of Naruto, Ichigo or Luffy. But because of how the author writes him in the story, he's weaker and much more immature than others. Don't get me wrong, I understand why seeing as Fairy Tail is a Shounen anime and it wouldn't make sense to develop him into a character that might not interest children.

However, there is also a limit as to how immature and weak he can be. For someone that is strong enough to defeat Jellal, Zero and the Twin Dragon Slayers (who were renowed for being the strongest TOGETHER), Natsu is weak.

How is he still getting beat by Erza or even by Laxus? Heck, how is Gray a match for him? Even before his big reveal as END, the strongest demon ever created, Gray is still somehow a match for Natsu? Who was trained by a literal dragon! Heck, Natsu should be strong enough to destroy buildings without even using his magic, yet he's so reliant on it to the point that he gets overrun by guards in Edolas without his magical abilities?

That is just ridiculous.

I respect Hiro Mashima, the author and mangaka of Fairy Tail, don't get me wrong. Writing a story and trying to develop the characters, the plot and etc. is difficult. Heck, I find it difficult a lot of the times.

However, I genuinely do believe that Natsu Dragneel should have been stronger, more mature (especially after Igneel's death or after meeting Acnologia) and overall just a character that isn't messing around 90% of the series.

Hence why in MY stories, Natsu is the MAIN CHARACTER, and no other.

Did I write him completely overpowered?

Perhaps.

Is my writing of Natsu Dragneel considered OOC of him?

Definitely.

Is my writing cringe?

1000%

But that's the way I see it. Natsu Dragneel is one of my favourite characters in anime, therefore I'll write him in ways that would make him a better character in my eyes.

2) Gray Fullbuster is the VILLAIN

Now, if you're a true OG of my stories, then you should know that I used to portray Gray Fullbuster as the main villain, if not one of the upper echelon antagonist in my stories. Now the reason as to why I do so, isn't so petty or anything.

It's just because I believe that Gray Fullbuster is the PERFECT foil for Natsu Dragneel.

Gray Fullbuster's magic is ICE whereas Natsu's is FIRE. Gray is considered cool and calm in most cases while Natsu is hotheaded and gets riled up easily. Gray is a DEMON SLAYER and Natsu is a DEMON. Heck, even minor details like their hair are practically opposites to each other! One of them is dark and the other is bright!

They are practically opposites to each other and therefore would make PERFECT ENEMIES to each other.

Don't get me wrong, I don't dislike Gray, nor do I think his character is dumb or obsolete. Though the reason why I don't write Natsu as the main villain is mainly because I just like his character more, and I think between the two, Gray is more likely to be evil than Natsu would ever be.

Thus, I just believe that the concept of Natsu vs Gray is really good and probably should have been more utilised in the series (properly of course, not their petty fighting)

Favourite Pairings From:

Fairy Tail

Natsu x Erza (They made the Tower of Heaven arc...and nothing came out of it? Really? With the final Arc revealing Erza's bloodline, it should have made even more sense to push this ship)

Natsu x Kagura (Natsu knew about Simon AND was there in his final moments. The two of them also share a dislike for Jellal, it would make a lot of sense for them to have interacted more about it and to even develop something from there.)

Natsu x Wendy (The only female Dragon Slayer in the main story...and they made her much younger than him? Just why? Personally believe that they would have meshed smoothly since they can relate to the same things AND are both Dragon Slayers)
